Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric power construction equipment, in particular to a shielding device for live construction and a shielding method for live construction.
Background
In the '10 kV overhead distribution line live working management standard', an effective distance is required to be kept to be not less than 0.3 m in low-voltage live working, and if the safe distance cannot be ensured, an insulating baffle, a pipe, cloth and other insulating measures are required to be adopted.
In the prior art, a utility pole shelter disclosed in CN107834426B includes two sleeve-type shelters that can slide up and down, so as to effectively shelter the utility pole. However, the shielding cover is only suitable for cylindrical telegraph poles, and cannot be used for electric towers which are widely used in transformer substations or suburbs and are built by angle steel or square steel, and the sleeve cover body needs to be placed on the ground, the maximum height is limited, and cables are erected at a high position, so that the shielding cover cannot be effectively used in some cases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a shielding device for live construction, which is adaptive to a steel frame electric tower, is more widely applied and is flexible to use, and aims to solve the problem that the existing electric pole shielding cover cannot be used for the steel frame electric tower.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the shielding device for the live construction comprises a shielding plate, wherein a second clamping block is arranged on the back surface of the shielding plate, one surface of the second clamping block is connected with the shielding plate through a fixed rod, a first clamping block is arranged on the other surface of the second clamping block, the opposite surfaces of the first clamping block and the second clamping block are in mutually matched tooth shapes, and the first clamping block and the second clamping block are used for being matched with and clamping angle steel or square steel of the steel frame electric tower. The tooth-shaped surface of the clamping block can be matched with the shapes of angle steel and square steel, so that the shielding device can be adapted to an electric tower with a steel frame structure, and the shape is fit with and clamped firmly; meanwhile, the steel frame is clamped through the matching of the clamping blocks, the shielding device can be directly installed at any construction position, the shielding device does not need to be placed on the ground in advance, and the shielding device is more flexible to use.
Preferably, the shielding plate comprises a connecting plate, the fixing rod is arranged on the back of the connecting plate, a left folded plate and a right folded plate are arranged on two sides of the connecting plate respectively and are connected with the connecting plate through hinges respectively, and the left folded plate and the right folded plate can rotate around the hinges. The shielding surface can be adjusted, the appearance characteristics of the multi-edge and multi-surface of the steel frame electric tower are matched, and meanwhile, the folding, storage and transportation are realized, so that the space is saved.
Preferably, a connecting part is arranged on one side of the right folding plate opposite to the hinged edge of the connecting plate, a connecting part is arranged on one side of the left folding plate opposite to the hinged edge of the connecting plate, the connecting part protrudes out of the sidelines of the left folding plate and the right folding plate, and a shaft pin hole is formed in the connecting part. The shielding devices can be combined and connected, and the folded plate can not be accidentally opened to lose the shielding and isolating effects when the shielding devices are combined and used.
Preferably, the dead lever includes sleeve and telescopic link, and telescopic link one end is pegged graft in the sleeve, and the telescopic link can stretch out and draw back and rotate in the sleeve, and the other end at the telescopic link is fixed to clamp splice two, still is equipped with fixing bolt on the sleeve, and fixing bolt is used for screwing up the position of fixed telescopic link. The distance between the shielding surface and the electric tower can be adjusted, and the device is suitable for construction occasions with different safety distances.
Preferably, the first clamping block, the second clamping block and the fixing rod are respectively provided with two clamping blocks. The stress is more uniform and the installation is firmer.
Preferably, one side of the first clamping block is provided with a screw rod, the same side of the second clamping block is provided with a mounting hole, the screw rod penetrates through the mounting hole, the screw rod is provided with two clamping nuts, and the two clamping nuts are respectively positioned on two sides of the mounting hole. The distance between the clamping blocks is convenient to adjust, and the clamping is firm.
Preferably, the front surface of the left folded plate is provided with a reflective strip which is arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the front surface of the left folded plate and the opposite edges of the hinged edge; the front of the right folded plate is provided with a reflective strip which is arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the front of the right folded plate and the opposite edges of the hinged edge. The junction probably has the clearance, sets up reflective stripe and warns, avoids workman, instrument card to go into the clearance.
Preferably, the screening device further comprises a shaft pin, the shaft pin is matched with the shaft pin hole, and the shaft pin is used for connecting the two screening devices. The installation and the connection are convenient and fast, and the operation is convenient.
Preferably, the front surface of the connecting plate is also provided with a shaft pin fixing seat, the shaft pin fixing seat is provided with a through hole, and the shaft pin is inserted into the through hole. Can accomodate integrative the depositing of pivot, avoid losing.
Based on the shielding device, the invention also provides a shielding method for live construction, which comprises the following steps:
A. selecting a certain number of shielding devices according to the construction positions;
B. an installation procedure:
respectively arranging the first clamping block and the second clamping block at two sides of angle steel or square steel of the steel frame electric tower at a construction position;
adjusting a clamping nut to enable the first clamping block and the second clamping block to clamp the angle steel or the square steel, wherein the right-angle appearance of the angle steel or the square steel is clamped by the tooth-shaped opposite surfaces of the first clamping block and the second clamping block;
the connecting plate is set at a position which is not less than a safe distance away from the electric tower by adjusting the telescopic rod and the sleeve;
adjusting the angles of the left folded plate and the right folded plate;
mounting another shielding device at an adjacent position;
C. a combination procedure:
the shaft pin penetrates through shaft pin holes which are close to each other in two adjacent shielding devices;
D. repeating the installation process and the combination process;
completely shielding the construction position;
and inserting the rest shaft pin into the shaft pin fixing seat.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the shielding device can be adapted to an electric tower with a steel frame structure, and the shape is fitted and clamped firmly;
2. the clamping blocks are matched with the clamping steel frame, so that the shielding device can be directly installed at any construction position without being placed on the ground in advance, and the use is more flexible;
3. a plurality of shielding devices can be combined for use and can shield different construction positions;
4. the folded plate design can be adapted to a complex shielding surface and is convenient to store;
5. after combination, the connection is firm and is not loosened;
6. the distance between the shielding surface and the electric tower is adjustable, and the device is suitable for the safe distance of various construction rules;
7. has warning function.
