【技术领域】
本发明涉及PVC装饰膜的涂布及固化领域,尤其是一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机。
【背景技术】
PVC装饰膜是一种可用于家居办公用品、室内墙面、免漆木材的外表装饰和修边,可以替代传统的油漆功能。为了保证PVC装饰膜表面的耐磨性和抗刮性,涂层厚度需要达到100um以上,因此需要足够能量的紫外光照射才能达到完全固化效果。但UV固化反应又会产生大量的热量,很容易导致PVC膜温度过高,而PVC膜的耐温性能较差,温度大于60℃就会变形起皱甚至起筋。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供可有效防止PVC膜变形起皱的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,包括逗号刮刀涂布单元和设于所述逗号刮刀涂布单元输出侧的表面UV固化单元,所述逗号刮刀涂布单元包括驱动PVC膜传送的涂布背辊、向绕于所述涂布背辊上的PVC膜添加UV涂料的挡胶板、缺角刃口正对于所述涂布背辊的切点的逗号刮刀,所述表面UV固化单元包括大冷却辊和正对所述大冷却辊且用于对PVC膜上的UV涂料进行表面固化的表面固化灯组。
本发明采用上述结构,利用逗号刮刀进行涂布,逗号刮刀的强度、硬度高,刃口直线度误差小,可涂较厚的涂层,涂布厚度控制和刮胶精度较高,而且逗号刮刀刃口采用高速钢,具有高硬度、高耐磨性和高耐热性,可以极大的减少涂料中的氧化铝颗粒对逗号刮刀的磨损;在表面固化灯组对UV涂料进行表面固化时,利用大冷却辊进行及时的冷却,从而保证PVC膜的表面温度不超过60℃,有效防止了PVC膜表面变形起皱。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于所述逗号刮刀涂布单元的输出侧与所述表面UV固化单元的输入侧之间的抹匀单元,所述抹匀单元包括将UV涂料进一步抹匀的抹匀辊和对PVC膜进行承托导向的从动托辊,抹匀辊对涂布后的涂层进一步抹平,消除线条、凹凸点、厚度不均匀等涂布缺陷,从而进一步保证涂层均匀。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于表面UV固化单元输出侧的完全UV固化单元,所述完全UV固化单元包括小冷却辊和正对于所述小冷却辊且用于对PVC膜上的UV涂料进行完全固化的完全固化灯组,从而增强涂层表面的耐磨性和抗刮性,同时在进行完全固化时,小冷却辊对PVC膜进行冷却降温,保证其表面温度不超过60℃。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,所述表面固化灯组包括沿所述大冷却辊的输入侧至输出侧的方向依次设置的第一汞灯、第二汞灯和第一LED灯,从而使得PVC膜涂层进行表面UV固化,达到涂层能够接触过辊,且不会产生划痕、压痕、粘辊等不良影响。而先用汞灯表面固化再用LED灯深层固化的好处是表面固化产生的热量可以被深层的涂料吸收一部分而不至于直接传导到PVC膜上。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,所述第一汞灯与所述第二汞灯之间沿所述大冷却辊的线向距离为800mm至1000mm,所述第二汞灯与所述第一LED灯之间沿所述大冷却辊的线向距离为800mm至1000mm,从而保证表面固化灯组各灯之间足够的距离,进而确保大冷却辊对PVC膜的冷却时间足够。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,所述小冷却辊有3个,所述完全固定灯组包括与输入侧的小冷却辊正对的第三汞灯以及分别与其余两小冷却辊正对的第二LED灯和第三LED灯,从而使得涂层与PVC膜结合牢固不分层,涂层表面耐磨、抗刮,第三汞灯、第二LED灯和第三LED灯分别与3个小冷却辊正对,从而保证在进行完全UV固化时,可保证给PVC膜足够的冷却时间和冷却距离。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,所述抹匀辊的数量为2个,所述从动托辊的数量为3个,从而更进一步地保证涂层的均匀性。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于所述逗号刮刀涂布单元输入侧的双工位放卷单元,双工位放卷单元向逗号刮刀涂布单元传送PVC膜,从而实现不停机地向逗号刮刀涂布单元传送经过印刷工序的PVC膜。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于所述完全UV固化单元输出侧的双工位收卷单元,双工位收卷单元将UV固化后的PVC膜进行收卷,从而实现对PVC膜的不停机收料。
如上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,所述放卷单元与所述逗号刮刀涂布单元之间设有放卷牵引单元,所述放卷牵引单元包括第一牵引辊、第二牵引辊、第三牵引辊、第四牵引辊、第五牵引辊、第六牵引辊、第七牵引辊、第八牵引辊和用于驱动PVC膜传送且与所述第七牵引辊正对的牵引驱动辊,从而对PVC膜进行纠偏、牵引和张力控制。

一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,包括逗号刮刀涂布单元1和设于逗号刮刀涂布单元1输出侧的表面UV固化单元2,逗号刮刀涂布单元1包括驱动PVC膜10传送的涂布背辊11、向绕于涂布背辊11上的PVC膜10添加UV涂料的挡胶板12、缺角刃口正对于涂布背辊11的切点的逗号刮刀13,表面UV固化单元2包括大冷却辊21和正对大冷却辊21且用于对PVC膜10上的UV涂料进行表面固化的表面固化灯组22。
