Further to embodiment 2, in conjunction with fig. 7, the transition module 202 is mounted on the support beam 102 by a bottom bracket to maintain a height matching the conveying surface of the conveying frame 201; the transition guide rail 202a is arranged perpendicular to the running plane of the conveying frame 201 and used for sliding and limiting the moving range of the transition support 202 b; and the connection block 202c is used to fixedly connect the transition support 202b corresponding to the movable group transfer rack 201 thereto.
Specifically, the transition support 202B is composed of two sets of L-shaped plates 202B-1 arranged symmetrically, and a transition wheel 202B-2 and a transition guide wheel 202B-3 connected with the two sets of L-shaped plates, wherein the two sets of L-shaped plates 202B-1 correspond to the transmission frames 201 of the fixed set and the movable set, and the two sets of L-shaped plates 202B-1 are connected with the mounting side plate T through the connecting block 202c for the purpose of keeping the distance between the two sets of L-shaped plates 202B-1 matched with the distance between the two sets of transmission frames 201 so as to keep the assembled electric equipment with different width specifications transitionally transmitted from the material preparation section a to the transmission section B.

Example 4
Referring to fig. 8, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the third embodiment in that: the lateral clamping module 301 comprises a supporting plate 301a, a guide rail 301b, a rack 301c, a clamping drive motor 301d, a clamping block 301e and a clamping slider 301f, wherein the clamping drive motor 301d, the clamping block 301e and the clamping slider 301f are connected to the supporting plate 301 a.
The supporting plate 301a is connected to the guide rail 301b in a sliding manner through a clamping slider 301f, a clamping driving gear 301d-1 is connected to an output shaft of the clamping driving motor 301d, and the clamping driving gear 301d-1 is meshed with the rack 301c to rotate.
The guide rails 301b and the racks 301c are symmetrically arranged in two sets in parallel, and are respectively located on two sides of the conveying frame 301, one set is installed on the side wall of the installation side plate T, and the other set is installed on the side wall of the supporting frame 101.
Compared with embodiment 3, further, as shown in fig. 8, the pallet 301a in the lateral clamping module 301 is a bearing plate of the clamping driving motor 301d, the clamping block 301e and the clamping slider 301f, which slides in meshing with the guide rail 301b through the clamping slider 301f, and rotates in meshing with the rack 301c through the clamping driving gear 301d-1, so that the lateral clamping module 301 can keep moving synchronously with the annular chain 201c along with the gear rotation under the driving of the clamping driving motor 301d, and the purpose is to enable the lateral clamping module 301 to continuously clamp the assembled electric equipment along with the transmission of the transmission rack 201.
Specifically, the guide rail 301b and the rack 301c are arranged in parallel and have the same length, and are matched with the length of the conveying frame 201 of the stock preparation section a, the guide rail 301b and the rack 301c are respectively installed on two sides of the assembled power equipment, except that one group of conveying frames 201 corresponding to the fixed group are installed on the side wall of the supporting frame 101, the installation of the pallet 301a and the related components takes the actual installation environment as position adjustment, the side wall of the conveying frame 201 of the movable group is provided with an installation side plate T which can keep synchronous position adjustment with the conveying frame 201 of the movable group, so that the other group of pallets 301a and the related components are installed on the side wall, and the pallets 301a on two sides are driven to keep synchronous operation with the annular chain 201 c. The clamping blocks 301e are mounted on the supporting plate 301a, the clamping ends of the clamping blocks 301e on the two sides point to the assembled power equipment, preferably, the clamping blocks 301e on the movable group conveying frame 201 can adopt the combination of an air cylinder and a push block, so that the clamping blocks 301e can have a better contact effect with the side wall of the assembled power equipment, and looseness is prevented from occurring in the process of pressing and preparing materials.

Example 5
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the gantry clamping module 302 includes a moving rail 302a, a gantry 302b slidably coupled to the moving rail 302a, a lifting unit 302c disposed in the gantry 302b, and a clamping unit 302 d.
