In the embodiment of the invention, after judging that the second gear information sent by the gear shifter, the current vehicle speed are less than the set threshold value and the parking unlocking information sent by the P gear locking controller is received, the driver needs to press the key switch again to receive the vehicle starting information sent by the vehicle control unit, so that when the fault of the PCU or the P gear locking mechanism is relieved, torque output cannot be carried out under the condition that the driver is unconscious, and the safety of driving the vehicle is improved.

the four-wheel drive controller prohibits torque output according to the torque output prohibition information;
the vehicle control unit is also used for judging whether second gear information sent by the gear shifter is received, whether the current vehicle speed is smaller than a set threshold value and whether parking unlocking information sent by the P-gear locking controller is received; if the fact that the second gear information sent by the gear shifter and the parking unlocking information sent by the P-gear locking controller are received is judged, whether the vehicle starting information sent by the whole vehicle controller is received is judged; if the fact that vehicle starting information sent by the whole vehicle controller is received is judged, allowing torque output information is sent to the four-wheel drive controller;
the four-wheel drive controller is also used for allowing torque output according to the allowed torque output information;
the first gear information comprises an R gear, an N gear or a D gear;
the second gear information includes: d gear or R gear.
2. A method of inhibiting torque output, comprising:
judging whether first gear information sent by a gear shifter is received, whether the current vehicle speed is smaller than a set threshold value and whether parking locking information sent by a P gear locking controller is received;
if the received first gear information sent by the shifter, the current vehicle speed and the parking locking information sent by the P gear locking controller are judged to be smaller than a set threshold value, torque output prohibition information is sent to the four-wheel drive controller, and the four-wheel drive controller prohibits torque output according to the torque output prohibition information;
judging whether second gear information sent by a gear shifter is received, whether the current vehicle speed is smaller than a set threshold value and whether parking unlocking information sent by a P gear locking controller is received;
if the fact that the second gear information sent by the gear shifter and the parking unlocking information sent by the P-gear locking controller are received is judged, whether the vehicle starting information sent by the whole vehicle controller is received is judged;
if the fact that vehicle starting information sent by the whole vehicle controller is received is judged, allowing torque output information is sent to a four-wheel drive controller, so that the four-wheel drive controller allows torque output according to the allowing torque output information;
the first gear information comprises an R gear, an N gear or a D gear;
the second gear information includes: d gear or R gear.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the gear information sent by the first gear shifter is not received, the current vehicle speed is smaller than a set threshold value and the parking locking information sent by the P gear locking controller is received, the step of judging whether the first gear information sent by the gear shifter is received, whether the current vehicle speed is smaller than the set threshold value and whether the parking locking information sent by the P gear locking controller is received is continuously executed; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
