牙周疾病是常见的口腔疾病,其症状主要有牙龈出血、肿胀、疼痛。有统计显示,牙周疾病是35岁以上人群牙齿缺失的主要原因,可见牙周疾病的严重性。但由于患者不易察觉,大多数人并不知道自己患有此病,许多人错误地认为人到了老年才会患牙周疾病,实际上5岁儿童就可能患有牙周疾病。藏医药作为我国为数不多具有完整理论体系的民族药,具有悠久的历史和丰富的临时治疗体系,长期服务于藏区的广大人民,为人民的身体健康和社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。藏红花:《四部医典》“治一切肝病,收敛脉口。”姜:《四部医典》“治'培龙'病,血液凝滞,能解酒。”冬虫夏草:《医学千万舍利》:"清'龙'及'赤巴'病,补精液。"藏雪莲:《如意宝树》:“治疗头部创伤及热病痛症。”唐古特大黄:《度母本草》:“根愈疮,全草能泄下。”寒水石:《四部医典》“止泻,清'培根'热。” 现代人由于饮食习惯、抽烟、喝酒和食肉过多等原因,会造成牙周炎、咽炎和牙龈出血等问题。目前市场上的牙膏功能比较单一,不能满足人们对口腔健康多元化的需要,尤其是由具有明确理论体系依据的民族药(藏药)组方的牙膏,更是凤毛麟角。随着人民对口腔健康的认知和意识不断增强,为此对功效好,有充分理论依据的组方产品需求极为强烈。目前,市面上出现了一些能够起到抗菌消炎和止血的中草药牙膏和藏药药膏;但这些牙膏抗菌效果仅仅针对对部分口腔致病菌起到效果,对整体口腔微生物环境的改善并不明显,同时现有的抗菌牙膏在牙龈出血时,止血时间很难低于2min,使用者刷牙过程中能够明显感受牙龈出血,出血时间较长不利于口腔环境的自我修复和保养。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种藏药牙膏及其制备方法,解决现有牙膏抗菌效果仅仅对部分口腔致病菌起到效果,对整体口腔微生物环境的改善并不明显,同时现有的抗菌牙膏对牙龈出血的止血时间很难低于2min,不利于口腔的自我修复和保养。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种藏药牙膏,包括有藏药水提取物、寒水石和助剂;所述藏药水提取物是藏红花、姜、冬虫夏草、藏雪莲、唐古特大黄按比例组合,在水中进行水提,然后过滤得的藏药水提物;
优选的,按照重量g数,包括有藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g、寒水石5-10g;所述助剂包括有摩擦剂15-40g、粘合剂1-4g、防腐剂0.05-0.3g、表面活性剂0.5-5g、湿润剂7-45g、增香剂0.05-1.3g;
优选的,所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、水合硅酸中的一种或两种组合;
优选的,所述粘合剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶中的一种或两种组合;
优选的,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾盐;
优选的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;
优选的,所述湿润剂为丙二醇、聚乙二醇和山梨醇中的一种或两种以上组合;
优选的,所述增香剂为薄荷醇、薄荷油、芒果香精、茉莉花香精中的一种或多种组合;
进一步的,本发明提供一种藏药牙膏的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)制备藏药水提取物;
(2)将藏药水提取物和寒水石混合均质,制得备用液A;
(3)将摩擦剂、粘合剂、防腐剂用水溶解混均匀,制得备用液B;
(4)将表面活性剂和湿润剂加入容器内混匀,加入的备用液A、备用液B和增香剂,进行搅拌、捏和、研磨均质后,抽真空至-0.096MPa,排除膏料中的气泡,制备得混合物;
(5)将混合物打入膏体储存锅陈化90-95分钟,即得到藏药牙膏;
更进一步的技术方案是上述制备藏药水提取物的步骤为:将藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g,按比例加入到1000g水中,于70-75℃温度下提取15-20min,冷却至室温,将固液混合物进行过滤,得到滤液,制备得到藏药水提物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果至少是如下之一:
1、本发明基于藏医药理论,提出一种藏药牙膏,组方中包含藏红花、姜、藏雪莲、冬虫夏草、寒水石、唐古特大黄;通过水提的方式,有利于有效提取藏药中杀菌抗炎的有益成分,在水提过程中,各个藏药组分中相互制约影响,提取出更有利于产生协同作用的有益成分;通过各藏药组分的协同作用,有利于对口腔中的多种微生物产生较强的杀菌效果,同时能够不破坏口腔中微生物和酶环境的平衡,有利于在起到良好抗菌效果的同时,维持口腔的良好环境,有利于口腔的自我修复和平衡,有利于减少口腔牙龈中的出血点,针对牙周炎有明显的改善效果;
2、本发明藏药牙膏其凝血时间不超过0.5min,明显优于现有牙膏的止血效果,有利于口腔的保养和修复,本发明所提供的藏药牙膏在凝血方面作用具有显著的优势;
3、发明从减少出血点和缩短凝血时间两个方面,双层修复和保养口腔健康,有利于口腔环境的自我修复和平衡,有利于改善口腔问题。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:一种藏药牙膏,包括有藏药水提取物、寒水石和助剂;所述藏药水提取物是藏红花、姜、冬虫夏草、藏雪莲、唐古特大黄按比例组合,在水中进行水提,然后过滤得的藏药水提物;
优选的,包括有藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g、寒水石5-10g;所述助剂包括有摩擦剂15-40g、粘合剂1-4g、防腐剂0.05-0.3g、表面活性剂0.5-5g、湿润剂7-45g、增香剂0.05-1.3g;
优选的,所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、水合硅酸中的一种或两种组合;
优选的,所述粘合剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶中的一种或两种组合;
优选的,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾盐;
优选的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;
优选的,所述湿润剂为丙二醇、聚乙二醇和山梨醇中的一种或两种以上组合;