Wherein, the movable guide rails 302a are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the two sides of the support frame 101; the lifting unit 302c comprises a lifting plate 302c-1, a limiting column 302c-2, a lifting cylinder 302c-3 and an alignment adjusting piece 302c-4, wherein the lifting plate 302c-1 is located in the middle of an inner cavity of the portal frame 302b, the limiting column 302c-2 and the lifting cylinder 302c-3 are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the lifting plate 302c-1, the limiting column 302c-2 penetrates through the lifting plate 302c-1 in a sliding mode, two ends of the limiting column 302c-2 are fixed to the top and the bottom of the inner cavity of the portal frame 302b respectively, the lifting cylinder 302c-3 is installed on the lifting plate 302c-1, and a telescopic end of the lifting cylinder is fixed to a bottom plate of the portal frame 302 b. The alignment adjusting member 302c-4 comprises length-limiting guide rails 302c-41 symmetrically fixed at the bottom of the lifting plate 302c-1, connecting plates 302c-42 slidably connected to the length-limiting guide rails 302c-41, and length-adjusting cylinders 302c-43 fixed at the bottom of the lifting plate 302c-1, wherein the telescopic ends of the length-adjusting cylinders 302c-43 are fixed on the side walls of the connecting plates 302 c-42.
The clamping unit 302d comprises a first clamping piece 302d-1 arranged on the connecting plate 302c-42 and a second extrusion piece 302d-2 arranged on the bottom plate of the portal frame 302 b; the first clamping piece 302d-1 comprises a first limit guide rail 302d-11, a first clamping jaw 302d-12 connected to the first limit guide rail 302d-11 in a sliding mode and a first air cylinder 302d-13 connected to the first clamping jaw 302 d-12; second extrusion 302d-2 includes second jaw 302d-21 and second cylinder 302d-21 coupled to second jaw 302 d-21.
Compared with the embodiment 4, further, with reference to fig. 9, the gantry clamping module 302 is mainly used for aligning and pressing the electrical equipment formed by combining each profile and the copper bar, and is matched with the conveying frame 201 to be conveyed to the next process, wherein the moving guide rail 302a is used for guiding and limiting the gantry 302b, and the lifting unit 302c is used for lifting the first clamping member 302d-1 in the clamping unit 302d, so that the assembled electrical equipment can be conveyed to the other side of the gantry 302b, and thus can be aligned and sufficiently pressed by the clamping unit 302d, and in the pressing process, downward pressure can be applied to the assembled electrical equipment profile, and the pressing effect is improved.
Specifically, in order to keep the gantry 302B movable as a whole, the movable rails 302a are mounted on the outer walls of the two sides of the supporting frame 101, and the length of the movable rails 302a is the movable range of the gantry 302B, and is shorter than the length of the conveying section B conveying frame 201.
The limiting column 302c-2, the lifting cylinder 302c-3 and the alignment adjusting piece 302c-4 in the lifting unit 302c are directly connected with the lifting plate 302c-1, wherein the limiting column 302c-2 is vertical and penetrates through the lifting plate 302c-1 to be installed and used for limiting and guiding the lifting plate 302 c-1; the lifting cylinder 302c-3 is connected with the lifting plate 302c-1 and is used for driving the lifting plate 302c-1 to move up and down in the portal frame 302 b; referring to fig. 10, the alignment adjusting member 302c-4 is installed in the lifting plate 302c-1, and the length adjusting cylinder 302c-43 is used to provide power required for adjustment by the moving direction and the moving distance of the length limiting guide rail 302c-41 sliding the limiting connection plate 302 c-42.
