Detailed Description
As described above, the present inventors have found that the amount of the drug applied to the face-contacting surface is 150g/m2The drug is applied in a small amount in the following manner, and thus can be used for such a long time as going to bed. The present inventors have further studied and found that, when the amount of coating is small as described above, the corrosion resistance may be insufficient. That is, it is considered that a cosmetic device used by allowing a drug containing a cosmetic component such as a moisturizing agent to permeate into the face and contacting the face, such as a patch-type mask, can exhibit sufficient antiseptic properties by adding a preservative to the drug and increasing the amount of the drug applied. According to the studies of the present inventors, the cosmetic device cannot sufficiently suppress adhesion of the drug to bedding during sleeping, and is difficult to use overnight. Further, if the cosmetic device is used in a state of covering the mouth or nostrils, it is difficult to breathe, and in this respect, it is also difficult to use the device all night. The present inventors have thus found that the corrosion resistance can be improved by studying the composition of the drug without increasing the amount of the drug to be applied, and have arrived at the following invention.
The cosmetic device according to the present invention comprises: a cosmetic device body having a contact surface capable of contacting at least a part of the face; and a drug applied to the contact surface of the cosmetic device body. As described above, since the cosmetic device is coated with the chemical on the contact surface that can be brought into contact with the face, that is, the inner surface of the cosmetic device main body, adhesion of the chemical to bedding during sleeping can be prevented. The above-mentioned chemicals are coated on the above-mentioned contact surface in a coating amount of 20-150 g/m2And (4) coating. Thus, the amount of the drug applied was 150g/m, which is a small amount2Hereinafter, the adhesion of the above-mentioned medicine to bedding during sleeping can be prevented. Further, the amount of the drug applied was 150g/m because of a small amount2Therefore, even when the cosmetic device is used in a state where the mouth or the nostrils are covered, the user can easily breathe. Thus, the cosmetic device can be used for a long time such as during bedtime. On the other hand, the amount of the above-mentioned chemical is 20g/m2As described above, the effects obtained by the contact of the above-mentioned medicine with the face, such as moisture retention, can be fully exhibited. Thus, the cosmetic device can be used for a long time such as during sleeping, and effects obtained by the contact of the drug with the face, such as moisture retention, can be sufficiently exhibited.
In the cosmetic device, the corrosion resistance can be improved by using a drug containing a trihydric alcohol and at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate as the drug applied to the contact surface of the cosmetic device main body. Therefore, the cosmetic device can be used for a long time such as in sleeping and has excellent corrosion resistance.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
(first embodiment)
A cosmetic device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. The cosmetic device 1 can be worn at bedtime or the like to obtain an effect obtained by the contact of the above-mentioned medicine with the face, for example, a cosmetic effect such as moisture retention.
As described above, the cosmetic device 1 includes the cosmetic device body 11. The cosmetic device 1 further includes a chemical applied to a contact surface 11a of the cosmetic device body 11 that can be in contact with at least a part of the face. That is, the cosmetic device 1 includes a drug layer 40 (see fig. 3) containing the drug. The beauty treatment appliance 1 may further include a fixing portion 30 for fixing the beauty treatment appliance body 11. The fixing portion 30 may be a fixing portion constituted by a pair of holding portions 31.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a cosmetic device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front view showing the beauty appliance 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the beauty appliance body 11 provided in the beauty appliance 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a view schematically showing a state in which the beauty appliance 1 shown in fig. 1 is worn. Fig. 1 is a side view showing a cross section of the cosmetic device 1 cut along a center straight line C (see fig. 2).
Hereinafter, a direction (a left-right direction in fig. 2) connecting the pair of holding portions 31 is referred to as a width direction, and a direction (a vertical direction in fig. 1 and 2) orthogonal to the width direction is referred to as a vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the beauty treatment appliance 1 includes a beauty treatment appliance body 11 that contacts at least a part of the face. As shown in fig. 3, the beauty tool body 11 has a contact surface 11a that can be brought into contact with at least a part of the face. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the contact surface that contacts at least a part of the face is provided so as to be able to contact at least the mouth and nostrils of the face. However, the present invention is not limited to the above configuration, and the contact surface may be provided so as to be capable of contacting both eyes and the periphery thereof, or may be provided so as to be capable of contacting substantially the entire face of the face.
