Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of functional foods, in particular to tortoise jelly with a sleep-aiding effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sleep is closely related to our life, and both the brain and body of a person can rest and adjust when the person enters a sleep state, thereby facilitating day activities. However, with the rapid development of society, people are increasingly stressed, and the symptoms of anxiety, dysphoria, depression and the like caused by the stress are gradually invisible killers in life, and the insomnia gradually becomes a common phenomenon. The symptoms of insomnia are mainly manifested as: the time of falling asleep is long, and the falling asleep is difficult; dreaminess at night and easy wakefulness; the residual phenomena such as drowsiness, anxiety and dysphoria are likely to occur during the day. Ancient Chinese medicine refers to insomnia as "insomnia", "insomnia" and "lying on the back", and related theories of insomnia have appeared as early as "Huangdi's internal classic", while ancient medical writings such as "nan jing" and "Jing Yue quan Shu" have detailed descriptions about insomnia. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the insomnia is caused by a plurality of reasons, such as over-anxiety, qi-blood disharmony, liver depression and qi stagnation, which are caused by the disturbance of heart spirit. The location of the disease is seen from the zang-fu organs, which are also related to the heart, liver, spleen, kidney, stomach and gallbladder. Therefore, the disease is related to the disharmony of heart, spleen, liver, kidney and qi and blood, and the pathological changes are classified as deficiency and excess with the interposition of yin and yang.
The natural medicine for treating insomnia is a traditional Chinese medicine, and has thousands of years of history. Compared with the dependence easily caused by western medicine treatment and the side effects such as daytime residue and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of rich experience, distinct characteristics, obvious curative effect, small side effect and the like, and is increasingly widely applied nowadays. With the rapid development of modern medical technology and research level, traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as spina date seeds, poria cocos, lucid ganoderma, schisandra chinensis and the like are gradually used for treating insomnia symptoms. When the traditional Chinese medicines are applied to tortoise jelly, the drug effect is difficult to exert to the utmost extent.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

Examples of the experiments
225 female subjects were randomly selected, the age was distributed between 25 and 45 years, and divided into 9 groups of 25 persons, 8 of the groups were randomly selected as an experimental group, 1 group was selected as a control group, and the members of the experimental group took 1 box (200 g per box) per day and the tortoise jelly prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 before going to sleep, while the control group did not take tortoise jelly. The duration of the test was 2 months, and the performance of insomnia in 9 groups of subjects was observed and recorded, and the specific results are shown in table 1. Wherein, all volunteers keep the original dietary habit during the experiment period, and do not eat other traditional Chinese medicines or western medicines with sleep-aiding effect.
TABLE 1 sleep improvement in the experimental groups
As can be seen from table 1, the tortoise jelly provided in examples 1 to 7 of the present invention has a significant sleep-aiding effect compared to the conventional tortoise jelly (control group); as can be seen from table 1, the sleep-aiding effect of the tortoise jelly prepared in examples 4-6 is slightly worse than that of the ministerial drug, adjuvant drug and conductant drug which are better when the preferred multiple medicinal materials are combined in example 3; as can be seen from table 1, the experimental results of example 7 are slightly inferior to those of example 3, and it is demonstrated that the sleep-aiding effect is further improved by adding γ -aminobutyric acid. Compared with the experimental results of the comparative example 1 and the example 3, the experimental results show that the sleep-aiding effect of the comparative example 1 is obviously inferior to that of the example 3, which shows that the prior common sleep-aiding traditional Chinese medicine formula added into tortoise jelly has a common sleep-aiding effect; the experimental results of the comparative example 2 and the example 3 are compared to find that the sleep-aiding effect of the comparative example 2 is obviously poor, and the dosage of the monarch drug in the comparative example 2 is lower than the range required by the application, so that the sleep-aiding effect is better when the proportion of the components of the traditional Chinese medicine is in the required range.
In conclusion, the tortoise jelly with the sleep-aiding efficacy is prepared by adding and adding other medicinal materials acting on spleen, kidney, stomach and gallbladder channels on the basis of the prior art, so that the heart and spleen are benefited, and the heart and the spleen are nourished and the mind are calmed. The tortoise jelly is prepared according to the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide, the specific traditional Chinese medicine with the sleep-aiding effect is added into the tortoise jelly, the traditional Chinese medicine effect is exerted to the maximum degree, and compared with the traditional Chinese medicine formula for aiding sleep, the tortoise jelly provided by the application has a better sleep-aiding effect.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