Further, in conjunction with fig. 9 and 11, the clamping unit 302d is used for pressing, so that the profiles of the assembled power equipment are in close contact with each other; in the first clamping piece 302d-1, first clamping jaws 302d-12 are symmetrically and slidably mounted on a first limiting guide rail 302d-11, the first clamping jaws 302d-12 are respectively driven by first air cylinders 302d-13 corresponding to the first clamping jaws 302d-12, and the specific connecting positions of the first air cylinders 302d-13 can be reasonably distributed according to actual working conditions; the assembled electrical equipment profile is pressed by the lateral approach of the two sets of first clamping jaws 302 d-12. The second extrusion pieces 302d-2 are positioned on the bottom plate of the portal frame 302b, and a plurality of groups can be arranged along the length direction of the support frame 101 so as to adapt to the pressing effect in the assembly process of longer power equipment; the second extrusion 302d-2 is spaced from the first clamping member 302d-1 to provide multiple segments of extrusion along the length of the power device for uniform compression. In second presser 302d-2, the movement of second jaw 302d-21 is pushed by second cylinder 302 d-21. It should be noted that the first and second jaws 302d-12 and 302d-21 have a running pitch that matches the pitch of the transfer rack 201 between the fixed and movable sets.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 4.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 12, a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the fifth embodiment, is: the gantry clamping module 302 further comprises a drive resetting unit 302e, and the drive resetting unit 302e comprises a gantry resetting motor 302e-1, a guide chain wheel 302e-2 fixed on an output shaft of the gantry resetting motor 302e-1 and an output shaft of the conveying section drive motor 201e-1, and a drive chain 302e-3 meshed and rotated on the guide chain wheel 302 e-2.
The guide chain wheel 302e-2 positioned on the output shaft of the conveying section driving motor 201e-1 is connected with the transmission shaft 201e-2 through the electromagnetic clutch 302 e-11; any one of the lengths of drive chain 302e-3 is connected to the bottom side wall of gantry 302 b.
Further, compared to embodiment 5, in conjunction with fig. 12, the gantry 302b is controlled and driven by a driving and resetting unit 302 e; specifically, the gantry 302b is driven to advance and return by two motors, when the gantry 302b advances along with the conveying section conveying frame 201, the gantry 302b is driven synchronously by a driving unit of the conveying section conveying frame 201, in the process, the electromagnetic clutch 302e-11 is closed, the driving chain 302e-3 keeps synchronous motion with the transmission shaft 201e-2 through the guide chain wheel 302e-2, in the returning process of the gantry 302b, the transmission shaft 201e-2 is separated from the guide chain wheel 302e-2 by the electromagnetic clutch 302e-11, the gantry resetting motor 302e-1 rotates, and the driving guide chain wheel 302e-2 rotates to drive the gantry 302b to move reversely.
Preferably, the gantry resetting motor 302e-1 is installed outside the support frame 101 and used for providing driving power; the purpose of using the driving motor 201e-1 of the conveying section conveying frame 201 as the forward driving force of the gantry 302b is to keep the gantry 302b and the conveying frame 201 in speed synchronization, so as to avoid the situation that the gantry 302b is dislocated in the process of pressing and assembling the power equipment due to speed difference, thereby affecting the assembling precision of the power equipment. From the above description, the transmission shaft 201e-2 of the conveying section transmission rack 201 is in the form of a spline transmission shaft, so as to maintain the output efficiency of the transmission shaft 201e-2 in different adjustment states.
The driving reset unit 302e is only used for providing the driving force for resetting the gantry 302b, and the process of switching the power output of the conveying section driving motor 201e-1 and the driving reset unit 302e is realized by the electromagnetic clutch 302 e-11.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 5.
Example 7
Referring to fig. 13, a seventh embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the sixth embodiment, is: the height adjusting modules 303 are provided with a plurality of groups, which are distributed on the support beam 102 at equal intervals, and each group includes a mounting plate 303a, a servo electric cylinder 303b fixed at the bottom of the mounting plate 303a, a bearing plate 303c connected to the telescopic end of the servo electric cylinder 303b, a linear guide rail 303d and a fixed guide wheel 303e fixed on the bearing plate 303c, and a movable guide wheel 303f slidably connected to the linear guide rail 303 d.
