Abstract
The invention discloses a disposable blood-sucking axillary pad, which belongs to the field of axillary postoperative care and mainly solves the problems of how to firmly fix the axillary pad on an axillary wound and how to prevent blood from being reverse-permeated to the wound to cause sticky feeling; the pad body comprises a surface layer, a medicine layer, a blood absorption layer and a back layer in sequence, wherein the back layer is in a flat and open box shape, the surface layer is positioned at the opening of the back layer, and the medicine layer and the blood absorption layer are positioned in the back layer. According to the invention, the pad body is firmly fixed under the armpit, the side edge is tightly attached to the skin, the pad body cannot fall off, blood in the blood sucking layer is condensed into a gel shape and cannot be subjected to reverse osmosis to the outside of the surface layer, the skin around the wound is prevented from being sticky, and the medicine layer has the effects of sterilizing and diminishing inflammation on the wound and promotes the wound to heal.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of axilla postoperative care, in particular to a disposable blood-sucking axilla pad.
Background
Common operations of human armpit include hyperhidrosis mastectomy, parachymectomy and the like, wound surfaces and hemostasis are required after the operations are finished, and the traditional hemostasis method adopts multipurpose hemostasis gauze and is fixed on the operation wound surfaces of the armpit.
Most of hemostatic gauze can not avoid the absorbed blood from leaking back, and the upper limbs of patients are folded and then extruded to the hemostatic gauze, so that the blood in the hemostatic gauze is easily extruded to the wound surface, the wound surface has serious sticky feeling, and even the operation incision is infected and inflamed.
Sometimes, in order to increase the absorption of bleeding on the wound surface, more hemostatic gauze is bound on the wound surface, but the thicker hemostatic gauze causes more stuffy feeling, and the body surface feeling of a patient near the wound surface of the axilla is poor. Therefore, there is a need to design a disposable blood-sucking axillary pad.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a disposable blood-sucking armpit pad, which mainly solves the problems of how to firmly fix the armpit pad on an armpit wound and how to prevent the blood from being penetrated to the wound to cause sticky feeling.
The invention provides a disposable blood-sucking armpit pad which comprises a pad body, wherein a plurality of side edges are distributed on the periphery of the pad body, the middle areas of the side edges are sticking areas, a sticking cover capable of being torn off is arranged on the sticking areas, and tying ropes for fixing on shoulders are also distributed on the side surfaces of the pad body;
the pad body includes surface course, medicine layer, blood sucking layer and backing layer in proper order, the backing layer is flat and open box-like, the surface course is located the opening department of backing layer, medicine layer and blood sucking layer are located in the backing layer.
In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of equally spaced air holes are arranged on each side edge, and the diameter of each air hole is 1-2 mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the surface layer is made of soft and breathable pure cotton non-woven fabric, the medicine layer is made of pure natural cotton wood pulp and contains anti-inflammatory and bactericidal medicine powder, the blood absorption layer is made of super absorbent resin and contains substances capable of coagulating blood, the back layer is made of pure cotton non-woven fabric, and at least two layers of plastic films are further arranged in the back layer.
In a preferred embodiment, the anti-inflammatory and bactericidal drug powder is iodophor powder, mercurochrome powder or methyl violet powder.
In a preferred embodiment, the substance that allows blood coagulation is tranexamic acid powder, aminomethylbenzoic acid powder, etamsylate powder, aminocaproic acid powder or vitamin K powder.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
the sticking area and the tether of side cooperate can firmly fix whole pad body in patient's armpit, and the side is inseparable with the laminating of armpit skin, and patient can freely stand up, the pad body can not drop, and the bleeding of wound gets into can condense into the colloid after the blood sucking layer, can not reverse osmosis outside to the surface course, avoids wound skin around to produce to glue and feels, and the medicine layer plays the effect of disinfecting, diminishing inflammation to the wound, promotes wound healing.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. A disposable blood-sucking armpit pad is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a pad body 1, wherein a plurality of side edges 2 are distributed around the pad body 1, the side edges 2 are in a trapezoidal shape and are mutually adjacent, the middle area of each side edge 2 is a sticking area, a sticking substance is coated on the sticking area, the sticking area can be stuck on the skin, a sticking cover 22 which can be torn off is arranged on the sticking area, tying ropes 3 for fixing on the shoulders are also distributed on the side surfaces of the pad body 1, and the tying ropes 3 can be provided with snap fasteners and/or magnetic stripes, so that the tying ropes 3 are fixed more firmly;
the pad body 1 comprises a surface layer 11, a medicine layer 12, a blood absorption layer 13 and a back layer 14 in sequence, wherein the back layer 14 is in a flat and open box shape, the surface layer 11 is positioned at the opening of the back layer 14, the medicine layer 12 and the blood absorption layer 13 are positioned in the back layer 14, and the surface layer 11 faces to the underarm incision during use.
