When the plugging air guide block a320 is plugged into the plugging air feed groove a341 in the plugging air feed block a340, the plugging air guide block a320 passes through the dust-proof sheet a345, then the dust-proof seat a344 is pushed to move towards the top air tube a342 by overcoming the elastic force of the second plugging spring a343 until the top air tube a342 passes through the first plugging air guide hole a321 and then is pressed against the plugging piston a324, then the top air tube a342 pushes the plugging piston a324 to move towards the first air tube a411 by overcoming the elastic force of the first plugging spring a325 until the plugging piston is completely assembled with the plugging air feed groove a3221, and at the moment, the plugging air feed groove a3221 passes through the plugging piston and then is communicated with the first air tube. And the plug-in air guide block A320 of the storage unit positioned at the lowest part is connected with the dehumidified airflow, so that the dehumidified airflow is supplied to the first air pipe. The top gas tank A3421 is used for communicating the inside and the outside of the top gas pipe A342 when the top gas pipe A342 and the plugging piston A324 are pressed tightly.
The part of the first air pipe A411, which is located between the first check valve A520 and the inserting air guide block A320, is also communicated with one end of a second air pipe A412, the other end of the second air pipe A412 is communicated with an inlet of the second check valve A560, an outlet of the second check valve A560 is communicated with one end of a fifth air pipe A415, the other end of the fifth air pipe A415 is communicated with the heating cavity A701, the fifth air pipe A415 is also communicated with one end of a third air pipe A413, the other end of the third air pipe A413 is communicated with an outlet of an air pump A530, an inlet of the air pump A530 is communicated with one end of a fourth air pipe A414, and the other end of the fourth air pipe A414 penetrates through the part, close to the storage bottom plate A141, of the storage side plate A110, so as to. The heating hole plate A710 is provided with a blowing hole A711, and the blowing hole A711 penetrates through the heating hole plate A710 so that the heating cavity A701 is communicated with the external atmosphere. When the tobacco baking device is used, air flow enters the heating cavity to be heated through the heating wire, and then is blown out of the air blowing hole A711 to tobacco in the storage frame 900, so that the tobacco can be continuously insulated and baked.

When the roller shutter needs to be opened, the roller shutter motor rotates reversely to enable the roller shutter and the pull rope to reset.
Preferably, a thermocouple a900 is installed below the heating orifice plate a710, a signal end of the thermocouple a900 is connected to a temperature sensor a541, a signal of the temperature sensor a541 is connected to an industrial personal computer, the temperature sensor is installed on a temperature rack a115, and the temperature rack a115 is installed on the storage side plate a 110. When the temperature control device is used, the temperature sensor detects the temperature through the thermocouple A900, then the temperature is converted into a digital signal and then the digital signal is input into the industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer judges whether the temperature is proper according to a preset temperature threshold value, and if the temperature is not proper, the temperature of air flow blown out from the air blowing hole is adjusted through adjusting the power of the electric heating pipe.

Preferably, the first shifting piece B311 and the second shifting piece switch B312 are respectively installed on two sides of the taking and delivering guide frame B120 of the taking and delivering seat B110, when the taking and delivering guide frame B120 moves, the first shifting piece B311 and the second shifting piece switch B312 can be respectively triggered, when the first shifting piece B311 and the second shifting piece switch B312 are triggered, a signal is sent to an industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer judges that the taking and delivering guide frame B120 moves to a maximum displacement point, and then the lateral movement motor is controlled to stop operating.
In the initial state, the second pick-up plate B140 is located right above the pick-up base B110. When the storage frame 900 needs to be taken out, the lifting motor B310 is started, so that the taking and sending module B is driven to move up and down to the corresponding storage frame 900; the lateral movement motor B320 is started, so that the taking and delivering gear B510 is driven to rotate circularly, the taking and delivering gear B510 drives the taking and delivering guide frame B120 to move towards the storage frame 900 through the taking and delivering rack B520, so that the roller B530 is tightly pressed with the storage bottom plate B141 to support the taking and delivering conveyor belt B410, and the existing height difference is adjusted through the roller spring B640. When the second toggle switch is triggered, the screw motor B340 is then started, and the screw motor B340 drives the first fetching and conveying plate B130 to move upwards, so that the fetching and conveying conveyor belt B410 jacks up the storage frame 900; the fetching motor B330 is started, and the driving motor rotates forward to drive the fetching conveyer belt B410 to operate so as to convey the storage frame 900 to the designated position on the fetching conveyer belt B410. And reversing the lateral movement motor to reset the taking and conveying conveyor belt B410, starting the lifting motor to convey the storage frame 900 to the output module C, and outputting the storage frame by the output module C. The operation process from the input of the storage frame to the storage unit from the output module C and the above-mentioned process direction are only required.