The bearing plate 303c is located above the mounting plate 303a, and two ends of the bearing plate 303c are symmetrically provided with guide shafts 303c-1, and the linear guide rails 303d are perpendicular to the mounting plane of the conveying frame 201.
Compared with the embodiment 6, further, as shown in fig. 13, the height adjusting module 303 is mainly used for providing an upward clamping force for the assembled electrical equipment during conveying in the conveying section, and providing an axial pressing force for the electrical equipment by matching with the gantry 302 b; specifically, because the bottom of the height adjusting module 303 is fixedly installed, a plurality of groups need to be arranged at equal intervals, wherein the installation plate 303a is fixed, the servo electric cylinder 303b provides a lifting driving force to push the bearing plate 303c to displace in the vertical direction so as to achieve the required lifting height; and the fixed guide wheel 303e and the movable guide wheel 303f on the bearing plate 303c are used for rolling contact with the bottom side wall of the power equipment, and the movable guide wheel 303f can slide on the linear guide rail 303d to adjust the distance between the fixed guide wheel 303e and the movable guide wheel 303f to adapt to the distance change between the transmission frames 201.
Preferably, guide shafts 303c-1 are installed at the bottom of the mounting plate 303a and on both sides of the servo cylinder 303b to keep the bearing plate 303c stably raised or lowered.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 6.
Example 8
Referring to fig. 14, an eighth embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the seventh embodiment, is: the guiding module 304 is symmetrically installed on two sidewalls of the top of the supporting frame 100 through a connecting seat, and includes a guiding wheel set 304a and an adjusting cylinder 304b, and the guiding wheel set 304a is fixed on the telescopic end of the adjusting cylinder 304 b.
Compared with the embodiment 7, further, the guiding module 304 is located on the supporting frame 100 of the conveying section, and is used for guiding out the assembled power equipment output from the conveying section, and entering the next process; the adjusting cylinder 304b provides driving force for the guide wheel set 304a and keeps the guide wheel set 304a smooth; preferably, guide rods for guiding are installed at both sides of the guide wheel set 304a, and the guide rods penetrate through the connection base, as shown in the drawing.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 7.
Example 9
Referring to fig. 8 and 14, a ninth embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the eighth embodiment, is: an aligning plate 101a is provided at an input end of the stock preparation section a of the supporting frame 101, and a guide roller 101B is provided at an output end of the conveying section B thereof.
Compared with the embodiment 8, further, when the alignment plate 101a disposed in the material preparation section a of the support frame 101 is used for preliminary alignment during the material preparation assembly of the power equipment, preferably, the alignment plate 101a and the lateral clamping module 301 may be connected into a whole, that is, during the conveying process of the material preparation section a, the copper bar and the shell profiles may be always in an aligned and stable state, and when the lateral clamping module 301 is reset, the copper bar and the shell profiles return to the initial position along with the lateral clamping module, and then the operation is repeated. On the other hand, in the conveying section B of the support frame 101, since the output end of the electric power equipment is assembled, the guide rollers 101B are provided at the end portions thereof, which is advantageous for guiding the electric power equipment out of the assembly line and then entering the next process.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 8.
In the operation process, the distance between the conveying frames 201 is adjusted according to the specification and the size of the electric power equipment to be assembled, and the width adjusting motor 201f-1 drives the adjusting screw rod 201f-2 to rotate, so that the distance between the conveying frames 201 of the movable group and the fixed group is changed, and the distance between the supporting plates 201d-3 at two sides is matched with the specification and the size of the electric power equipment to be assembled; and the fixed guide wheel 303e and the movable guide wheel 303f in the height adjustment module 303 are adjusted by the corresponding width and height. Then correspondingly arranging the copper bar, the U-shaped section and the S-shaped section which are assembled parts of the power equipment, placing the S-shaped section on the left side and the right side of the copper bar, and placing the U-shaped section on the upper side and the lower side of the copper bar, so that one end of the copper bar is abutted against the alignment plate 101 a; the clamping block 301e in the lateral clamping module 301 is adjusted to enable the end portion of the clamping block to abut against the side wall of the S-shaped section, after the abutting is completed, the driving unit 201e can be started to drive the transmission shaft 201e-2 to rotate, the transmission frame 201 operates, the assembled power equipment is pushed to move towards the conveying section B, in the conveying process, the bottom side wall of the assembled power equipment is sequentially contacted with the distributed guide frames 201g, and when the assembled power equipment is conveyed to the transition module 202, the bottom side wall of the assembled power equipment is sequentially separated from the material preparation section to enter the conveying section B under the guiding action of the transition wheels 202B-2 and the transition guide wheels 202B-3.