As shown in fig. 3, the cosmetic device body 11 includes a fibrous body 10. The fibrous body 10 may be formed of, for example, a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric. In the present embodiment, the fibrous body 10 has a two-layer structure including an inner layer 10A and an outer layer 10B. The inner layer 10A is a layer on the side in contact with the face (skin), and the outer layer 10B is a layer on the side in contact with the outside air. The inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B may be merely overlapped without being bonded to each other, except for a welded portion 12A and an outer edge portion described later.
Examples of the inner layer 10A include a spunlace nonwoven fabric formed by a spunlace method. The spun-laced nonwoven fabric may be, for example, a spun-laced fiber-divided composite nonwoven fabric, and more specifically, a spun-laced fiber-divided composite nonwoven fabric composed of 65 mass% of polyethylene terephthalate fibers and 35 mass% of polyamide fibers.
The cosmetic device 1 includes a chemical applied to the contact surface of the cosmetic device body 11. That is, the fibrous body 10 holds the chemical. Specifically, the drug is provided with: when the beauty treatment appliance 1 is fixed to the face and the contact surface 11a of the main body 11 of the beauty treatment appliance is in contact with the face, the medicine is in contact with the face at the contact surface 11 a. The drug is held by at least the inner layer 10A of the fibrous body 10. Specifically, the drug is held by the inner layer 10A. More specifically, the above-mentioned agent is provided as: the medicine layer 40 (for example, a portion indicated by oblique lines in fig. 3) is formed on the inner surface of the inner layer 10A. The chemical may be impregnated into the inner layer 10A, or may be attached to the inner surface of the inner layer 10A. For example, when the inner layer 10A is impregnated with the chemical, the chemical may be impregnated into not only the inner layer 10A but also the outer layer 10B. From the viewpoint of suppressing adhesion to bedding, it is preferable that the inner layer 10A is impregnated with the chemical agent and the outer layer 10B is not impregnated with the chemical agent. The chemical may be in the form of liquid or paste, for example.
The agent is not particularly limited as long as it contains a trihydric alcohol and at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate. That is, the above-mentioned agent may be any agent which contains at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate and a trihydric alcohol and which can exert a skin-friendly effect by being brought into contact with the skin such as the face.
The trihydric alcohol is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include glycerin and the like. The content of the triol is preferably 5 to 90% by mass, more preferably 30 to 70% by mass, relative to the drug. If the content of the trihydric alcohol is too low, the moisture retention tends to be low. If the content of the trihydric alcohol is too high, the content of the dihydric alcohol is relatively low, and the corrosion resistance tends to be low. Therefore, when the content of the trihydric alcohol is within the above range, the corrosion resistance can be improved while maintaining excellent moisture retention
The agent may contain at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and the preservative may contain a preservative other than silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (other preservatives). Silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate are excellent in resistance to mold and bacteria. The other preservatives are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include alkyl parabens such as methyl paraben and propyl paraben, phenoxyethanol, and methyl paraben (Methylparaben). The other preservatives mentioned above may be used singly or in combination of two or more. The content of the preservative (total content of silver oxide, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and other preservatives) is preferably 0.1 to 5% by mass based on the amount of the pharmaceutical agent. The total content of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate is preferably 0.2 to 2% by mass relative to the chemical. If the content is too low, the corrosion resistance tends to be not sufficiently exhibited. Further, if the content ratio is too high, the wearer tends to feel irritation when the cosmetic device is used in contact with the skin of a person. The preservative may contain diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid pentasodium, phytic acid, hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin, and the like.
