when the charging gun is in operation, when the charging gun needs to be placed on the operating platform 1 for maintenance, an operator firstly inserts the gun head of the charging gun into the annular sliding cavity 521 of the clamping frame 52 correspondingly, so that the lower surface of the gun head of the charging gun is attached to the upper surface of the lower arc-shaped clamping plate 53, then rotates the threaded handle 55, so that the threaded end of the threaded handle 55 moves downwards, the downward movement of the threaded handle 55 can drive the upper arc-shaped clamping plate 54 to move downwards and be attached to the upper surface of the gun head of the charging gun, and the charging gun can be clamped on the operating platform 1 through the matching of the upper arc-shaped clamping plate 54 and the lower arc-shaped clamping plate 53 along with the continuous rotation of the threaded handle 55, so that the maintenance operator can perform maintenance operation on the clamped; when a maintainer needs to adjust a gun head or a gun handle of a charging gun to be vertically upward, the maintainer pulls the pulling rings 41 on two sides of the operating platform 1, the pulling of the pulling rings 41 can slide the cross plug-in column 4 from the cross plug-in cavities 31 on two ends of the rotating support rod 3, so that the cross plug-in column 4 is separated from the rotation limit of the rotating support rod 3, then the maintainer pulls the clamping frame 52, so that the clamping frame 52 can drive the rotating support rod 3 to rotate in the storage bin 11 through the fixed base 51, the rotating support rod 3 can drive the side face of the clamping frame 52 to rotate to be parallel to the surface of the operating platform 1, then the maintainer pushes the pulling rings 41, the cross plug-in column 4 can be inserted into the cross plug-in cavities 31, and the cross plug-in column 4 can play a role in limiting rotation on the rotating support; when the clamping frame 52 rotates to a horizontal state, the clamping frame 52 can drive the head or the handle of the clamped charging gun to rotate to a vertical state; meanwhile, when the electric gun clamping device 5 on the operating platform 1 is not needed, the maintenance personnel can rotate the rotating support rod 3, so that the clamping frames 52 in a plurality of vertical states on the rotating support rod 3 can be rotated to be in a horizontal state and can be stored in the storage bin 11 of the operating platform 1, then the maintenance personnel can lay steel plates on the operating platform 1, further, other articles can be stored on the upper surface of the operating platform 1, and meanwhile, the electric gun clamping device 5 can be stored.

A new energy automobile charging gun overhaul test bed comprises an operation table (1); the method is characterized in that: the upper surface of the operating platform (1) is provided with a storage bin (11), and the left side wall and the right side wall of the storage bin (11) are symmetrically provided with mounting cavities (12); a square block (2) is fixed in the symmetrically arranged mounting cavity (12), and a rotating cavity (21) is arranged in the symmetrically arranged square block (2); a rotating support rod (3) is rotatably arranged in the rotating cavity (21); two ends of the rotating support rod (3) are provided with cross-shaped splicing cavities (31); a cross plug-in column (4) is inserted in the cross plug-in cavity (31) in a sliding manner, and the outer end part of the cross plug-in column (4) penetrates through the side wall of the storage bin (11); a pulling ring (41) is fixed at the outer end part of the cross-shaped plug column (4); a plurality of electric gun clamping devices (5) are fixed on the rotating support rod (3), and each electric gun clamping device (5) comprises a fixed base (51), a clamping frame (52), a lower arc-shaped clamping plate (53), an upper arc-shaped clamping plate (54), a threaded handle (55), a lower arc-shaped clamping plate (53) and an elastic support column (56); the fixed bases (51) are uniformly fixed on the rotating support rod (3), and clamping frames (52) are fixed at the top ends of the fixed bases (51); an annular sliding cavity (521) is formed in the clamping frame (52), and an upper arc-shaped clamping plate (54) is arranged on the upper cavity wall of the annular sliding cavity (521) in a sliding mode; the upper surface of the upper arc-shaped clamping plate (54) is rotatably connected with a threaded handle (55), the threaded handle (55) is connected above the clamping frame (52) in a threaded mode, and the top end of the threaded handle (55) is located outside the top end of the clamping frame (52); the lower arc-shaped clamping plate (53) is slidably mounted on the lower cavity wall of the annular sliding cavity (521), and the bottom end face of the lower arc-shaped clamping plate (53) is elastically supported to the lower cavity wall of the annular sliding cavity (521) through an elastic strut (56).

The new energy automobile rifle maintenance test bench that charges of claim 1, its characterized in that: a silica gel elastic layer (6) is filled between every two adjacent elastic supporting columns (56), and a deformation cavity (61) is formed in the silica gel elastic layer (6); and a limiting spring is arranged in the deformation cavity (61), and two ends of the limiting spring are respectively in extrusion contact with the side walls of two adjacent elastic pillars (56).