上述藏药牙膏的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)制备藏药水提取物;
(2)将藏药水提取物和寒水石混合均质,制得备用液A;
(3)将摩擦剂、粘合剂、防腐剂用水溶解混均匀,制得备用液B;
(4)将表面活性剂和湿润剂加入容器内混匀,加入的备用液A、备用液B和增香剂,进行搅拌、捏和、研磨均质后,抽真空至-0.096MPa,排除膏料中的气泡,制备得混合物;
(5)将混合物打入膏体储存锅陈化90-95分钟,即得到藏药牙膏;
上述制备藏药水提取物的步骤为:将藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g,按比例加入到1000g水中,于70-75℃温度下提取15-20min,冷却至室温,将固液混合物进行过滤,得到滤液,制备得到藏药水提物。
本发明基于藏医药理论,提出一种藏药牙膏,组方中包含藏红花、姜、藏雪莲、冬虫夏草、寒水石、唐古特大黄;通过水提的方式,有利于有效提取藏药中杀菌抗炎的有益成分,在水提过程中,各个藏药组分中相互制约影响,提取出更有利于产生协同作用的有益成分;通过各藏药组分的协同作用,有利于对口腔中的多种微生物产生较强的杀菌效果,同时能够不破坏口腔中微生物和酶环境的平衡,有利于在起到良好抗菌效果的同时,维持口腔的良好环境,有利于口腔的自我修复和平衡,有利于减少口腔牙龈中的出血点,针对牙周炎有明显的改善效果;本发明藏药牙膏其凝血时间不超过0.5min,明显优于现有牙膏的止血效果,有利于口腔的保养和修复,本发明所提供的藏药牙膏在凝血方面作用具有显著的优势;发明从减少出血点和缩短凝血时间两个方面,双层修复和保养口腔健康,有利于口腔环境的自我修复和平衡,有利于改善口腔问题。
实施例2:抗菌实验
实验组1:采用实施例1中的制备方法制备藏药牙膏,其中各组分含量为:藏红花10g、姜9g、冬虫夏草1.2g、藏雪莲2.5g、唐古特大黄1g、寒水石7.5g、水合硅石20g、海藻酸钠2.5g、山梨酸钾盐0.05g、十二烷基硫酸钠1g、山梨醇10g、薄荷醇0.08g、薄荷油0.03g。
实验组2:采用和实验组1同样的制备方法制备藏药牙膏,其中各组分含量为:藏红花12g、姜8g、冬虫夏草1g、藏雪莲2g、唐古特大黄1g、寒水石6g、水合硅石15g、海藻酸钠2g、山梨酸钾盐0.05g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.5g、山梨醇21g、薄荷醇0.03g、薄荷油0.03g。
实验组3:采用和实验组1同样的制备方法制备藏药牙膏,其中各组分含量为:藏红花15g、姜12g、冬虫夏草2g、藏雪莲4g、唐古特大黄2g、寒水石10g、碳酸钙20g、水合硅石20g、海藻酸钠1g、瓜尔胶3g、山梨酸钾盐0.3g、十二烷基硫酸钠5g、聚乙二醇20g、山梨醇25g、茉莉花香精1.3g。
对照组1:市售云南某品牌牙膏,主要功效具止血、清口气、抗菌、消炎。
对照组2:市售某中药高级牙膏,主要功效牙龈出血、杀菌、清新口气、消炎。
实验组1、2、3和对照组1、2制备所得的中药牙膏的杀菌效果测试方法如下:将(9-10)×104cfu/g的菌液均匀地涂布在平板上,然后将牙膏均匀地涂抹在平板表面。一起培养时间5分钟,测量平板上细菌存活数量(单位cfu/g),将该存活数量与原菌液中细菌数量相比,得到杀菌率(%)。其杀菌率结果如表1所示。

表1的结果表明,不同配方的藏药牙膏其对几种微生物的杀菌率皆在99.5%以上,明显优于两个对照组,说明藏药牙膏具有很好的抗菌作用。
实施例3:治疗牙周炎实验
实验组1、2、3以及对照组1、2和实施例2中的均相同。
实验组1、2、3和对照组1、2制备所得的中药牙膏治疗牙周炎的效果采用牙龈指数进行测定,该方法如下:对300名志愿者进行口腔检查,并评分,评分标准如下:1-无炎症;2-轻度炎症,牙龈色泽和质地略有变化;3-中度炎症,牙龈光亮,红、肿、增生;4-重度炎症,牙龈明显发红、增生、有自发性出血,加权作平均值,使用本发明牙膏8周后,再次计算加权平均值。其治疗牙周炎效果如表2所示。