The above-mentioned agent may contain a preservative (silver oxide, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, etc.) and a component (other component) other than the trihydric alcohol. Examples of the other components include glycols, moisturizers other than glycols and triols, whitening agents, astringents, skin protectants, skin nutrients, and water.
The diol is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include butylene glycol such as 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-propanediol and 1, 3-butanediol, and dipropylene glycol. The above diols may be used alone or in combination of two or more. That is, the diol is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-propanediol, butanediol, and dipropylene glycol. When the drug contains the diol, the content thereof is preferably 5 to 90% by mass, more preferably 5 to 30% by mass, relative to the drug. The chemical may contain no glycol, that is, the content of glycol may be substantially 0% by mass.
From the viewpoint of improving preservation properties, the agent more preferably contains two or more of the above diols. For example, in the case of containing 2 of the above-mentioned diols, the mass ratio of one diol to another diol is preferably 1: 1-1: 6.
the humectant is not particularly limited, and is a humectant other than dihydric alcohol and trihydric alcohol. Examples of the humectant include hyaluronic acid such as collagen and hyaluronic acid fermentation solution, ceramide, squalane, and the like. Among them, hyaluronic acid such as a hyaluronic acid fermentation solution is preferable. The humectant may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The humectant may contain phenoxyethanol, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate dihydrate (EDTA-2Na), or the like.
The whitening agent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include vitamin C derivatives, hydroquinone, arbutin, and the like. The whitening agents may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The astringent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include citric acid, alum, and ethanol. The astringent may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
As described above, the chemical may contain water, but a small amount thereof is preferable from the viewpoint of improving the preservation property. The content of water is preferably 50% by mass or less, and more preferably 25% by mass or less. The chemical may contain no water, that is, the content of water may be substantially 0 mass%.
The amount of the chemical applied to the contact surface 11a is 20 to 150g/m2Preferably 40 to 120g/m2More preferably 60 to 100g/m2. If the amount of the coating is too small, the effects obtained by the contact of the drug with the face, for example, cosmetic effects such as moisture retention, tend not to be sufficiently obtained. Further, if the amount of application is too large, there is a tendency that the adhesion of the drug to bedding cannot be sufficiently suppressed, and further, there is a tendency that breathing is difficult when the cosmetic device 1 is used in a state where the mouth or the nostrils are covered. Therefore, if the amount of the coating is within the above range, the cosmetic device 1 can be used for a long time such as during sleeping, and the effects obtained by the contact of the drug with the face, such as moisture retention, can be sufficiently exhibited.
The outer layer 10B is disposed outside the inner layer 10A. Examples of the outer layer 10B include nonwoven fabrics, and more specifically, spunbond nonwoven fabrics formed by a spunbond method. The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric may be, for example, a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene. The outer layer 10B has hydrophobicity. Specifically, when water is dropped onto the surface of the outer layer 10B, the outer layer 10B preferably has hydrophobicity to such an extent that the dropped water is not absorbed. When water is dropped onto the surface of the outer layer 10B, the outer layer 10B is more preferably hydrophobic to the extent that the dropped water is repelled on the surface of the outer layer 10B to form water droplets, that is, so-called water repellency.
The pressure loss of the outer layer 10B is preferably smaller than that of the inner layer 10A. The pressure loss corresponds to the ventilation resistance. The pressure loss of the inner layer 10A is preferably 1.0 to 2.5mmH2O/cm2. The pressure loss of the outer layer 10B is preferably more than 0mmH2O/cm2And 0.5mmH2O/cm2The following. The pressure loss of the cosmetic device body 11 is preferably 1.3 to 3.1mmH2O/cm2
The pressure loss can be measured, for example, as follows. The samples after humidity adjustment are mounted on the diameterA2.5 cm cylindrical sample holder was aspirated at a flow rate of 8L/min by a pump. The pressure loss (mmH) at this time was measured2O), a value (mmH) obtained by dividing the value by the measurement area2O/cm2) As a final result. Although off-spec at present, it was determined according to the standard test number MIL-M-36954C.
