And 6, taking out the waste liquid recovery tank 10 through a pull ring 1001, scraping the recovered asphalt residue at 65-75 ℃, and oscillating with a small amount of trichloroethylene to obtain the clean waste liquid recovery tank 10.
And 7, after the washing box 1 is cooled to room temperature, opening the cabinet door 102, and taking out the tray frame 3 to obtain the clean bitumen ware.

1. The use method of the automatic washing and recycling machine for the trichloroethylene is applied to the automatic washing and recycling machine for the trichloroethylene, and comprises a washing box (1), wherein a liquid injection port (101) is formed in the top of the washing box (1), and a storage bin (2), a tray frame (3), a rotating flat plate (4) and a guide plate (5) are sequentially arranged in the washing box (1) from top to bottom; a plurality of spray heads (401) are uniformly arranged on the rotating flat plate (4), a driving device is arranged at the bottom in the washing box (1), and the driving device is used for driving the rotating flat plate (4) to rotate;
a cabinet door (102) is arranged on the front side wall of the washing box (1), the rear side wall of the storage bin (2) is communicated with the rotating flat plate (4) through a transfusion tube (7), and a stop valve (701) is arranged on the transfusion tube (7); a first heating device (8) is arranged in the storage bin (2);

the motor also comprises a controller (15), wherein a first signal output end of the controller (15) is electrically connected with a control end of the motor (6); a second signal output end of the controller (15) is electrically connected with a signal input end of the first heating device (8); the third signal output end of the controller (15) is electrically connected with the signal input end of the second heating device (11); a fourth signal output end of the controller (15) is electrically connected with a signal input end of the electromagnetic valve (1204);
an infrared sensing probe (16) is arranged on a liquid outlet (1203) of the condensing tube (12), and a signal output end of the infrared sensing probe (16) is electrically connected with a signal input end of the controller (15);
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1, opening a cabinet door (102), putting an asphalt vessel to be cleaned on a tray frame (3), and closing the cabinet door (102);
step 2, adding trichloroethylene washing liquid into the storage bin (2) through a liquid injection port (101), and opening a first heating device (8) to heat the trichloroethylene washing liquid in the storage bin (2);
step 3, a stop valve (701) on a transfusion tube (7) is opened, the inside of a storage bin (2) is communicated with a spray head (401) on a rotating flat plate (4), a driving device is opened, the rotating flat plate (4) is driven to rotate by the driving device, and heated trichloroethylene washing liquid is sprayed out through the spray head (401), so that the bitumen vessel to be cleaned is cleaned;
step 4, after the bitumen vessel to be cleaned is cleaned, closing a stop valve (701), a first heating device (8) and a driving device; and the valve control component opens the flow guide port (911) to enable the trichloroethylene washing waste liquid to enter the waste liquid recovery tank (10) in the recovery tank (9);
step 5, a water inlet (1201) of a condensing pipe (12) is connected with tap water, an electromagnetic valve (1204) on a liquid outlet (1203) of the condensing pipe (12) is opened, a second heating device (11) is opened to heat the trichloroethylene washing waste liquid in the waste liquid recovery tank (10), so that the trichloroethylene is vaporized and condensed through the condensing pipe (12), and the condensed clean trichloroethylene enters a storage bin (2) from the liquid outlet (1203) to finish the recovery of the trichloroethylene; the conduction port (911), the second heating device (11), the electromagnetic valve (1204), the water inlet (1201) and the water outlet (1202) of the condensing tube (12) are closed, and the whole operation is ended.

The method for using the automatic trichloroethylene washing and recycling machine according to claim 1, wherein the waste liquid recycling tank (10) is in sliding connection with the recycling bin (9), and a pull ring (1001) is arranged on the front side wall of the waste liquid recycling tank (10).
