Claims (8)
1. The intelligent clean room of claim 1, wherein the monitoring unit is designed to be installed outside the clean room or inside the clean room and is connected to the fan filter units via signal lines; the monitoring unit is provided with a display unit which is used for monitoring the fan filtering units and displaying the fan filtering units to be arranged on the top of the clean room in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

the upper end of the upper chamber is connected with a cold air inlet; the pressure relief hole is formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of fine holes; the static pressure chamber comprises an upper sealing plate, a lower sealing plate, a left sealing plate and a right sealing plate, wherein the left end of the upper sealing plate is connected to the upper end of the left sealing plate, the right end of the upper sealing plate is connected to the upper end of the right sealing plate, the left end of the lower sealing plate is connected to the lower end of the left sealing plate, the right end of the lower sealing plate is connected to the lower end of the right sealing plate, mounting holes are formed in the lower sealing plate, the upper sealing plate, the lower sealing plate, the left sealing plate and the right sealing plate form a rectangular frame, the front side and the rear side of the rectangular frame are respectively connected with an outer wall plate and an inner wall plate of the side wall of the air shower, the static pressure chamber further comprises a filter, a support frame and two vertical supports, the two vertical supports are mounted on the inner side of the outer wall plate of the side wall of the air shower, the upper end and the lower end of the two vertical supports are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper sealing plate and, the lower end of the support frame is designed into an opening, the lower end of the support frame is hermetically arranged at the upper end of the lower sealing plate, and the opening at the lower end of the support frame is communicated with the mounting hole;