The bending hardness of the inner layer 10A is preferably smaller than that of the outer layer 10B. The bending hardness of the outer layer 10B is preferably 0.08g/cm or more. The bending hardness of the inner layer 10A is preferably less than 0.08 g/cm. The bending hardness of the cosmetic device body 11 is preferably 0.50g/cm or less.
The bending hardness can be measured, for example, as follows. First, the sheet materials constituting the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B of the cosmetic device 1 were cut to have a longitudinal length of 150mm and a transverse length of 50 mm. The cut sheet was used as a sample. The sample may be collected from the cosmetic device 1, or may be collected from each of the sheets constituting the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B of the cosmetic device 1. Then, when the bending hardness of the cosmetic device body 11 was measured, the bending moment per 1cm width in the longitudinal direction was measured while applying A constant curvature to each sample in A state of being stacked, for example, by an automated pure bending tester such as KESFB-2AUTO-A (manufactured by KATO TECH Co., Ltd.). In the case of measuring the bending hardness of each of the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B, the bending moment per 1cm width in the longitudinal direction was measured by the same method as that for measuring the bending hardness of the cosmetic device main body 11 using each sample. Then, the curvature K was calculated to be 0.5cm-1~1.5cm-1The average slope (dM/dK) of the bending moment M, and the bending hardness can be measured.
Next, the shape of the cosmetic device body 11 will be described with reference to fig. 1,2, and 4. The beauty tool body 11 has a center covering section 12, a side covering section 16, an inner covering section 20, and an outer covering section 22. As shown in fig. 2, the cosmetic device body 11 includes: a shape symmetrical in the width direction with respect to a center straight line C (see fig. 2) which is a straight line passing through the center in the width direction of the cosmetic device body 11 and extending in the vertical direction.
The central covering portion 12 covers the area around the mouth and the nostrils of the face. Specifically, the central covering portion 12 includes a nose covering portion 13 and a mouth periphery covering portion 14. The nose covering portion 13 covers the nose. The mouth periphery covering portion 14 covers the periphery of the mouth. The mouth surrounding cover portion 14 is connected to the lower side of the nose cover portion 13.
As shown in fig. 1, the center covering portion 12 includes: the cosmetic device body 11 is curved so as to be convex in a direction away from the holding portion 31 in a state of being bent along the center straight line C (see fig. 2). A welding portion 12A is formed at the edge of the curved portion (an end of the center covering portion 12 on the side away from the holding portion 31 (the left end in fig. 1) along the center straight line C in the state where the cosmetic device body 11 is bent.
The side covering portions 16 are connected to side surfaces of the center covering portion 12. The side covering portions 16 cover the periphery of the cheeks and the lower jaw of the face. The holding portion 31 is connected (welded) to the side covering portion 16.
The inner covering portion 20 is located on a side surface of the center covering portion 12 and connected to an upper portion of the side covering portion 16. The inner cover portion 20 covers a portion between the eyes and the cheek (a portion under the eyes) of the face when the fixing portion 30 holds the cosmetic device body 11 in a state of covering the mouth and the nostrils. In the present embodiment, the upper edge portion of the inner covering portion 20 in the vertical direction includes: is recessed in a concave shape so as to be convex downward.
The outer covering portion 22 is located outside the inner covering portion 20 in the width direction and is disposed above the inner covering portion 20 in the vertical direction. The outer covering portion 22 is a portion that covers the external corner of the eye and its vicinity when the fixing portion 30 holds the cosmetic device body 11 in a state of covering the mouth and the nostrils. The upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 in the vertical direction has a shape curved so as to be convex upward. The upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 in the vertical direction has an inner end in the width direction that is curved so as to be convex downward. As shown in fig. 1, the outer covering portion 22 includes: a shape protruding upward from a straight line HL passing through a lower end portion of an upper edge portion of the inner covering portion 20 in the vertical direction, which is perpendicular to a reference straight line L connecting an upper end and a lower end of the welded portion 12A. The upward projecting dimension h from the line HL at the upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 (the distance h between the line HH perpendicular to the reference line L and passing through the upper end of the upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 and the line HL) is preferably set to 5mm or more, more preferably 5mm or more and 30mm or less, still more preferably 15mm or more and 27mm or less, and particularly preferably 18mm or more and 24mm or less. Hereinafter, in the present embodiment, an example in which the protrusion dimension h is set to 19mm will be described.
