receiving a viewing request of an engineering drawing, displaying the engineering drawing according to the viewing request, and identifying an engineering project corresponding to the engineering drawing, wherein the identification represents that the engineering project has been spot checked.
5. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the collecting the related data on the rating table and compiling the related data on the next rating table are specifically:
obtaining evaluation information, wherein the evaluation information comprises an actual measurement project and engineering data, the actual measurement project comprises a qualification rate and an extreme value, and a subentry evaluation table is formed according to a first preset format according to the qualification rate and the extreme value and a first preset regulation evaluation quality grade;
acquiring a subentry evaluation table and function detection of the same subsection project, forming a subsection project evaluation result by the quality grade, the function detection and the project data according to a second preset rule, and forming a subsection evaluation table according to a second preset format;
acquiring a branch evaluation table and system function detection of the same unit project, and forming a unit evaluation table according to a third preset format; and the number of the first and second groups,
