Description

Solar panel self-cleaning device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of solar modules, and particularly relates to a self-cleaning device for a solar panel.
Background
The solar panel is placed in the field for a long time, dust, fallen leaves and even sundries such as plastic bags and the like are inevitably accumulated, and the northern area is easy to cover the accumulated snow. The dust or the deposit can cause the light transmittance to be reduced or the light transmittance to be partially shielded, the power generation efficiency is seriously reduced if the dust or the deposit is light, and the solar panel component is locally overheated or even burnt out if the dust or the deposit is heavy.
The invention discloses a solar panel self-cleaning device which is proposed by the applicant and is published in the invention patent application with the publication number CN111917368A on 11/10/2020, and as shown in figure 1, the solar panel self-cleaning device comprises a cleaning brush 1 and a transmission bar 2. The cleaning brush 1 is used for cleaning the surface of the solar panel 3, and the cleaning brush 1 is provided with an extension handle 101. The driving strip 2 is provided with a lifting sheet 201. The lifting sheet 201 of the transmission strip 2 drives the extension handle 101 to move the cleaning brush 1 on the surface of the solar panel 3, so as to clean the surface of the solar panel 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the cleaning brush 1 and the surface of the solar panel 3 have a certain frictional resistance, and depending on the weight of the cleaning brush 1, the cleaning brush 1 cannot return to the initial position, i.e., the end (bottom end) on one side of the solar panel 3 is cleaned, so as to clean the solar panel 3 in advance in a reciprocating manner. Therefore, a spring 10 is installed between one end (bottom end) of the solar panel 3 and the extension handle 101, after the lift tab is separated from the extension handle 201, the cleaning brush 1 is returned to the initial position (reset), i.e. the one end (bottom end) of the solar panel 3 is cleaned, and the cleaning brush 1 returns to clean the surface of the solar panel 3.
However, in the solar panel self-cleaning device in the patent application, since the moving distance of the cleaning brush 1 is relatively large, if the elastic force of the spring 10 is relatively small, the cleaning brush is difficult to reset at one end (bottom end) of one side of the cleaning solar panel 3, and if the elastic force of the spring 10 is relatively large, the driving bar 2 is difficult to drive the cleaning brush 1 when the spring 10 moves to the other end (top end) of one side of the cleaning solar panel 3; secondly, the spring 10 fails due to long-term operation, and noise is generated when the spring is reset; in addition, some additional kinetic energy is consumed to overcome the elastic force of the spring 10.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a solar panel self-cleaning device to avoid the defects that a cleaning brush is difficult to drive due to overlarge elasticity caused by using a spring, and the cleaning brush is difficult to reset due to too small elasticity; meanwhile, the spring failure, the reset noise and the consumption of additional kinetic energy are avoided.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a solar panel self-cleaning device, comprising:
the cleaning brush is used for cleaning the surface of the solar panel;
the transmission strip is provided with a driving sheet;
it is characterized by also comprising:
the U-shaped fork is positioned on one side of the solar panel, and the bottom of the U-shaped fork is connected with the cleaning brush;
the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the first fork of the U-shaped fork to move from one vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the other vertical side, when the driving sheet of the transmission strip reaches the other vertical side, the driving sheet of the transmission strip is separated from the first fork of the U-shaped fork, then the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the second fork of the U-shaped fork to move from the other vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the one vertical side, when the driving sheet of the transmission strip reaches the one vertical side, the driving sheet of the transmission strip is separated from the second fork of the U-shaped fork, then the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the first fork of the U-shaped fork again to move the cleaning brush from the one vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the other vertical side, and the process is repeated, so that the cleaning brush moves on the surface of the solar panel in a reciprocating mode.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
on the basis, the solar panel self-cleaning support improves the extension handle into a U-shaped fork (or an approximate fork structure), the U-shaped fork is positioned at one side of the solar panel to be cleaned, and the bottom of the U-shaped fork is connected with the cleaning brush; the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the first fork of the U-shaped fork to move from one vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the other vertical side, when the driving sheet of the transmission strip reaches the other vertical side, the driving sheet of the transmission strip is separated from the first fork of the U-shaped fork, then the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the second fork of the U-shaped fork to move from the other vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the one vertical side, when the driving sheet of the transmission strip reaches the one vertical side, the driving sheet of the transmission strip is separated from the second fork of the U-shaped fork, then the driving sheet of the transmission strip drives the first fork of the U-shaped fork to move from the one vertical side of the side where the U-shaped fork is located to the other vertical side, and the driving sheet of the transmission strip alternately reciprocates to drive the two forks of the U-shaped fork to reciprocate the surface of the cleaning brush on the surface of the solar panel to clean the surface of the solar. Thus, the spring is no longer installed between one end (bottom end) of the solar panel and the extension handle, thus avoiding the benefits of using a spring: 1) the problem that the cleaning brush is difficult to reset due to too large elasticity and too small elasticity is avoided; 2) the failure of the spring caused by long-term operation is avoided; 3) the noise of spring reset is avoided; 4) the extra kinetic energy consumption for overcoming the elasticity of the spring is avoided.