The pair of holding portions 31 constituting the fixing portion 30 are members for fixing the beauty treatment appliance body 11 in contact with the face. The holding part 31 is connected to a side part of the beauty treatment appliance body 11 covering the mouth and the nostrils. The pair of holding portions 31 hold the beauty treatment instrument body 11 in a state where the beauty treatment instrument body 11 covers the mouth and the nostrils. Examples of the holding portion 31 include an ear hook portion. Each end portion 32 of the ear hook portion is welded to the side covering portion 16 of the beauty appliance body 11. In the present embodiment, ear portions are used as the pair of holding portions 31. The end portions 32 (welded portions between the end portions 32 and the cosmetic device main body 11) are rectangular.
As described above, according to the beauty tool 1 of the present embodiment, since the contact surface 11a of the beauty tool body 11 is coated with the chemical, even when the beauty tool 1 is worn during sleep, adhesion of the chemical to the bedding can be prevented during sleep. Further, the amount of the drug applied was 150g/m because of a small amount2Hereinafter, the above-mentioned drugs in sleeping can be prevented from adhering to bedding. In addition, byThe coating amount of the above-mentioned medicine is less, and is 150g/m2Hereinafter, ease of breathing can be ensured. Thus, the cosmetic device 1 can be used for a long time such as during bedtime. That is, the beauty tool 1 can keep the contact surface 11a of the beauty tool body 11 in contact with the face for a long time during bedtime by fixing the beauty tool body 11 coated with the medicine to the face by the fixing portion 30 before bedtime.
In the cosmetic device 1, a drug containing a trihydric alcohol and at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate is used as the drug applied to the contact surface 11a of the cosmetic device body 11, whereby the corrosion resistance can be improved.
As described above, the cosmetic device 1 can be used for a long time such as during sleeping and has excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, the coating amount of the medicament is 20g/m2As described above, the effects obtained by the contact of the above-mentioned medicine with the face, such as moisture retention, can be fully exhibited. Thus, the cosmetic mask can provide a feeling of use as a cosmetic mask and a cosmetic effect on the face. Further, by using the cosmetic device 1, the medicine can be continuously supplied to the face from the cosmetic device main body 11 over a long period of time, and therefore, a further cosmetic effect can be obtained.
The cosmetic device 1 can be suitably used in a bedtime state for a time period in which the secretion amount of the growth hormone is large and a high cosmetic effect can be obtained, for example, between 22 o 'clock and 2 o' clock. Therefore, according to the cosmetic device 1 of the present embodiment, a higher cosmetic effect can be achieved.
In the cosmetic device 1 according to the present embodiment, when the pair of holding portions 31 are hung on the ears (when the cosmetic device body 11 is held in a state of covering the mouth and the nostrils by the pair of holding portions 31), a portion of the drug layer 40 located on the inner surface of the inner covering portion 20 is in contact with a portion under the eyes, and a portion of the drug layer 40 provided on the inner surface of the outer covering portion 22 is in contact with the outer corner of the eyes and its vicinity. Therefore, a cosmetic effect of a part near the eye where cosmetic requirements including the outer corner of the eye are high can be obtained. Therefore, by wearing the cosmetic device 1, the cosmetic effect of the face is improved.
In the cosmetic device 1 according to the present embodiment, the upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 includes: a shape curved in a convex manner upward. Therefore, as compared with the case where the upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 is angled, the outer covering portion 22 can be prevented from being caught by fingers or the like. Therefore, the peeling (curling) of the outer covering portion 22 can be suppressed. Further, the use feeling of the cosmetic device 1 is improved.
