本发明公开了一种草铵膦水剂助剂,其组成及重量百分比含量如下:甜菜碱30‑60%,乙氧基化烷基琥珀酸钠盐10‑50%,短链醇类化合物10‑20%,天然源植物油10‑15%。应用本发明的草铵膦水剂助剂可以降低单位面积草铵膦使用剂量,提高草铵膦除草效果,降低用药成本,增加草铵膦对人类、食品、环境和其他非靶生物安全性;可以克服高温、干旱等不良环境因素影响,获得稳定的药效。

本发明属于农药除草剂领域,具体地,涉及一种除草剂助剂。
背景技术
随着百草枯水剂的退市,草铵膦作为一种高效的除草剂迎来了发展的机遇。但是,在草铵膦使用的过程中如果依赖增加施药量来提高效果,其结果将不仅造成农用成本提高,而且不可避免的造成对环境的污染和对后续敏感性作物的伤害,靶标杂草亦因此或多或少会产生抗药性。如何降低单位面积除草剂使用剂量,提高除草效果,降低用药成本,增加除草剂对人类、食品、环境和其他非靶标生物安全性的相关技术将成为现代农药应用研究的一个热点。
草铵膦为触杀型灭生性除草剂,为谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂,具有积铵触杀的作用原理,我们知道某些含有铵根离子的甜菜碱及无机盐能够加强草铵膦这一作用机理,人们已知某些油类可以促进喷洒液雾滴在叶表面的粘着与展布、溶解叶表皮蜡质、促进除草剂吸收与传导。文献报道,向日葵甲酯油促进禾草灵、吡氟禾草灵与烯禾定的吸收与传导(Nandula V.K.et al..Effectiveness of Adjuvants with Nicosulfuro nandPrimisulfuron for Wirestem Muhly control in no-till Corn,Weed Tech.,1995,9:525-530),甲基化种子油可使烯草酮防治稗草、宽叶臂形草及假高粱的活性提高一倍以上(Jordan D.L.et al..Influence of Adjuvants on Efficacy of Clet hodim,WeedTech.,1996,10:738-743),油菜油中的三油酸甘油酯及油酸甲酯促进禾本科植物对禾草灵的吸收,大豆油提高二氯喹啉酸防治绿狗尾草防效。美国专利US6,642,178叙述了油类助剂可以提高除草剂对杂草的防效并提供了一个包含多组分的助剂配方,其同样适用于草铵膦增效当中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配方简单的草铵膦助剂,该助剂不仅可以提高除草剂对杂草的防效、降低除草剂的用药剂量,而且对于某种除草剂难防的杂草,加入本发明的助剂可以明显提高除草剂对难防杂草的防除。同时,本发明地助剂可以保证干旱条件下除草剂对杂草的防效。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的助剂包括天然源植物油、无机盐及表面活性剂几个组分。其重量百份含量如下:
将以上各组分直接混配,即可得到透明均一、稳定的溶液。
所述的甜菜碱选自烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺甜菜碱、磺丙基甜菜碱或磷酸酯甜菜碱中的一种或几种。例如是烷基甜菜碱类里的十二烷基甲基甜菜碱;烷基酰胺甜菜碱里的月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;磺丙基甜菜碱里的十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱。
所述阴非离子类表面活性剂为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、乙氧基化烷基琥珀酸单酯硫酸钠或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
所述的短链醇类化合物选自一下一种或几种:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇。
所述的天然源植物油选自大豆油、棉籽油、葵花油、菜籽油、椰子油、可可油或玉米油,以及上述天然源植物油的酯化物。
本发明还包括草铵膦助剂的使用方法,包括将助剂加入至除草剂喷晒液中,或者先与除草剂原药混合,再加工制成除草剂剂型。例如,在实际使用中,可以将本发明的草铵膦助剂以喷晒量的0.02%-0.1%加入到喷洒药液中。
应用本发明的草铵膦助剂可以降低单位面积草铵膦助剂使用剂量,提高除草效果,降低用药成本,增加除草剂对人类、食品、环境和其他非靶生物安全性;可以克服高温、干旱等不良环境因素影响,获得稳定的药效。

草铵膦(Glufosinate ammonium):95%草铵膦原粉,浙江永农化工有限公司;温室内培养牛筋草,待牛筋草长至3叶期时进行喷雾处理。喷液量为450L/hm2;助剂以质量分数10%加入草铵膦水剂制剂当中。处理7天后调查目测防效和鲜重防效。目测防效%为0(0代表无防效)-100(100代表杂草全部死亡);
室内田间试验表明,同等用量的助剂能比原药提升更高的防效效果。达到降低除草剂用量的要求,降低了农民的用药成本。

Claims (6)
1.一种草铵膦助剂,其特征在于,其组成及百分比含量如下:
甜菜碱 30-60%
乙氧基化烷基琥珀酸钠盐 10-50%
短链醇类化合物 10-20%
天然源植物油 10-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草铵膦助剂,其特征在于:所述的甜菜碱选自烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺甜菜碱、磺丙基甜菜碱、酸酯甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草铵膦助剂,其特征在于:所述阴非离子类表面活性剂为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、乙氧基化烷基琥珀酸单酯硫酸钠、肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草铵膦助剂,其特征在于:所述的短链醇类化合物选自以下一种或几种:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的草铵膦助剂,其特征在于:所述的天然源植物油选自大豆油、棉籽油、葵花油、菜籽油、椰子油、可可油或玉米油,以及上述天然源植物油的酯化物。
6.权利要求1所诉的草铵膦水剂助剂的使用方法,包括把草铵膦水剂助剂加入到草铵膦水剂喷洒液中,或者先与草铵膦原药混合,再加工制成除草剂制剂。