为对涂布后的涂层进行进一步的抹平并进一步保证涂层的均匀性,上所述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于逗号刮刀涂布单元1的输出侧与表面UV固化单元2的输入侧之间的抹匀单元3,抹匀单元3包括将UV涂料进一步抹匀的抹匀辊31和对PVC膜10进行承托导向的从动托辊32。
为增强涂层表面的耐磨性和抗刮性,上述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于表面UV固化单元2输出侧的完全UV固化单元4,完全UV固化单元4包括小冷却辊41和正对于小冷却辊41且用于对PVC膜10上的UV涂料进行完全固化的完全固化灯组42。
为实现PVC膜涂层的表面UV固化并达到涂层能够接触过辊,表面固化灯组22包括沿大冷却辊21的输入侧至输出侧的方向依次设置的第一汞灯221、第二汞灯222和第一LED灯223。UV涂料能够固化,是因为配方里面的光引发剂吸收了某个波长的紫外光而产生自由基(或者阳离子、阴离子)进而引发单体的聚合。汞灯的发射光谱是连续的,有紫外线也有红外线,有利于UV涂层的表面固化;而LED灯的发射光谱比较窄,但在特定波段的光强比汞灯要强很多,有利于UV涂层的深层固化。大冷却辊21里面通入冷却水,水温可调,用于对PVC膜10进行冷却,确保PVC膜10表面的温度不高于60℃,从而有效防止其膜面变形起皱。
为保证大冷却辊41对PVC膜10足够的冷却时间和冷却距离,第一汞灯221与第二汞灯222之间沿大冷却辊21的线向距离为800mm至1000mm,第二汞灯222与所述第一LED灯223之间沿大冷却辊21的线向距离为800mm至1000mm。
为使得涂层与PVC膜10结合牢固不分层并保证给PVC膜10足够的冷却时间和冷却距离,小冷却辊41有3个,完全固定灯组42包括与输出侧的小冷却辊41正对的第三汞灯421以及分别与其余两小冷却辊41正对的第二LED灯422和第三LED灯423。3个小冷却辊41里面均通入冷却水,水温可调,以用于对PVC膜10进行冷却。
为更进一步地保证涂层的均匀性,抹匀辊31的数量为2个,从动托辊32的数量为3个。抹匀辊31的旋转方向与PVC膜10运行方向相反,由电机带动并可独立调速,保证涂层均匀。
为向逗号刮刀涂布单元1传送经过印刷工序的PVC膜10,上述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于逗号刮刀涂布单元1输入侧的双工位放卷单元5,双工位放卷单元5向逗号刮刀涂布单元1传送PVC膜10,从而实现不停机放料以提高生产效率。
为对PVC膜10进行收料,上述的一种逗号刮刀UV涂布机,还包括设于完全UV固化单元4输出侧的双工位收卷单元6,双工位收卷单元6将UV固化后的PVC膜10进行收卷,从而实现不停机接料以提高生产效率。
为对PVC膜10进行纠偏、牵引和张力控制以方便涂料,放卷单元5与逗号刮刀涂布单元1之间设有放卷牵引单元7,放卷牵引单元7包括第一牵引辊71、第二牵引辊72、第三牵引辊73、第四牵引辊74、第五牵引辊75、第六牵引辊76、第七牵引辊77、第八牵引辊78和用于驱动PVC膜10传送且与第七牵引辊77正对的牵引驱动辊79。
本发明使用时,放卷单元5向放卷牵引单元7传送经过印刷工艺后的PVC膜10,放卷牵引单元7对PVC膜10进行纠偏、牵引和张力控制后通过牵引驱动辊79将PVC膜向逗号刮刀涂布单元1传送,随后通过挡胶板12(挡胶板12包括有与涂布背辊11紧密贴合并向涂布背辊11倾斜的侧挡胶板121和下挡胶板122,其通过侧挡胶板121和下挡胶板122形成一个可以用来储存UV涂料的半封闭式空间)向PVC膜10添加UV涂料,涂布背辊11转动并驱动涂覆有UV涂层的PVC膜10向逗号刮刀13传送,逗号刮刀13固定不动,其通过正对于涂布背辊11的切点的缺角刃口而对PVC膜10上的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀(期间可通过调节逗号刮刀13与涂布背辊11之间的距离而调节涂层的厚度),随后经涂层刮削后的PVC膜10在涂布背辊11的驱动下继续往抹匀单元3传送,抹匀单元3的抹匀辊31将PVC膜10上的UV涂料进行进一步抹匀,抹匀后的PVC膜10传送至表面UV固化单元2,表面UV固化单元2通过第一汞灯221、第二汞灯222和第一LED灯223对涂布抹平后的PVC膜10的涂层进行表面UV固化,达到涂层能够接触过辊,且不会产生划痕、压痕、粘辊等不良影响(其先用汞灯表面固化再用LED灯深层固化,好处是表面固化产生的热量可以被深层的涂料吸收一部分而不至于直接传导到PVC膜10上),同时通过大冷却辊21对PVC膜10进行冷却,防止其温度过高而出现变形褶皱。在大冷却辊21的驱动下,完成表面UV固化的PVC膜10继续往完全UV固化单元4传送,完全UV固化单元4通过第二LED灯422、第三LED灯423和第三汞灯421(第三汞灯421用来对PVC膜10的UV涂层表面完全固化,增强涂层表面的耐磨性和抗刮性)对PVC膜10的涂层进行完全UV固化,使其涂层与PVC膜10结合牢固不分层,涂层表面耐磨、抗刮,其3个小冷却辊41对PVC膜10进行冷却,确保PVC膜10有足够长的冷却距离。随后经过小冷却辊41的驱动下,完成完全UV固化的PVC膜10继续往收卷单元6传送,收卷单元6对完成完全UV固化的PVC膜10进行收卷。
