The drying device 7 comprises a drying rack 71, two drying motors 72, two heating nets 73 and two drying fan blades 74, wherein the drying rack 71 is arranged on the machine base 1, the two drying motors 72 are respectively arranged on the drying rack 71 and the machine base 1, the two heating nets 73 are respectively arranged on the drying rack 71 and the machine base 1, and the two drying fan blades 74 are respectively arranged on main shafts of the two drying motors 72; after the circuit board is cleaned, the circuit board is moved to the conveying frame 12, the two heating nets 73 are used for heating, then the two drying motors 72 start to operate, the two drying fan blades 74 are driven to start to rotate, and the circuit board is dried by hot air.
The working principle is as follows: before the work starts, the circuit board is placed on the feeding frame 21, then the feeding electric cylinder 22 starts to operate to drive the feeding block 23 to move, the feeding block 23 starts to move to stir the circuit board to move into the two feeding rods 27, then the feeding motor 25 starts to operate to drive one of the feeding rods 27 to rotate to convey the circuit board, meanwhile, the two feeding rods 27 adjust the distance between the two feeding rods 27 according to different thicknesses of the circuit board through the two feeding springs 28 to prevent the circuit board from being damaged, the circuit boards are fed one by one, the cleaning efficiency of the device is improved, when the circuit board moves to the conveying belt 11, the water pump 33 starts to operate to pump water in the water tank 31 to the spray head 37 through the adjusting pipe 34 and the conveying pipe, then the spray head 37 cleans the circuit board, when the cleaning direction needs to be adjusted, the adjusting motor 36 starts to operate to drive the adjusting gear 35 to rotate, when the circuit board enters the turnover plate 41, the fixed motor 51 starts to operate to drive the fixed rotating plate 52 to rotate, the fixed rotating plate 52 rotates to drive the two fixing frames 53 to fix and release the circuit board under the coordination of the two fixing springs 54, so as to prevent the circuit board from falling off due to sliding in the wiping process, when the circuit board is fixed on the turnover plate 41 by the two fixing frames 53, the lifting electric cylinder 62 starts to operate to drive the bearing frame 63 to move, the bearing frame 63 moves to drive the wiping motor 64 to move, meanwhile, the wiping motor 64 starts to operate to drive the first bevel gear 65 to start to rotate, the first bevel gear 65 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 66 to rotate, the second bevel gear 66 rotates to drive the wiping disc 67 to start to rotate to wipe the circuit board, when the circuit board moves to the turnover plate 41 and is cleaned and wiped once, the turning motor 47 starts to operate to drive the first turning wheel 45 to rotate, the first turning wheel 45 rotates to drive the turning belt 452 to rotate, the turning belt 452 moves to drive the guide groove plate 43 to move in the moving groove plate 44, then the guide rail drives the turning plate 42 to move, the turning plate 42 moves to drive the turning plate 41 to move, when the turning plate 41 moves to the end of the turning rail 48, the turning motor 47 continues to operate, the guide groove plate 43 drives the turning plate 42 to move, so that the turning plate 41 rotates under the action of the turning plate 42 to turn and move the circuit board onto the conveying belt 11, then the other side of the circuit board is cleaned and wiped to turn over the circuit board, thereby the two sides of the circuit board can be cleaned, the cleaning effect of the circuit board is high, after the circuit board is cleaned, the circuit board moves onto the conveying frame 12, the two heating nets 73 heat the circuit board, and then the two drying motors 72 start to operate, the two drying fan blades 74 are driven to rotate, and the circuit board is dried by hot air.