In addition, in the cosmetic device 1 according to the present embodiment, the outer covering section 22 includes: a shape protruding upward by 5mm or more from the straight line HL. Therefore, the portion of the drug layer 40 located on the inner surface of the outer covering portion 22 effectively contacts the outer corner of the eye and its vicinity. Therefore, the above-mentioned medicine can be appropriately supplied to the external canthus and the vicinity thereof. Therefore, the beauty treatment effect of the face can be further improved by wearing the beauty treatment appliance 1.
In the cosmetic device 1 according to the present embodiment, the upper edge of the outer covering portion 22 in the vertical direction includes, in the width direction, an inner end portion: a shape curved in a convex manner downward. Therefore, the adhesive property between the medicine layer 40 and the eyes is improved at the inner surfaces of the inner cover 20 and the outer cover 22. Therefore, the medicine can be appropriately supplied to the eye. Therefore, the beauty treatment effect of the face is further improved by wearing the beauty treatment appliance 1.
In the beauty treatment appliance 1 according to the present embodiment, the upper edge portion of the inner covering portion 20 includes: is recessed in a concave shape so as to be convex downward. Therefore, the adhesive property between the portion of the drug layer 40 located on the inner surface of the inner cover 20 and the eye is further improved.
In the cosmetic device 1, the outer layer 10B preferably has hydrophobic properties. In the case of the cosmetic device 1, evaporation of the drug can be suppressed. Therefore, the cosmetic effect and the feeling of use of the drug layer 40 are sustained for a long time. Therefore, a cosmetic effect can be obtained over such a long period of time during bedtime.
In the cosmetic device 1, the pressure loss of the outer layer 10B is preferably smaller than the pressure loss of the inner layer 10A. In the case of the cosmetic device 1, when the inside of the cosmetic device body 11 becomes negative pressure due to breathing when the cosmetic device 1 is worn, the inner layer 10A deforms toward the skin and comes into contact with the skin, thereby improving the cosmetic effect. Further, deformation of the outer layer 10B toward the inside during breathing can be suppressed. Therefore, a space is formed between the outer layer 10B and the inner layer 10A during breathing, and therefore, ease of breathing can be ensured.
In the cosmetic device 1, the bending hardness of the inner layer 10A is preferably smaller than the bending hardness of the outer layer 10B. In the case of the cosmetic device 1, the deformation of the inner layer 10A toward the skin during breathing is promoted, and the cosmetic effect is further improved.
In the present embodiment, an example in which the cosmetic device body 11 has a two-layer structure of the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The cosmetic device main body of the cosmetic device according to the present invention may be composed of 1 fibrous body (for example, nonwoven fabric or the like), may be composed of 2 fibrous bodies, or may be composed of 3 or more fibrous bodies, as shown in the first embodiment. Hereinafter, in a second embodiment, a cosmetic device in which the cosmetic device main body is composed of 3 fibrous bodies will be described.
(second embodiment)
Next, a cosmetic device 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5. In the second embodiment, only the portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and the description of the same configurations, operations, and effects as those of the first embodiment will be omitted.
In the cosmetic device 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cosmetic device body 11 includes the fibrous body 10. The fibrous body 10 has a three-layer structure including an inner layer 10A, an outer layer 10B, and an intermediate layer 10C. The intermediate layer 10C is provided between the inner layer 10A and the outer layer 10B. Each of the layers 10A to 10C does not include the welded portion 12A and the outer edge portion, and is not adhered to each other and overlaps each other. Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing a cosmetic device body 11 provided in a cosmetic device 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Examples of the intermediate layer 10C include a hot air nonwoven fabric formed by a hot air method (airdry). Examples of the air-through nonwoven fabric include an air-through nonwoven fabric made of only polypropylene.
