As shown in fig. 1, a lifting cylinder 25 is fixed on the upper end surface of the feeding and discharging support seat 23; the material frame plate 26 is fixed at the lower end of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 25; a pair of vertical guide posts 262 which are arranged symmetrically left and right are formed on the upper end surface of the material frame plate 26; the vertical guide post 262 vertically passes through the upper sidewall of the lifting groove 230.
As shown in fig. 1, ventilation motors 24 are respectively fixed at the centers of the left and right side walls of the lifting groove 230; a ventilation impeller 241 is fixed on an output shaft of the ventilation motor 24; the magazine plate 26 does not interfere with the ventilation impeller 241 during lifting.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a stirring motor 18 is fixed to each of the left and right end surfaces of the water tank 17; an output shaft of the stirring motor 18 is fixed with a stirring impeller 181; the pair of agitating impellers 181 is located on the left and right sides inside the water tank 17.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a drain pipe 19 is provided at the bottom of the water tank 17.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a reinforcing connecting plate 13 is formed between upper right corners of end surfaces of a pair of front and rear support plates 11 which are close to each other.
The working principle of the cleaning and drying device with the electroplated part moving horizontally in a reciprocating manner is as follows;
when the electroplating device works, firstly, the feeding and discharging support seat 23 is positioned at the leftmost end, an operator hangs an electroplated part on the hook 261 on the lower end face of the topmost rack plate 26 from the pair of feeding and discharging holes 231, then the discharging support seat 23 moves rightwards until reaching the rightmost end, then the rack plate 26 descends, so that the electroplated part enters the water tank 17 for cleaning, then the rack plate 26 rises and returns, the pair of heating plates 16 generate heat to dry the electroplated part, then the feeding and discharging support seat 23 moves leftwards and returns, and finally, the operator takes the electroplated part out of the feeding and discharging holes 231; therefore, the electroplated part can be conveniently loaded and unloaded, and the time and the labor are saved;
due to the rotation of the pair of stirring impellers 181, the cleaning liquid in the water tank 17 is accelerated, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved; due to the rotation of the pair of ventilation impellers 241, such hot air flows, heat exchange is intensified, and drying efficiency is increased.