Meanwhile, the shielding method provided by the invention is convenient to operate and high in safety.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the present embodiment, and it is apparent that the embodiments described below are only a part of embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the scope of protection of this patent.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a shielding device for live construction (hereinafter referred to as shielding device) comprises a connecting plate 2, wherein two sides of the connecting plate 2 are respectively provided with a left folded plate 1-1 and a right folded plate 1-2, the left folded plate 1-1 and the right folded plate 1-2 are respectively connected with the connecting plate 2 through hinges 3, the left folded plate 1-1 and the right folded plate 1-2 can rotate by taking the hinges 3 as axes, a connecting part 4 is arranged at one side of the right folded plate 1-2 opposite to the hinged edge of the connecting plate 2, a connecting part 4 is arranged at one side of the left folded plate 1-1 opposite to the hinged edge of the connecting plate 2, the connecting part 4 protrudes out of the border line of the left folded plate 1-1 and the right folded plate 1-2, and a pivot hole is formed in. The front surface (the surface facing the outside after installation is taken as the front surface, and the surface facing the electric tower is taken as the back surface) of the left folded plate 1-1 is provided with a reflective strip 11, and the reflective strip 11 is arranged on the upper edge, the lower edge and the opposite edge of the hinged edge of the front surface of the left folded plate 1-1; the front surface of the right folded plate 1-2 is provided with a reflective strip 11, the reflective strip 11 is arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the front surface of the right folded plate 1-2 and the opposite edges of the hinged edge, and the reflective strip 11 is used for warning the boundary of the shielding device. The back of the connecting plate 2 is provided with an upper sleeve 9 and a lower sleeve 9, one end of the telescopic rod 8 is inserted in the sleeve 9, the telescopic rod 8 can stretch out and draw back and rotate in the sleeve 9, the sleeve 9 is also provided with a fixing bolt 10, the fixing bolt 10 is used for screwing and fixing the position of the telescopic rod 8, the other end of the telescopic rod 2 is provided with a clamping block II 6-2, one surface of the clamping block II 6-2 is connected with the baffle plate through a fixing rod, the other surface of the clamping block II 6-2 is provided with a clamping block I6-1, the opposite surfaces of the clamping block II 6-1 and the clamping block II 6-2 are in a mutually matched tooth shape, one side of the clamping block I6-1 is provided with a screw rod 7, the same side of the clamping block II 6-2 is provided with a mounting hole, the screw rod 7 passes through the mounting hole, the screw rod 7 is provided with two clamping nuts 13, the first clamping block 6-1 and the second clamping block 6-2 are matched to clamp angle steel or square steel of the steel frame electric tower.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of shielding devices can be combined for use, when combined, the right folded plate of the first shielding device 00-1 is attached to the edge line of the left folded plate of the second shielding device 00-2, the right folded plate of the second shielding device 00-2 is attached to the edge line of the left folded plate of the third shielding device 00-3, and so on, the plurality of shielding devices are matched to complete the shielding of a complex construction surface, and in order to ensure the firmness of the combination, the adjacent folded plates are fixed by inserting the shaft pin 12 into the shaft pin hole of the connecting part 14; the front of the connecting plate 2 is also provided with a shaft pin fixing seat 5, and the shaft pin 12 is inserted into the shaft pin fixing seat 5 when not used, so that the loss is avoided.
It should be noted that the first, second and third shielding devices are only used for illustrating the connection manner, but not for limitation, and the specific number of the shielding devices should be determined according to the specific construction situation.
Based on the device, the invention also provides a live construction shielding method, which comprises the following steps:
A. selecting a certain number of shielding devices according to the construction positions;
B. an installation procedure:
respectively arranging a first clamping block 6-1 and a second clamping block 6-2 at two sides of angle steel or square steel of the steel frame electric tower at a construction position;
adjusting a clamping nut 13 to enable the first clamping block 6-1 and the second clamping block 6-2 to clamp the angle steel or the square steel, wherein the right-angle shape of the angle steel or the square steel is clamped by the tooth-shaped opposite surfaces of the first clamping block 6-1 and the second clamping block 6-2;
the connecting plate 4 is set at a position which is not less than a safe distance from the electric tower by adjusting the telescopic rod 8 and the sleeve 9;
adjusting the angles of the left folded plate 1-1 and the right folded plate 1-2;
mounting another shielding device at an adjacent position;
C. a combination procedure:
the shaft pin 12 passes through the shaft pin holes which are close to each other in the two adjacent shielding devices;
D. repeating the mounting process and the combining process, and mounting all the shielding devices in required number;
completely shielding the construction position;
the remaining shaft pin 12 is inserted into the shaft pin holder 5.
The above embodiment shows that the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the shielding device can be adapted to an electric tower with a steel frame structure, and the shape is fitted and clamped firmly; the clamping blocks are matched with the clamping steel frame, so that the shielding device can be directly installed at any construction position without being placed on the ground in advance, and the use is more flexible; a plurality of shielding devices can be combined for use and can shield different construction positions; the folded plate design can be adapted to a complex shielding surface and is convenient to store; after combination, the connection is firm and is not loosened; the distance between the shielding surface and the electric tower is adjustable, and the device is suitable for the safe distance of various construction rules; has warning function; meanwhile, the shielding method provided by the invention is convenient to operate and high in safety.
