Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型保温砖,涉及建筑材料技术领域,包括砖本体,砖本体内部设置有第一保温层,第一保温层内部设置有第二保温层,砖本体靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层,纤维网层的外层设置有防火层;第二保温层由以下组分按照重量份组成:造纸淤泥25‑42份、河道淤泥8‑23份、煤渣10‑20份、建筑垃圾18‑24份、陶粒12‑19份、玻化微珠5‑10份、石膏4‑13份、憎水剂1‑3份、阻燃剂3‑8份、秸秆4‑14份、草木灰2‑4份、纤维1.5‑5份、炭黑2‑5份、柠檬酸钠2.5‑6份和牛磺酸8‑15份。本发明通过在内部设置保温层能够起到保温的效果,在外层设置防火层,提高砖的防火效果,还设置纤维网层,提高砖的抗开裂性能和抗腐蚀性能,提高砖的耐久性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种新型保温砖。
背景技术
西方发达国家工业活化炉的热效率一般在30%~40%,而我国工业活化炉的热效率平均只有25%~35%,因此提高活化炉的热效率,实现节能减排对减轻能源压力、降低生产成本以及保护环境均具有重要的意义。目前活化炉普遍使用的材料有硅铝质烧结耐火材料和电熔锆刚玉耐火材料。硅铝质耐火材料自重轻,有效减少承重,但保温效果不佳,且易起层剥落,污染玻璃液,影响产品质量,尤其是对高品质产品,危害甚大;电熔锆刚玉耐火材料耐高温、抗化学侵蚀、抗剥落,使用寿命长,但其缺点是散热,不保温,且自重大,增加承重。
目前,现有技术中的隔热保温材料,为了追求较大的隔热保温效果,通常通过增大材料的气孔率和孔隙率来达到降低导热率实现保温的目的。然而气孔率和孔隙率大又必然导致材料的强度比较低,使用中不仅容易损坏和散失,影响材料的使用寿命,而且容易导致产品中出现杂质元素,影响产品的质量。现有技术中通常通过开发不同类型的耐火材料,例如选择硅质、铝质、镁质材料;同时通过各种复配配方来平衡材料的强度和保温性能。然而在实际的生产过程中为了达到一定的强度,又不得不损失一部分孔隙率和气孔率,这样又降低了隔热保温效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种新型保温砖。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种新型保温砖,包括砖本体,所述砖本体内部设置有第一保温层,所述第一保温层内部设置有第二保温层,所述砖本体靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层,所述纤维网层的外层设置有防火层;
所述第二保温层由以下组分按照重量份组成:造纸淤泥25-42份、河道淤泥8-23份、煤渣10-20份、建筑垃圾18-24份、陶粒12-19份、玻化微珠5-10份、石膏4-13份、憎水剂1-3份、阻燃剂3-8份、秸秆4-14份、草木灰2-4份、纤维1.5-5份、炭黑2-5份、柠檬酸钠2.5-6份和牛磺酸8-15份。
优选地,所述纤维网层中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
优选地,所述防火层的厚度为1-5cm。
优选地,所述第一保温层为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。
本发明至少具有以下有益效果之一:本发明通过在内部设置第一保温层和第二保温层能够起到保温的效果,在外层设置防火层,提高砖的防火效果,同时还设置纤维网层,提高砖的抗开裂性能和抗腐蚀性能,避免砖开裂,提高砖的耐久性。

如图1所示为本实施例中的一种新型保温砖,包括砖本体1,所述砖本体1内部设置有第一保温层2,所述第一保温层2内部设置有第二保温层3,所述砖本体1靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层4,所述纤维网层3的外层设置有防火层5。
所述第二保温层3由以下组分按照重量份组成:造纸淤泥25-42份、河道淤泥8-23份、煤渣10-20份、建筑垃圾18-24份、陶粒12-19份、玻化微珠5-10份、石膏4-13份、憎水剂1-3份、阻燃剂3-8份、秸秆4-14份、草木灰2-4份、纤维1.5-5份、炭黑2-5份、柠檬酸钠2.5-6份和牛磺酸8-15份。
本实施例中,所述纤维网层4中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
本实施例中,所述防火层5的厚度为2cm。
本实施例中,第一保温层2为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。

1.一种新型保温砖,其特征在于,包括砖本体(1),所述砖本体(1)内部设置有第一保温层(2),所述第一保温层(2)内部设置有第二保温层(3),所述砖本体(1)靠近外表面的位置处设置有纤维网层(4),所述纤维网层(4)的外层设置有防火层(5);
所述第二保温层(3)由以下组分按照重量份组成:造纸淤泥25-42份、河道淤泥8-23份、煤渣10-20份、建筑垃圾18-24份、陶粒12-19份、玻化微珠5-10份、石膏4-13份、憎水剂1-3份、阻燃剂3-8份、秸秆4-14份、草木灰2-4份、纤维1.5-5份、炭黑2-5份、柠檬酸钠2.5-6份和牛磺酸8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温砖,其特征在于,所述纤维网层(4)中的纤维采用玻璃纤维、羊毛纤维、竹炭纤维、石棉纤维和岩棉纤维的一种或者几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温砖,其特征在于,所述防火层(5)的厚度为1-5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温砖,其特征在于,所述第一保温层(2)为硬质保温材料或者软轻质保温材料。
