The conventional open hole packer has poor high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and the arrangement of the process pipe column does not pay attention to the anchoring of the open hole packer, so that the probability of acid fracturing and sealing losing in a complex well is high.
In addition, due to the reasons that mudstone at the open hole section of the carbonate reservoir is exposed, the production differential pressure is improperly controlled and the like, abnormal conditions such as open hole collapse, underground falling objects and the like exist in the production process, the packer deblocking reliability in the later period is low, the well completion pipe string cannot be lifted, and only fishing or milling can be carried out after releasing the packer. Because the conventional open hole packer is generally made of carbon steel, the milling difficulty is high. Therefore, in the technical field of oil and natural gas exploitation, a well completion open hole packer which can resist high temperature and high pressure, adapt to severe underground environment and is convenient to set and unseal is urgently needed. US 8474524 discloses a packer, which is referred to as a packer to improve the outburst prevention performance of the packer mainly from the aspect of rubber bonding, and does not fundamentally solve the problems of insufficient anchoring force and low unsealing reliability.
Therefore, the open hole packer which does not need to be specially unpacked to operate a lifting pipe column is provided for the field of petroleum and natural gas well completion and oil production in a targeted manner, and the technical problem to be solved is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a soluble easy-drilling open hole packer and a using method thereof, which improve the working state of the packer in a complex environment, are not easy to damage and have high sealing reliability, and solve the technical problems of low sealing reliability, high sealing losing probability, poor unsealing property and the like of the existing open hole packer in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment.

connecting sleeves are respectively arranged at two ends of the mandrel, the upper end of the connecting sleeve positioned at the upper end of the mandrel is fixedly connected with the upper joint through threads and sleeved on the mandrel, and the connecting sleeve positioned at the lower end of the mandrel is sleeved on the mandrel through a deblocking sleeve;
and two ends of the elastic rubber cylinder are respectively provided with an end ring, the end ring positioned at the upper part of the elastic rubber cylinder is connected with the connecting sleeve positioned at the upper part of the mandrel, the end ring positioned at the lower part of the elastic rubber cylinder is connected with the sleeve opening positioned at the lower part of the mandrel, and the elastic rubber cylinder is wedged and fixed in the end ring through two support rings.
Furthermore, the elastic sleeve comprises a deformation layer, a supporting layer and a contact layer which are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, wherein the deformation layer and the contact layer are made of elastic materials, and the supporting layer is made of metal materials.

2. when the rubber sleeve is unsealed, the rubber sleeve can be naturally contracted, the sealing failure phenomenon caused by the damage of the shoulder part of the rubber sleeve is avoided, and the safety and the reliability in the testing, fracturing and other processes are improved.