In the cosmetic device 1, when the inner layer 10A is impregnated with the chemical, the chemical may be impregnated into not only the inner layer 10A but also the intermediate layer 10C, and the outer layer 10B. From the viewpoint of suppressing adhesion to bedding, it is preferable that the outer layer 10B does not contain the chemical agent impregnated therein, and the inner layer 10A and the intermediate layer 10C are impregnated with the chemical agent, and it is more preferable that only the inner layer 10A is impregnated with the chemical agent.
In the cosmetic device 1, the pressure loss of the intermediate layer 10C is preferably smaller than the pressure loss of the outer layer 10B, and the pressure loss of the outer layer 10B is preferably smaller than the pressure loss of the inner layer 10A. In the case of the cosmetic device 1, the intermediate layer 10C hardly obstructs ventilation from the outer layer 10B to the inner layer 10A during breathing, and deformation of the outer layer 10B inward can be suppressed. Therefore, a space can be formed more reliably between the outer layer 10B and the inner layer 10A during breathing, and thus the ease of breathing can be further ensured. The pressure loss of the intermediate layer 10C is more than 0mmH2O/cm2And 0.3mmH2O/cm2The following.
(third embodiment)
Next, a cosmetic device 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 8. In the third embodiment, only the portions different from the first embodiment will be described, and the description of the same configurations, operations, and effects as those of the first embodiment will be omitted. Fig. 6 is a side view showing a cosmetic device 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a front view of the beauty appliance 1 shown in fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a view schematically showing a state in which the beauty appliance 1 shown in fig. 6 is worn.
The shape of the beauty treatment appliance body 11 in the third embodiment of the beauty treatment appliance 1 according to the present embodiment is different from the shape of the beauty treatment appliance body 11 in the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the shape of the beauty tool body 11 in the third embodiment is particularly different from the shapes of the center covering section 12 and the inner covering section 20 in the first embodiment in the shapes of the center covering section 12 and the inner covering section 20.
The boundary between the nose covering portion 13 and the mouth surrounding covering portion 14 in the center covering portion 12 includes: the shape is recessed along the center straight line C from the nose covering portion 13 toward the fixing portion 30 (ear hook portion) side in a state where the cosmetic device body 11 is bent. Therefore, when the pair of ear loops are hooked on the ears, the boundary between the nose covering portion 13 and the mouth surrounding covering portion 14 is likely to be in close contact with the portion below the nose. Therefore, the cosmetic effect of the part under the nose is improved.
The inner covering portion 20 is formed substantially linearly. In the present embodiment, the dimension h of the outer covering portion 22 protruding upward from the straight line HL is set to 22.5 mm.
The above-described embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and should not be considered restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, not by the description of the above embodiments, and includes all modifications within the meaning and range equivalent to the claims.
For example, in the third embodiment, the shape of the upper edge portion of the inner covering portion 20 may be set to be the same as that of the first embodiment.
The pair of holding portions 31 is not limited to the ear portions. For example, the holding portion 31 may be an adhesive portion that can be attached to the face, and the adhesive portion may be configured to protrude outward in the width direction from a side portion of the beauty appliance body 11, or may be configured to constitute a part of the beauty appliance body 11.
For example, in the present invention, the beauty treatment appliance for sleeping may further include a member other than the beauty treatment appliance main body and the fixing portion.
The cosmetic device according to the present invention can be used for a long time such as at bedtime, but this does not exclude the use at times other than at bedtime. For example, the cosmetic device may be worn at a time earlier than the time of sleep, and the user may sleep after a lapse of time while wearing the cosmetic device. The beauty treatment implement may be worn for sleeping, and the beauty treatment implement may be worn for a while after getting up.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Examples
In the present example, the corrosion resistance of the nonwoven fabric constituting the beauty appliance main body included in the beauty appliance was examined when a drug was applied thereto.
Examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3
In this example, each component contained in the drug to be used will be described.
(trihydric alcohols)
Glycerol: glycerol (concentrated glycerol for cosmetics manufactured by sakazaku pharmaceutical industries co., Ltd.)
Water: refined water (Japanese pharmacopoeia formula grade)
(dihydric alcohol)
DPG: dipropylene glycol (SKC Co., DPG manufactured by Ltd.)
