Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
As described in the background art, in the conventional display device, there is a problem that the antenna position layout is not reasonable, so that the antenna arrangement position space is small, and the communication function of the antenna is affected. The inventor researches and finds that the above problems occur because in the existing display device, the antenna is usually arranged at the inner side of the back cover plate of the display device, near the battery or only at the non-display area of the display panel, the antenna usually comprises an antenna electrode, and the antenna is arranged at the inner side of the back cover plate and near the battery, so that the arrangement space is reduced, and the wiring is easy to wear; the area of the non-display area of the display panel is small, and a plurality of signal lines for display driving are already arranged in the non-display area, so that the antenna is only arranged in the non-display area of the display panel, the arrangement space of the antenna is more limited, and the normal communication function of the antenna is influenced.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a sectional view of the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along B-B' of fig. 1, and referring to fig. 1 and 2, the display device includes:
a display functional layer 100, the display functional layer 100 comprising a plurality of light emitting devices 110;
an encapsulation layer 300 disposed on one side of the display function layer 100, the encapsulation layer 300 covering the light emitting device, the encapsulation layer 300 including at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer stacked;
the antenna electrode layer 400 is disposed in the package layer 300.
Specifically, the display function layer 100 includes a plurality of light emitting devices 110, and the light emitting devices 110 may be organic light emitting devices or inorganic light emitting devices, which is not limited in this embodiment. The light emitting device 110 includes at least a red light emitting device, a green light emitting device, and a blue light emitting device, thereby realizing display of various colors. Fig. 2 schematically shows a structure when the light emitting device 110 is an organic light emitting device, and the organic light emitting device may include a first electrode 111, a light emitting layer 112, and a second electrode 113, which are stacked, wherein the second electrode 113 is closer to the encapsulation layer 300 than the first electrode 111, and optionally, the first electrode 111 is an anode and the second electrode 113 is a cathode. The light emitting layer 112 may include only a single film layer, i.e., only a light emitting material layer; the organic el element may have a multilayer structure including a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting material layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and the like stacked from the first electrode 111 to the second electrode 112. The display function layer 100 may further include an array circuit layer 120, and the array circuit layer 120 is located on a side of the light emitting device 110 away from the encapsulation layer 300 and is used for driving the light emitting device 110.
The encapsulation layer 300 may be a thin film encapsulation layer, and the thin film encapsulation layer includes at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer stacked together, and the inorganic layer mainly functions to isolate water and oxygen, prevent water and oxygen from invading the light emitting device 110, and further prolong the service life of the light emitting device 110. Compared with an inorganic layer, the organic layer has better flexibility, the organic layer mainly plays a role in slow release of stress, and the organic layer and the inorganic layer in the packaging layer 300 are stacked to enable the display device to have better flexibility. Specifically, the inorganic layer may include at least one of silicon nitride (SiNx), silicon oxide (SiOx), silicon oxynitride (SiOxNy), and aluminum oxide (AlOx), where x and y are positive integers, and the organic layer may include at least one of acrylate and hexamethyldisiloxane. The inorganic layer may be prepared by a process including a chemical vapor deposition method, and the organic layer may be prepared by an inkjet printing method or a dispensing method.
The encapsulating layer 300 is provided on one side of the display functional layer 100 and may be used to encapsulate the display functional layer 100, and thus the surface of the display functional layer 100 is covered with the encapsulating layer 300. The antenna electrode layer 400 is disposed in the package layer 300, so that the disposing space of the antenna electrode layer 400 is relatively large, and compared with the prior art, the disposing space of the antenna electrode layer 400 can be increased, and the normal communication function of the antenna electrode layer 400 is further ensured.
The encapsulation layer 300 is further disposed on one side of the display function layer 100, so that a film structure including the encapsulation layer 300 between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100 is formed, and the film structure of the encapsulation layer 300 between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100 can shield signal interference between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100 to a certain extent, so that interference between an antenna signal and a display driving signal can be reduced, and the display performance of the display function layer 100 and the communication performance of the antenna electrode in the display device are both good.
In addition, since the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100 are generally metal film layers, the closer the metal film layers are, the lower the flexibility of the display device is. The antenna electrode layer 400 is disposed in the encapsulation layer 300, so that a certain distance can be provided between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100, that is, the distance between two adjacent metal layers is relatively far, which is beneficial to improving the flexibility of the display device. In addition, the film structure between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100 includes an organic layer, which has better flexibility, and is further more beneficial to improving the flexibility of the display panel.