In the process of entering the conveying section B, the lifting unit 302c in the portal frame 302B acts, the lifting cylinder 302c-3 drives the lifting plate 302c-1 to move towards the upper part of the lifting frame 302B, so that the assembled electric equipment can be moved to the other end thereof through the bottom of the gantry 302b, when the power equipment moves to the first clamping jaw 302d-12 of the gantry 302b under the delivery of the transfer frame 201, the lifting cylinder 302c-3 is again actuated to lower the lifting frame 302b, adapting the height of the assembled electrical equipment, and the electrical devices are aligned, and the corresponding first and second cylinders 302d-13 and 302d-21 are activated, the first clamping jaws 302d-12 and the groups of the second clamping jaws 302d-21 are close to each other, and the assembled power equipment is pressed tightly, so that all parts can be fully combined; and moves to the output end under the driving action of the transmission frame 201, in the process, the side wall of the bottom of the assembled electric equipment is in rotating contact with a fixed guide wheel 303e and a movable guide wheel 303f in the height adjusting module 303, and has an upward pressing force on a U-shaped profile at the bottom of the assembled electric equipment, when the transmission frame 201 pushes the assembled electric equipment to the guide module 304, an electromagnetic clutch 302e-11 acts to disconnect a transmission shaft 201e-2 at the transmission end B from a guide chain wheel 302e-2, a gantry resetting motor 302e-1 is started, and the gantry 302B is reset to an initial position through the driving guide chain wheel 302e-2 and the driving guide chain 302e-3 to enter the transmission work of the next assembled electric equipment. When the assembled electric equipment enters the guide module 304, the adjusting cylinder 304B is started, so that the guide wheel set 304a is in rolling contact with the side wall of the S-shaped material, and the electric equipment is pushed out from the conveying section B through the guide roller 101c under the pushing of the conveying frame 201 to enter the next process.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

1. An electrical equipment assembly line which characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the supporting mechanism (100) comprises a supporting frame (101) and a supporting beam (102) arranged in the middle of the supporting frame (101);
the conveying mechanism (200) is arranged in the supporting frame (101) through the supporting beam (102) and comprises a material preparation section (A) and a conveying section (B), and the material preparation section (A) and the conveying section (B) respectively comprise two groups of conveying frames (201) arranged in parallel and a transition module (202) arranged between the two sections; and the number of the first and second groups,
the clamping mechanism (300) comprises a lateral clamping module (301), a gantry clamping module (302), a height adjusting module (303) and a guide module (304), wherein the lateral clamping module (301) is movably arranged at one end of the conveying mechanism (200), the guide module (304) is arranged at the other end of the lateral clamping module, the gantry (302) is movably connected to a conveying frame (201) of the conveying section (B), and the height adjusting module (303) is arranged between the conveying frames (201) of the conveying section (B).
2. The electrical equipment assembly line of claim 1, wherein: the conveying frame (201) comprises guide plates (201a) which are symmetrically arranged up and down, chain wheels (201b) which are positioned at two ends of the guide plates (201a), an annular chain (201c) which is meshed with the chain wheels (201b) to rotate, and conveying clamps (201d) which are detachably connected to the annular chain (201 c);
the guide plate (201a) is provided with a rack guide groove (201a-1) positioned in the middle of the guide plate and clamp wheel guide grooves (201a-2) positioned in the middle of the guide plate and on the side walls of two sides of the guide plate;
the conveying clamp (201d) comprises a U-shaped plate (201d-1), guide wheels (201d-2) positioned on two sides and the middle of the inner cavity of the U-shaped plate (201d-1), and supporting plates (201d-3) positioned at the end parts of the U-shaped plate (201 d-1).