The side edges 2 are provided with a plurality of air holes 21 at equal intervals, the air holes 21 penetrate through the sticking areas, the diameter of the air holes 21 is 1-2 mm, and when the side edges 2 are stuck on the armpit skin, the side edges 2 are breathable and not sultry, so that the comfort level is good.
The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial medicinal powder is iodophor powder, mercurous chloride powder or methyl violet powder, and can slowly permeate into axillary wound through the surface layer 11.
The blood coagulation substance is tranexamic acid powder, aminomethylbenzoic acid powder, etamsylate powder, aminocaproic acid powder or vitamin K powder, and blood enters the blood sucking layer 13, contacts with the above substances, and coagulates into colloid.
The using method comprises the following steps: the sticking cover 22 is torn off, the whole pad body 1 is aligned to the underarm incision, the sticking area of the side edge 2 is aligned to the skin near the incision and is firmly stuck, and meanwhile, the tying rope 3 is wound above the shoulder at the same side of the incision and is mutually tied, so that the whole pad body 1 is firmly fixed under the armpit and is tightly stuck to the incision, a patient can normally turn over during rest, and the pad body 1 cannot shift and fall off.
The medicine in the medicine layer 12 can slowly permeate to the incision through the surface layer 11, and has the functions of sterilization and disinfection; blood oozed from the incision enters the blood sucking layer 13 through the surface layer 11 and the medicine layer 12 and is coagulated in the blood sucking layer 13, and even if the upper limb of a patient drops to press the whole pad body 1 from the outer side of the back layer 14, the coagulated blood in the blood sucking layer 13 cannot be penetrated to the skin of the incision, and the skin of the incision has no sticky feeling.

Claims (5)
1. The disposable blood-sucking armpit pad is characterized by comprising a pad body (1), wherein a plurality of side edges (2) are distributed around the pad body (1), the middle area of each side edge (2) is a sticking area, a sticking cover (22) capable of being torn off is arranged on each sticking area, and tying ropes (3) for fixing on shoulders are distributed on the side surfaces of the pad body (1);
pad body (1) includes surface course (11), medicine layer (12), blood sucking layer (13) and backing layer (14) in proper order, backing layer (14) are flat and open box-like, surface course (11) are located the opening department of backing layer (14), medicine layer (12) and blood sucking layer (13) are located in backing layer (14).
2. A disposable blood sucking axillary pad according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of equally spaced ventilation holes (21) are provided on the side edges (2), the diameter of the ventilation holes (21) being 1-2 mm.

The disposable blood-sucking armpit cushion according to claim 2, wherein said surface layer (11) is made of soft and air-permeable pure cotton non-woven fabric, said medicine layer (12) is made of pure natural cotton wood pulp and contains medicine powder for anti-inflammation and sterilization, said blood-sucking layer (13) is made of super absorbent resin and contains substance capable of coagulating blood, said back layer (14) is made of pure cotton non-woven fabric, and at least two layers of plastic films are further arranged in said back layer (14).
4. The disposable blood-sucking axillary pad according to claim 3, wherein the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial powder is iodophor powder, mercurous chloride powder or methyl violet powder.
5. The disposable blood sucking axillary pad according to claim 4, wherein the blood coagulating substance is tranexamic acid powder, aminomethylbenzoic acid powder, etamsylate tablet powder, aminocaproic acid tablet powder or vitamin K powder.