The antenna electrode layer 400 may have a single-layer electrode structure, a double-layer electrode structure, or a multi-layer electrode structure, and this embodiment is not limited in detail herein, where fig. 2 illustrates an example in which the antenna electrode has a single-layer electrode structure. The antenna electrode layer 400 may be made of indium tin oxide or a transparent metal material, the antenna electrode layer 400 may be in a grid shape, and specifically, the antenna electrode layer 400 and the orthogonal projection of the light emitting device 110 on the array circuit layer 120 do not overlap, so that the antenna electrode layer 400 is prevented from affecting the light emission of the light emitting device 110, and the normal display of the display device is ensured; when the antenna electrode layer 400 is made of ito or transparent metal material, the antenna electrode layer may be located at any position of the light emitting side of the light emitting device, and may be located in a light emitting region or a non-light emitting region.
It should be noted that the antenna electrode layer 400 is disposed in the package layer 300, the antenna electrode layer 400 may be disposed between two film structures of the package layer 300, or the antenna electrode layer 400 may be disposed in a certain film structure of the package layer 300, which is not limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment and the following embodiments, the film structure of the encapsulation layer 300 may refer to an organic layer included in the encapsulation layer 300, or may refer to an inorganic layer included in the encapsulation layer 300.
The display device of this embodiment, including showing functional layer, packaging layer, antenna electrode layer sets up in the packaging layer, can be so that antenna electrode layer set up the space great, compare with prior art, can increase the space that sets up antenna electrode layer, and then guarantee the normal communication function of antenna electrode layer. The packaging layer is arranged on one side of the display functional layer, so that a film layer structure comprising the packaging layer is arranged between the antenna electrode layer and the display functional layer, the film layer structure of the packaging layer between the antenna electrode layer and the display functional layer can play a certain shielding role for signal interference between the antenna electrode layer and the display functional layer, further interference between antenna signals and display driving signals can be reduced, and the display performance of the display functional layer in the display device and the communication performance of the antenna electrodes are good.
Fig. 3 is a top view of another display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of another display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 may be a cross-sectional view taken along M-M' corresponding to fig. 3, and referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, optionally, the encapsulation layer 300 includes a first encapsulation sub-layer 310 and a second encapsulation sub-layer 320, the first encapsulation sub-layer 310 is disposed between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100, and the second encapsulation sub-layer 320 is disposed on a side of the antenna electrode layer 400 facing away from the display function layer 100.
The first sub-package layer 310 is disposed on the display function layer 100, and covers the display function layer 100, so as to isolate water and oxygen from the light emitting device 110 in the display function layer 100, reduce corrosion of the light emitting device 110, and ensure stability of the light emitting device 110. The first encapsulating sub-layer 310 is located between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100, and can play a certain shielding role in signal interference between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the display function layer 100, so that interference between an antenna signal and a display driving signal can be reduced, and good display performance of the display function layer 100 and good communication performance of the antenna electrode 410 in the display device are ensured.
Optionally, the display device further includes a touch functional layer 200 disposed on a side of the encapsulation layer 300 away from the display functional layer 100, and a second encapsulation sublayer 320 disposed between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the touch functional layer 200
The second encapsulant layer 320 is disposed on the antenna electrode layer 400 to encapsulate the antenna electrode layer 400, so as to isolate water and oxygen from the antenna electrode 410, improve the waterproof and anti-oxidation capabilities of the antenna electrode 410, and prolong the service life of the antenna electrode 410. The second encapsulating sub-layer is located between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the touch functional layer 200, and can play a certain shielding role in signal interference between the antenna electrode layer 400 and the touch functional layer 200, so that interference between an antenna signal and a touch driving signal can be reduced, and good touch performance of the touch functional layer 200 and good communication performance of the antenna electrode 410 in the display device are ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 4, optionally, the first encapsulation sublayer 310 includes at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer, with the organic and inorganic layers being alternately stacked.
The inorganic layer has better performance of blocking water and oxygen, but has relatively poorer flexibility, and cracks are easily caused due to the problem of self stress after the inorganic material is deposited into a film, so that the organic layer is added to absorb stress, and the organic layer and the inorganic layer are stacked, so that the packaging effect is better.
Optionally, the first encapsulation sub-layer 310 includes a first inorganic layer 311, a first organic layer 312, and a second inorganic layer 313, which are stacked from the display function layer 100 to the antenna electrode layer 400; further, after the first encapsulating sub-layer 310 is manufactured, a complete encapsulation of the light emitting device can be formed; when the antenna electrode layer 400 is formed, water, oxygen, or the like is prevented from entering the light-emitting device 110. Also, the first encapsulation sublayer 310 is configured to include a first inorganic layer 311, a first organic layer 312, and a second inorganic layer 313, so that the thickness of the display device is not too thick while the three-layer film structure is stacked to form a complete encapsulation of the light emitting device 110.
