The method comprises the following steps:
s1, fixing a plurality of fixing frames 1 on a wall surface through expansion bolts;

s3, inflating the first air bag 18 to enable the clamping block 13 to be received in the U-shaped groove 15, then adjusting the position of the trolley 3 to enable the mounting block 20 to be placed between the fixing plates 7 on the two sides, then inflating the second air bag 12 to enable the long plate 5 to rotate towards the middle of the round rod I on the two sides until the long plate 5 is pressed on the auxiliary plate 21, so that the mounting block 20 is compressed, the clamping block 13 is ensured to smoothly enter the clamping groove 19, then discharging the air of the first air bag 18 to enable the clamping block 13 to enter the clamping groove 19, and locking and fixing the cable frame 2;
s4, when the cable is straightened, firstly, the supporting rod 40 is lowered, the cable on one side of the cable frame 2 is clamped by the clamp 41, the air bag IV is inflated firstly during clamping, then the cable is sleeved between the fixed arc-shaped clamp 47 and the movable arc-shaped clamp 46, the air bag IV is deflated, the cable is clamped, the air bag III is inflated, the clamping plate 29 on the cable frame 2 releases the clamping of the cable, then the motor I31 is started, the clamp 41 moves in a direction away from the cable frame 2 so as to straighten the cable, and then the air of the air bag III is discharged, so that the cable is clamped again by the clamping plate 29;
s5, repeating the process of the step S4 until the cable is straightened, and finally fixing the cable through the cable frame 2.