BG: 1, 3-butanediol (1, 3-BG manufactured by Daicel K.K.)
(humectant: humectants other than dihydric and trihydric alcohols)
Fermentation of hyaluronic acid-K: a mixture of 99.4% by mass of a hyaluronic acid fermentation solution, 0.5% by mass of phenoxyethanol and 0.1% by mass of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate dihydrate (EDTA-2Na) (fermented hyaluronic acid-K manufactured by TECHNABLE)
(preservatives)
Jewel Silver: a mixed solution of 0.052 mass% of Silver oxide, 94.698 mass% of water, 5.0 mass% of pentasodium diethylenetriaminepentaacetate and 0.25 mass% of phytic acid (Jewel Silver, manufactured by JTS, Inc.)
Glycacil 2000: a mixed solution of iodopropynyl alcohol butyl carbamate (6 mass%), hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin (47 mass%) and water (47 mass%) (Glycacil 2000 manufactured by Lonza China Co., Ltd.)
mekkisu-M: methylparaben (mekkisu-M manufactured by Shanghai pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)
The above components were mixed so as to have the compositions (mass%) shown in table 1. Thus, a pharmaceutical preparation can be obtained. The obtained chemical was applied to one side of a 5cm square nonwoven fabric (a spunlace-split fiber composite nonwoven fabric composed of 65 mass% polyethylene terephthalate fibers and 35 mass% polyamide fibers, D0822 manufactured by Kuraray Kuraflex corporation) in such a manner that the application amount was 60g/m2. Thus, a sample was obtained. The samples thus obtained were evaluated by the following tests for corrosion resistance.
[ Corrosion resistance (initial product) ]
The sample obtained in the above manner, i.e., the starting product, was used. The side of the sample (initial product) to which the chemical is applied is inoculated with a seed 107Human candida albicans (c.albicans), aspergillus brasiliensis (a.brasiliensis) and penicillium citrinum (p.citrinum). Thereafter, the number of bacteria after 4 weeks of culture was measured in an environment at a temperature of 20 to 30 ℃ and a relative humidity of 70 to 100% RH. As a result, when the number of bacteria was reduced by 2 orders or more from the initial inoculation number, the value was evaluated as "≦ 1%". In addition, when the number of bacteria decreased by 1 order or more and less than 2 orders from the initial inoculation number, the value was evaluated as "≦ 10%". When the reduction amount was less than 1 order of magnitude as compared with the number of the initial inoculated bacteria and the growth of the bacteria could not be confirmed, the evaluation was "≦ 100%". When the amount of reduction from the initial inoculum count was less than 1 order of magnitude and the growth of the bacteria could be confirmed, the value was evaluated as "100% ≦ 100%. It is to be noted that if "≦ 1%", the corrosion resistance (corrosion prevention effect) is high, and if "≦ 10%", the corrosion resistance (corrosion prevention effect) is evaluated. If "≦ 100%", the corrosion resistance (corrosion preventing effect) is less than "≦ 10%", but it can be evaluated as having corrosion resistance (corrosion preventing effect), and if "100% ≦ it can be evaluated as having corrosion resistanceNo corrosion protection (corrosion protection effect).
[ anti-corrosive Properties (time-varying products) ]
The samples obtained in the above manner were used as samples that were left for one month at 50 ℃ and 30% RH relative humidity, i.e., time-varying samples. Evaluation was performed in the same manner as in the above "corrosion resistance (initial product)" except that a time-varying product was used instead of the initial product. The time-dependent change corresponds to a sample obtained after 1.5 years from the production.
The results of evaluation of these corrosion resistances are shown in table 1.
[ TABLE 1 ]
Figure BDA0002843859580000201
As is clear from table 1, the use of the agent containing a trihydric alcohol and at least one of silver oxide and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (examples 1 to 3) improved the corrosion resistance as compared with the case where the agent was not used (comparative examples 1 to 3).
