Step S24, the blockchain system receives the fund picking request sent by the laborer.
In this embodiment, the laborer may initiate a fund picking request, and when the laborer initiates the fund picking request, the blockchain system may receive the fund picking request.
Step S25, after receiving the fund picking request through the blockchain system, the target financial institution acquires key information of the fund picking certificate from the blockchain ledger, requests the fund picking certificate from the target object based on the key information of the fund picking certificate, pays the fund to the laborer based on the fund picking certificate, and stores a payment result in the blockchain ledger.
Step S25 is a specific implementation manner of step S14 in example 1.
As another alternative embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, a schematic flow chart of an embodiment 3 of a block chain-based fund issuing method provided by the present application is provided, where this embodiment mainly relates to a refinement scheme of the block chain-based fund issuing method described in the above embodiment 1, and as shown in fig. 6, the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S31, after the worker finishes the work, the target object issues the fund picking voucher and stores the fund picking voucher locally, and the target object comprises: a employment enterprise or a human resources company.
Step S32, the target object uploads the key information of the fund picking voucher to the blockchain system.
And step S33, the blockchain system receives the key information of the fund picking-up certificate, and stores the key information of the fund picking-up certificate into a blockchain account book after the certificate of the target object is verified to be correct and the key information of the fund picking-up certificate is verified to be passed according to the intelligent contract.
The detailed procedures of steps S31-S33 can be found in the related descriptions of steps S11-S13 in embodiment 1, and are not repeated herein.
Step S34, when detecting that the laborer is provided with a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule for fund drawing, the target financial institution automatically obtains the key information of the fund drawing voucher from the blockchain account book, and completes the obtaining and the fund drawing of the fund drawing voucher based on the automatic fund drawing rule.
The laborer sets common default accounts and fund automatic receiving rules aiming at fund release, and can be understood as follows: the laborer sets up automatic drawing funds release.
When the target financial institution detects that the worker has a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule for fund issuance in step S34, the target financial institution acquires the key information of the fund drawing certificate from the blockchain ledger book, which may be understood as a specific implementation manner of the target financial institution acquiring the key information of the fund drawing certificate from the blockchain ledger book in embodiment 1.
In this embodiment, when detecting that the laborer has a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule for fund drawing, the target financial institution acquires the key information of the fund drawing voucher from the block chain ledger book for further payment, so that the laborer does not need to initiate a fund drawing request any more, fund drawing is automatically performed for the laborer, the fund drawing time is shortened, and the fund drawing efficiency is improved.
The following describes the block chain based fund release system provided in the present application, and the block chain based fund release system described below and the block chain based fund release method described above may be referred to in correspondence.
Referring to fig. 7, the block chain-based funds release system includes: a blockchain system 100, a target object 200, a laborer 300, and a target financial institution 400.
The target object 200 is configured to issue a fund obtaining voucher after the worker 300 completes work, and store the fund obtaining voucher locally, where the target object 200 includes: a labor enterprise or a human resources company;
the target object 200 is further configured to upload key information of the fund obtaining voucher to a blockchain system;
the blockchain system is configured to receive key information of a fund picking-up certificate sent by the target object 200, and store the key information of the fund picking-up certificate to a blockchain account book after the certificate of the target object 200 is verified to be correct;
the target financial institution 400 is configured to obtain key information of the fund drawing voucher from the blockchain ledger, request the fund drawing voucher from the target object 200 based on the key information of the fund drawing voucher, pay funds to the laborer 300 based on the fund drawing voucher, and store a payment result in the blockchain ledger.