The output module C comprises two output vertical plates C110, an output tensioning frame C120 and an output axle plate C130, the output vertical plates C110, the output tensioning frame C120 and the output axle plate C130 are respectively arranged on the bottom plate 110, a conveying side shifting plate C171 is arranged between the two output vertical plates C110, the conveying side shifting plate C171 is arranged on a conveying lapping plate C170, the conveying side shifting plate C171 is respectively sleeved on a conveying guide shaft C210 and a conveying screw C290, the conveying guide shaft C210 is respectively assembled with the two output vertical plates C110 and can be axially assembled with the conveying side shifting plate C171 in a sliding manner, the conveying screw C290 is respectively assembled with the two output vertical plates C110 in a circumferential rotating and non-axial moving manner and is assembled with the conveying side shifting plate C171 through screw threads in a rotating and combining manner, one end of the conveying screw C290 penetrates through one output vertical plate C110 and then is connected with the conveying shaft C280 through a conveying belt C320 to form a belt transmission mechanism, the conveying power shaft C280 penetrates through a first conveying shaft plate C171 and a second conveying shaft plate C172 and can be assembled in a circumferential rotating mode, the first conveying shaft plate C171 and the second conveying shaft plate C172 are respectively installed on the base plate 110, a conveying gear C510 is sleeved on the conveying power shaft C280, the conveying gear C510 is meshed with a conveying rack C520 to form a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, the conveying rack C520 is installed on the conveying lifting plate C160, the conveying lifting plate C160 is assembled with one end of a first conveying lifting shaft C270, the other end of the first conveying lifting shaft C270 is installed in a first conveying lifting cylinder C260 and can be assembled in an axial sliding mode, a lifting shaft groove C271 is formed in the first conveying lifting shaft C270 in the axial direction, a conveying pin C810 penetrates through the first conveying lifting cylinder C260 and then is installed in the lifting shaft groove C271, a hollow first conveying lifting hole C261 is formed in the first conveying lifting cylinder C260, a first conveying spring C820 is installed on a portion of the first conveying lifting hole C261 between the first conveying lifting shaft C270 and the base plate 110, and the first conveying spring C820 is used to apply an elastic force of pushing the first conveying lifting shaft C270 toward the conveying lifting plate C160.
The conveying lapping plate C170 is further assembled with a movable frame C140, a movable shaft plate C141 is arranged on the movable frame C140, the movable shaft plate C141 and an output wheel shaft plate C130 are respectively assembled with different first output wheel shafts C241 in a circumferential rotation manner, a first output wheel shaft C311 is sleeved on the first output wheel shaft C241, two first output rollers C311 are connected through an output conveyer belt C310 to form a belt transmission mechanism, the output conveyer belt C310 further winds a conveying tension pulley C312, the conveying tension pulley C312 is sleeved on a second output wheel shaft C242 in a circumferential rotation manner, the second output wheel shaft C242 is installed on the output tension frame C150 and is assembled with one end of a tension guide shaft C230 without the output tension frame C150, the other end of the tension guide shaft C230 is installed in a tension inner cylinder C221 and is assembled and fixed with a tension slip ring C231, the tension inner cylinder C221 is arranged in a tension cylinder C220, the cylinder C220 is installed on the output tension frame C120, the top of the tensioning inner cylinder C221 is provided with a tensioning limiting ring C222, a part of the tensioning guide shaft C230 located between the tensioning limiting ring C222 and the tensioning slip ring C231 is sleeved with an output tensioning spring C610, and the output tensioning spring C610 is used for applying a downward pressing elastic force to the tensioning slip ring C231 so that the conveying tensioning wheel C312 always tensions the output conveying belt C310.
After the fetching and delivering module B fetches out the storage frame 900 and moves down to the storage frame, the storage frame can be tightly pressed with the conveying lifting plate C160 so as to drive the conveying lifting plate C160 to move down against the elastic force of the first conveying spring C820, the conveying lifting plate C160 moves down to drive the conveying rack C520 to move down so as to drive the conveying gear C510 to rotate circumferentially, the conveying gear C510 drives the conveying power shaft C280 to rotate circumferentially, the conveying power shaft C280 drives the conveying screw C290 to rotate circumferentially through the conveying belt C320, and the conveying screw C290 can drive the conveying lapping plate C170 to move towards the fetching and delivering conveyer belt B410 along the axial direction when rotating circumferentially, so that the conveying lapping plate C170 is close to the fetching and delivering conveyer belt B410. Then, the pick-up conveyor B410 is started, so that the storage frames on the pick-up conveyor B410 are output to the conveying lap plate C170, and finally output from the conveying conveyor C310. When the storage frame needs to be input from the conveying module C to the fetching and sending module B, the reverse operation is only needed according to the procedures.
