Description

Low-pressure casing damage well casing patching mechanism and patching method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of finishing of metal strips, and particularly relates to a low-pressure casing damage well casing repairing mechanism and a repairing method.
Background
In oil field production, steel casings of oil wells, gas wells or water injection wells often contain CO due to contact2、H2Oil, gas and water media such as S and/or corrosive bacteria, or corrosive measures such as acidification and blockage removal on a well, which easily cause volume type damage penetrating through the wall thickness of the whole casing after local and uniform corrosion of the inner wall or the outer wall of the casing, and damage the integrity of the shaft casing. Such damage often causes formation water in an external stratum to leak downwards into a production layer of the oil-gas well, so that oil gas cannot be produced, or oil-gas-water media in the well upwards flow into the external stratum, thereby affecting the environment and production safety.
When the casing pipe is damaged in a long section, the common treatment and repair methods are available; 1. and (4) mechanical isolation production, namely, a mechanical water-proof oil extraction tool is adopted to seal the broken section of the sleeve and recover the production of the production zone. 2. The chemical plugging is to use chemical method and chemical plugging agent to plug the damaged part of the casing permanently by chemical action. 3. And (5) patching the solid expansion pipe. 4. And (3) setting a small sleeve, and setting a new sleeve with the inner diameter smaller than that of the original sleeve of the well casing in the well repairing process aiming at the oil well with the large section of casing damage and incapable of being sealed, so that the oil well is recovered. 5. And (4) carrying out windowing sidetracking by utilizing the available casing and the well bore at the upper part, drilling a new well bore track, setting the casing into the well bore, and abandoning the damaged section of the well bore at the lower part.
In the method for repairing steel solid expansion pipe, the main method of the company of Yiwangci in America is that after the expansion pipe is put down to the preset repairing position in the well, the expansion pipe is pushed by liquid pressure through a mechanical expansion device, the expansion pipe is expanded in the process of pushing the expansion cone or the mandrel, the purpose of expanding the pipe diameter is achieved through plastic deformation, and a sealing rubber ring or special sealing threads are suspended together with the casing pipe repairing until the expansion repairing is finished. The expansion process can be hydraulic expansion alone or single pulling expansion, and can also be hydraulic and pulling combined expansion. However, the adoption of the technologies has the problems of short validity period, poor sealing and the like.