In this embodiment, the employment enterprise may be specifically configured to:
after the worker 300 finishes working, issuing a fund picking voucher;
or, the recruitment enterprise is specifically configured to issue a recruitment certificate after the worker 300 completes the work, authorize the recruitment certificate to be accessed by the human resource company, and store key information of the recruitment certificate in the block chain account book;
the human resource company is specifically configured to obtain key information of the recruitment certificate from the block chain account book, obtain the recruitment certificate from the recruitment enterprise based on the key information of the recruitment certificate, calculate a fund amount based on the recruitment certificate, and issue a fund picking-up certificate based on the fund amount;
or, the employee enterprise is specifically configured to issue an employee certificate after the worker 300 completes the work, store key information of the employee certificate in the blockchain ledger book, and authorize the employee certificate to be accessible to the human resources company;
the human resource company is specifically configured to obtain key information of the employment voucher from the block chain ledger book, obtain the employment voucher from the employment enterprise based on the key information of the employment voucher, perform fund amount trial calculation based on the employment voucher, issue a fund trial calculation voucher, write the key information of the fund trial calculation voucher into the block chain ledger book, obtain the key information of the fund trial calculation voucher from the block chain ledger book by the worker 300, after confirming that the key information of the fund trial calculation voucher is correct, and after obtaining the fund trial calculation voucher from the human resource company by the employment enterprise and confirming that the fund trial calculation voucher is correct, issue a fund picking voucher.
The target financial institution 400 is a financial institution preselected by the employment enterprise, or a financial institution matched with a set rule is selected from a plurality of financial institutions according to a rule preset by an intelligent contract after the key information of the fund picking-up voucher is written into the block chain account book; alternatively, the worker 300 designates a financial institution in advance.
The blockchain system 100 may also be configured to receive a fund pick-up request sent by the laborer.
The target financial institution 400 may be specifically configured to obtain key information of the fund collection voucher from the blockchain ledger after receiving the fund collection request through the blockchain system.
The target financial institution 4001 may be specifically configured to:
and when detecting that the laborer 300 is provided with a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule for fund discharge, acquiring key information of the fund drawing voucher from the blockchain account book.
It should be noted that each embodiment is mainly described as a difference from the other embodiments, and the same and similar parts between the embodiments may be referred to each other. For the device-like embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for funds release based on blockchains, comprising:
after the laborers finish the work, the target object issues a fund picking voucher and stores the fund picking voucher locally, and the target object comprises: a labor enterprise or a human resources company;
the target object uploads the key information of the fund picking voucher to a block chain system;
the block chain system receives the key information of the fund picking-up certificate, and stores the key information of the fund picking-up certificate into a block chain account book after the certificate of the target object is verified to be correct and the key information of the fund picking-up certificate is verified to pass according to an intelligent contract;
and the target financial institution acquires the key information of the fund picking-up certificate from the block chain account book, requests the fund picking-up certificate from the target object based on the key information of the fund picking-up certificate, pays the fund to the laborer based on the fund picking-up certificate, and stores the payment result in the block chain account book.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein issuing a funds procurement warrant comprises:
the recruitment enterprise signs a fund picking voucher after the laborers finish working;
or after the laborers finish working, the user enterprise issues an employment certificate, authorizes the employment certificate to be accessed by the human resource company, and stores key information of the employment certificate into the block chain account book;
the human resource company acquires key information of the recruitment certificate from the block chain account book, acquires the recruitment certificate from the recruitment enterprise based on the key information of the recruitment certificate, calculates the fund amount based on the recruitment certificate, and issues a fund picking certificate based on the fund amount;
or after the laborers finish working, the user enterprise issues an employment voucher, stores key information of the employment voucher to the block chain account book, and authorizes the employment voucher to be accessed by the human resource company;
the human resource company obtains the key information of the recruitment certificate from the block chain account book, obtains the recruitment certificate from the recruitment enterprise based on the key information of the recruitment certificate, performs fund amount trial calculation based on the recruitment certificate, issues a fund trial calculation certificate, writes the key information of the fund trial calculation certificate into the block chain account book, obtains the key information of the fund trial calculation certificate from the block chain account book by the worker, confirms that the key information of the fund trial calculation certificate is correct, and issues a fund picking certificate after the recruitment enterprise obtains the fund trial calculation certificate from the human resource company and confirms that the fund trial calculation certificate is correct.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the target financial institution is a financial institution preselected by the employing enterprise, or a financial institution matching a set rule is selected from a plurality of financial institutions according to a rule preset by an intelligent contract after key information of the fund drawing voucher is written into the blockchain ledger; or, a financial institution previously designated by the laborer.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the target financial institution obtaining key information of the funds procurement credential from the blockchain ledger, further comprising:
the blockchain system receives a fund drawing request sent by the laborer;
the target financial institution obtains key information of the fund picking voucher from the blockchain account book, and the key information comprises the following steps:
and after receiving the fund getting request through the blockchain system, the target financial institution acquires the key information of the fund getting certificate from the blockchain account book.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target financial institution obtains key information of the fund withdrawal certificate from the blockchain ledger, comprising:
and when detecting that the laborer is provided with a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule aiming at fund discharge, the target financial institution automatically acquires the key information of the fund drawing voucher from the block chain account book and completes the acquisition and the fund discharge of the fund drawing voucher based on the automatic fund drawing rule.