表2的结果表明,不同配方的藏药牙膏其对试验样本人群的牙周炎有明显改善效果,且明显优于两个对照组,说明藏药牙膏对牙周炎有非常好的作用。
实施例4:止血实验
实验组1、2、3以及对照组1、2和实施例2中的均相同。
实验组1、2、3和对照组1、2制备所得的中药牙膏止血效果测定方法如下:取雄性小白鼠40只,体重20±2克,随机分为4组,每组10只。将牙膏采用去离子水稀释至10mg/Kg,腹腔注射给药,容量为10ml/kg体重。给药后10分钟测定凝血时间。用内径为0.9mm的毛细玻璃管从小鼠眼内眦部刺入,血液通过毛细玻璃管滴于载玻片上,立即用秒表记时,每隔30秒钟用清洁针头自血滴边缘向里轻轻挑动一次,观察有无血丝形成,以后每隔巧秒钟挑动一次,从采血开始至挑起血丝止,所历时间即为凝血时间。其止血效果如表3所示。

表3的结果表明,不同配方的藏药牙膏其凝血时间不超过0.5min,均在0.2min左右,且明显优于两个对照组,说明藏药牙膏在凝血方面作用显著。
实施例5:藏药水提取物制备方法实验
实验组:采用实施例1中用水提取藏药水提取物并制备藏药牙膏,其中各组分含量为:藏红花10g、姜9g、冬虫夏草1.2g、藏雪莲2.5g、唐古特大黄1g、寒水石7.5g、水合硅石20g、海藻酸钠2.5g、山梨酸钾盐0.05g、十二烷基硫酸钠1g、山梨醇10g、薄荷醇0.08g、薄荷油0.03g。
对照组:采用乙醇提取藏药混合物,其他制备条件参数和实验组1一致,且各组分含量和实验组1一致。
采用和实施例2-4的相同的方式,实验实验组1和对照组1的抗菌效果、牙周炎治疗效果和止血效果。实验组1和对照组1的抗菌效果对比结果、牙周炎治疗效果对比和止血效果对比如表4所示。

表4的结果表明,采用水提取藏药组分,更有利于有效提取藏药中杀菌抗炎的有益成分,在水提过程中,各个藏药组分中相互制约影响,提取出更有利于产生协同作用的有益成分,更有利于藏药牙膏发挥出杀菌效果,同时能够不破坏口腔中微生物和酶环境的平衡,有利于在起到良好抗菌效果的同时,维持口腔的良好环境,有利于口腔的自我修复和平衡,有利于减少口腔牙龈中的出血点,同时缩短凝血时间,有利于口腔环境和牙龈健康的疗愈修复。
尽管这里参照本发明的多个解释性实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是,应该理解,本领域技术人员可以设计出很多其他的修改和实施方式,这些修改和实施方式将落在本申请公开的原则范围和精神之内。更具体地说,在本申请公开和权利要求的范围内,可以对主题组合布局的组成部件和/或布局进行多种变型和改进。除了对组成部件和/或布局进行的变形和改进外,对于本领域技术人员来说,其他的用途也将是明显的。
Claims (10)
1.一种藏药牙膏,其特征在于,包括有藏药水提取物、寒水石和助剂;所述藏药水提取物是藏红花、姜、冬虫夏草、藏雪莲、唐古特大黄按比例组合,在水中进行水提,然后过滤得的藏药水提物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:包括有藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g、寒水石5-10g;所述助剂包括有摩擦剂15-40g、粘合剂1-4g、防腐剂0.05-0.3g、表面活性剂0.5-5g、湿润剂7-45g、增香剂0.05-1.3g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、水合硅酸中的一种或两种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶中的一种或两种组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述湿润剂为丙二醇、聚乙二醇和山梨醇中的一种或两种以上组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的藏药牙膏,其特征在于:所述增香剂为薄荷醇、薄荷油、芒果香精、茉莉花香精中的一种或多种组合。
9.一种藏药牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:
(1)制备藏药水提取物;
(2)将藏药水提取物和寒水石混合均质,制得备用液A;
(3)将摩擦剂、粘合剂、防腐剂用水溶解混均匀,制得备用液B;
(4)将表面活性剂和湿润剂加入容器内混匀,加入的备用液A、备用液B和增香剂,进行搅拌、捏和、研磨均质后,抽真空至-0.096MPa,排除膏料中的气泡,制备得混合物;
(5)将混合物打入膏体储存锅陈化90-95分钟,即得到藏药牙膏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种藏药牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,上述制备藏药水提取物的步骤为:将藏红花10-15g、姜8-12g、冬虫夏草1-3g、藏雪莲1-5g、唐古特大黄1-4g,按比例加入到1000g水中,于70-75℃温度下提取15-20min,冷却至室温,将固液混合物进行过滤,得到滤液,制备得到藏药水提物。