With continued reference to fig. 4, optionally, the second encapsulating sublayer 320 includes at least one organic layer; because the mobility of the organic layer is better, the second encapsulation sublayer 320 includes at least one organic layer, the organic layer can flatten the pattern of the antenna electrode layer 400, the surface of the organic layer close to the touch functional layer 200 is flatter, the influence of the pattern of the antenna electrode layer 400 on the preparation of the touch functional layer 200 is avoided, and the touch functional layer 200 and the encapsulation layer 300 are more tightly combined.
Optionally, the second encapsulation sub-layer 320 includes at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer, and the organic layer and the inorganic layer are alternately stacked; the film layer closest to the antenna electrode layer 400 in the second encapsulating sub-layer 320 is an organic layer 321, and the film layer closest to the touch functional layer 200 in the second encapsulating sub-layer 320 is an inorganic layer 322.
Taking fig. 4 as an example, the second encapsulation sublayer 320 includes only one organic layer 321 and one inorganic layer 322, and the organic layer 321 and the inorganic layer 322 are stacked. The film layer close to the antenna electrode layer 400 is the organic layer 321, and the arrangement of the organic layer 321 flattens the pattern of the antenna electrode layer 400, so that the antenna electrode in the antenna electrode layer 400 is scratch-resistant, and the packaging layer 300 has better flexibility. The film layer adjacent to the touch functional layer 200 is an inorganic layer 322, and the inorganic layer 322 may serve as a substrate of the touch functional layer 200.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of another display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 may be a cross-sectional view taken along M-M' corresponding to fig. 3, and referring to fig. 5, optionally, the set film layer of the encapsulation layer 300 includes at least one groove 330, and the antenna electrode layer 400 is disposed in the groove 330; the film layer is set to be any film layer of the encapsulation layer 300 except the film layer closest to the touch functional layer 200.
The film layer is set to be any film layer except the film layer closest to the touch functional layer 200, and the touch functional layer 200 is in direct contact with the antenna electrode to cause short circuit. In addition, the groove 330 is formed in the set film layer, the antenna electrode 410 is disposed in the groove 330, and the antenna electrode 410 is separately stacked on the organic layer or the inorganic layer as a part, so that the thickness of the whole packaging layer 300 is reduced, the thickness of the display device is reduced, and the display device is light and thin.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the setting film layer may further include an opening, and the difference between the opening and the groove is that, in the thickness direction of the display panel, the depth of the groove 330 is smaller than the thickness of the setting film layer, and the depth of the opening is equal to the thickness of the setting film layer.
Optionally, a side of the antenna electrode layer 400 away from the setting film layer includes an organic layer, and the organic layer covers the antenna electrode layer 400.
Specifically, the organic layer on the side of the antenna electrode layer 400 away from the setting film layer may contact the antenna electrode layer 400 at a position corresponding to the groove 330, and the organic layer may contact the setting film layer at another position except the groove 330. The organic layer is generally thick, and the organic layer covers the antenna electrode layer 400, so that the antenna electrode layer 400 can be protected to a certain extent, and the antenna electrode layer is resistant to scratch.
Optionally, the film layer is set to be an organic layer;
when the film layer is set to be an organic layer, in order to ensure the flexibility of the display device, the thickness of the organic layer in the encapsulation layer 300 is greater than that of the inorganic layer, and thus the surface on which the organic layer is disposed includes the groove, which is easier to implement.
Optionally, the film layer is set as the film layer farthest from the touch functional layer 200 in the encapsulation layer 300,
alternatively, the film layer is set to be a film layer located at an intermediate position in the thickness direction of the display device in the encapsulation layer 300.
With reference to fig. 5, when the film layer is set as the film layer farthest from the touch functional layer 200 in the package layer 300, the set film layer may be the first inorganic layer 311, the first inorganic layer 311 is farthest from the touch functional layer, and the antenna electrode is disposed in the first inorganic layer 311, so that interference between the touch signal and the antenna signal can be reduced to the maximum extent. The film layer may also be a film layer located at an intermediate position in the packaging layer 300, where the film layer at the intermediate position is a film layer other than the film layer closest to the display functional layer 100 and the film layer closest to the touch functional layer 200 in the packaging layer, such as the second inorganic film layer 313, i.e. a position shown in fig. 4, the film layer at the intermediate position is at a certain distance from both the touch functional layer 200 and the display functional layer 100, and the film layer with the antenna electrode located at the intermediate position can simultaneously reduce interference of the antenna signal with touch and display, respectively.