6. A blockchain-based funds release system, comprising: a blockchain system, target objects, laborers, and financial institutions;
the target object is used for issuing a fund obtaining voucher and storing the fund obtaining voucher in a local place after the laborers finish work, and the target object comprises: a labor enterprise or a human resources company;
the target object is also used for uploading key information of the fund obtaining voucher to a block chain system;
the blockchain system is used for receiving key information of a fund picking certificate sent by the target object and storing the key information of the fund picking certificate to a blockchain account book after the certificate of the target object is verified to be correct;
and the target financial institution is used for acquiring the key information of the fund picking-up certificate from the block chain account book, requesting the fund picking-up certificate from the target object based on the key information of the fund picking-up certificate, paying the fund to the laborer based on the fund picking-up certificate, and storing a payment result into the block chain account book, wherein the target financial institution is one of the financial institutions.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the employment enterprise is specifically configured to:
after the worker finishes the work, issuing a fund picking voucher;
or the recruitment enterprise is specifically used for issuing a recruitment certificate after the worker finishes the work, authorizing the recruitment certificate to be accessed by the human resource company, and storing the key information of the recruitment certificate into the block chain account book;
the human resource company is specifically configured to obtain key information of the recruitment certificate from the block chain account book, obtain the recruitment certificate from the recruitment enterprise based on the key information of the recruitment certificate, calculate a fund amount based on the recruitment certificate, and issue a fund picking-up certificate based on the fund amount;
or the recruitment enterprise is specifically used for issuing a recruitment certificate after the worker finishes the work, storing key information of the recruitment certificate into the block chain account book, and authorizing the recruitment certificate to be accessed by the human resource company;
the human resource company is specifically configured to obtain key information of the employment voucher from the block chain ledger book, obtain the employment voucher from the employment enterprise based on the key information of the employment voucher, perform fund amount trial calculation based on the employment voucher, issue a fund trial calculation voucher, write the key information of the fund trial calculation voucher into the block chain ledger book, obtain the key information of the fund trial calculation voucher from the block chain ledger book by the worker, query a fund trial calculation result, confirm that the key information and the trial calculation result of the fund trial calculation voucher are correct, obtain the fund trial calculation voucher from the human resource company by the employment enterprise, and issue a fund picking voucher by the employment enterprise after confirming that the fund trial calculation voucher is correct.

The system of claim 6, wherein the target financial institution is a financial institution pre-selected by the employing enterprise, or a financial institution matching a set rule is selected from a plurality of financial institutions according to a rule preset by an intelligent contract after key information of the fund drawing voucher is written into the blockchain ledger; or, a financial institution previously designated by the laborer.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the blockchain system is further configured to:
upon receiving a fund drawing request sent by the laborer, the target financial institution receiving the fund drawing request through the blockchain system;
the target financial institution is specifically configured to obtain key information of the fund picking-up voucher from the blockchain ledger when the fund payment request is received.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the target financial institution is specifically configured to:
and when detecting that the laborer is provided with a common default account and an automatic fund drawing rule aiming at fund discharge, automatically acquiring key information of the fund drawing voucher from the block chain account book, and finishing the acquisition and the fund discharge of the fund drawing voucher based on the automatic fund drawing rule.