3. The electrical equipment assembly line of claim 2, wherein: the two groups of conveying frames (201) are divided into a fixed group and a movable group, and a mounting side plate (T) is arranged on the side wall of a guide plate (201a) of the movable group; and the number of the first and second groups,
the two groups of conveying frames (201) further comprise a driving unit (201e), a width adjusting unit (201f) and a guide frame (201g), the driving unit (201e) is arranged at the axle center of the chain wheel (201b), the width adjusting unit (201f) is arranged at one side of the guide plate (201a), and the guide frame (201g) is connected to the side wall of the guide plate (201a) above;
the driving unit (201e) comprises a driving motor (201e-1) and a transmission shaft (201e-2) connected to an output shaft of the driving motor (201e-1) through a speed reducer, wherein the transmission shaft (201e-2) is connected to the axis position of the chain wheel (201 b);
the width adjusting unit (201f) comprises a width adjusting motor (201f-1) and an adjusting screw rod (201f-2) connected to an output shaft of the width adjusting motor (201f-1) through a coupler, and the adjusting screw rod (201f-2) is connected to two groups of guide plates (201a) which are arranged in parallel;
the guide frames (201g) are arranged on one sides of the two groups of the conveying frames (201) close to each other, and plastic guide wheels (201g-1) are arranged at the upper ends of the guide frames.

The electrical equipment assembly line of claim 3, wherein: the transition module (202) is mounted on the support beam (102) and comprises a transition guide rail (202a), transition brackets (202b) which are connected to the transition guide rail (202a) in a sliding mode and are symmetrically arranged, and connecting blocks (202 c);
the transition guide rail (202a) is perpendicular to the installation plane of the conveying frame (201) and has a length shorter than that of the support beam (102);
the transition support (202b) comprises two L-shaped plates (202b-1) which are symmetrically arranged, a transition wheel (202b-2) which is positioned on the far side of the L-shaped plate (202b-1) and a transition guide wheel (202b-3) which is arranged at the top of the L-shaped plate (202b-1), wherein one L-shaped plate (202b-1) is fixedly connected to the end part of the transition guide rail (202a), and the other L-shaped plate (202b-1) is connected with the mounting side plate (T) through a connecting block (202 c).

The electrical equipment assembly line of claim 3 or 4, wherein: the lateral clamping module (301) comprises a supporting plate (301a), a guide rail (301b), a rack (301c), a clamping driving motor (301d), a clamping block (301e) and a clamping slide block (301f), wherein the clamping driving motor (301d), the clamping block (301e) and the clamping slide block (301f) are connected to the supporting plate (301 a);
the supporting plate (301a) is connected to the guide rail (301b) in a sliding mode through the clamping slide block (301f), a clamping driving gear (301d-1) is connected to an output shaft of the clamping driving motor (301d), and the clamping driving gear (301d-1) is meshed with the rack (301c) to rotate;
the guide rails (301b) and the racks (301c) are arranged in parallel and symmetrically and are located on two sides of the conveying frame (301), one group of the guide rails and the racks is installed on the side wall of the installation side plate (T), and the other group of the guide rails and the racks is installed on the side wall of the supporting frame (101).
6. The electrical equipment assembly line of claim 5, wherein: the gantry clamping module (302) comprises a moving guide rail (302a), a gantry (302b) connected to the moving guide rail (302a) in a sliding manner, a lifting unit (302c) arranged in the gantry (302b) and a clamping unit (302 d);
the moving guide rail (302a) is fixedly connected to the outer walls of two sides of the support frame (101);
