背景技术
目前针对数码写真,喷墨等广告行业,加工完成后的卷材需要根据具体的幅面进行分切处理,而现在常规方法是手动切割。首先是效率非常低,劳动强度比较大,切割的准确度也比较差。其次现有开发的裁切装置刀具容易钝,维护麻烦,且磨到所用时间长,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种裁切机用多功能纵切刀,克服了现有技术的不足,在压缩弹簧的作用下上切刀固定板倾斜的,从而上切刀倾斜的抵在下切刀上,有面接触变成点接触,保证了切刀的切断效果,同时上下刀片自磨,更耐用,延迟刀具使用寿命。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种裁切机用多功能纵切刀,其特征在于:包括下切刀、压轮侧挡板、上压轮圆轴、上切刀压轮、切刀连接板、上切刀支架、下切刀安装板、下轴承座、下轴承套、下刀隔圈、上切刀固定板、摩擦皮圈、上切刀转轴、上切刀、深沟球轴承一、深沟球轴承二、单向滚针轴承、压缩弹簧,所述上切刀支架为上下均开发的口字型结构,所述下切刀通过下轴承座、下轴承套、下刀隔圈、摩擦皮圈、深沟球轴承二和单向滚针轴承安装在下切刀安装板上,所述单向滚针轴承安装在下轴承座内部,通过圆轴连接所有切刀下轴承座,所述下切刀安装板通过切刀连接板设置在上切刀支架下方,所述上切刀通过压轮侧挡板、上压轮圆轴、上切刀压轮、上切刀转轴、深沟球轴承一安装在上切刀固定板上,所述上切刀固定板前后位置均分别设有旋转轴一和旋转轴二,所述旋转轴一和旋转轴二同心,所述上切刀支架前方设有与旋转轴一配合的圆轴孔一,所述上切刀支架后方设有与旋转轴二配合的圆轴孔二,所述上切刀固定板通过旋转轴一与圆轴孔一配合和旋转轴二与圆轴孔二配合固定在上切刀支架内,且以旋转轴一和旋转轴为旋转中心来回摆动,所述上切刀固定板后侧位置通过压缩弹簧与上切刀支架配合。
进一步,所述上切刀支架上方设有上盖板。
进一步,所述上切刀支架下方后侧位置设有切刀挡纸板。
进一步,所述下切刀其中一侧设有倾斜刀刃一,所述上切刀与下切刀接触的一侧设有倾斜刀刃二,所述倾斜刀刃一和倾斜刀刃二在弹簧的作用下贴合在一起。
进一步,所述圆轴孔一为圆孔。

综上,本发明所述一种裁切机用多功能纵切刀,下切刀固定在单向轴承座上,上切刀模块使用悬挂的摆臂结构,且在其中加入压缩弹簧,因为切刀支架前面圆轴孔为圆孔,后面圆轴孔为腰孔,所以当上切刀模块受力时,上切刀模块刀片与下切刀模块刀片相互咬合成对咬切割状态,增加切割效果,上下刀片自磨,更耐用,延迟刀具使用寿命;
下轴承座内部都安装有单向轴承,通过圆轴连接所有切刀下轴承座。当圆轴往后转动时,圆轴运动方向与内部安装的单向轴承的单向方向相同,能够将动力传递至下切刀刀片,来带动上刀片旋转,与下刀片咬合,当纸张经过时完成切割动作。当圆轴反向转动时,单向轴承不受力,从而下切刀刀片无法转动,不会出现空咬的现象;不会影响刀片的寿命。
