Description

Bucket wheel type new ballast dump vehicle for railway and construction method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of railway maintenance of large-scale road maintenance machinery, in particular to a bucket wheel type new ballast dump vehicle for a railway and a construction method.
Background
Many construction operations on railway construction sites in China need to be carried out by material transport vehicles with new stone ballasts in a linkage mode.
New stone ballasts of railways in China are mainly transported to a construction site from a stone factory by stone ballast hopper cars, the stone ballast hopper cars can only unload the stones from the bottom, ballast unloading openings are close to a track surface, and ballast inlet openings of material transport cars are high and are located at the tops of the cars. Because the space of the ballast unloading opening of the ballast hopper car is limited, corresponding equipment cannot be installed at the position, and the ballast cannot be directly conveyed to the ballast inlet at the top of the material transport vehicle from the ballast unloading opening at the bottom of the ballast hopper car. How to transfer stone ballast in a stone ballast hopper car to a material transport vehicle is always a practical problem which is difficult to solve in a railway construction site.
For example, the chinese patent with the publication number of CN 1928238B discloses a railway switch ballast screen scarifier, which comprises an excavating mechanism, a screening device, a conveying mechanism, a traveling device, etc., wherein an adjusting mechanism of the excavating mechanism is mounted on a main frame, a bucket wheel bracket is connected with the adjusting mechanism, a bucket wheel is arranged on the bucket wheel bracket, and the horizontal extension and vertical lifting of the bucket wheel can be realized through the adjusting mechanism; the sleeper bottom ballast scarifier is connected with the bucket wheel bracket through the adjusting mechanism and can move up and down relative to the bucket wheel bracket. During operation, the sleeper bottom ballast raking device can be cut into a sleeper bottom track bed, the raking chains arranged on the sleeper bottom ballast raking device rotate to rake out the ballast to the bucket wheel, and the bucket wheel is used for digging up the raked ballast and the ballast on the side slope and lifting the raked ballast to the belt conveying device. The ballast cleaning machine can be operated in turnout sections, cross and cross crossover sections, and is suitable for ballast cleaning operation on other lines or slopes, and ballast cleaning operation can be continuously completed without manual auxiliary adjustment in the operation process. However, the ballast scarifier is integrated with a sleeper bottom ballast scarifier, and the vertical moving guide rail is positioned on the bucket-wheel bracket and is not suitable for the bucket-wheel excavating mechanism.
For another example, the chinese patent with publication number CN 1928237B discloses a railway ballast excavating device, wherein the ballast raking device is connected with the bracket of the excavating bucket wheel device through a ballast raking device rotating and lifting mechanism, and can rotate and lift the height relative to the excavating bucket wheel device; the excavating bucket wheel device is arranged on the ballast discharging side of the sleeper bottom ballast scarifier; the bracket of the excavating bucket wheel device is connected with the main body of the screen scarifier through a bucket wheel horizontal angle adjusting mechanism, a bucket wheel vertical angle adjusting mechanism, a bent arm lifting mechanism and a main rotating device, and the excavating bucket wheel device can move relative to the main body to change the height and the angle of the excavating bucket wheel device. During operation, the sleeper bottom ballast digging mechanism cuts into the sleeper bottom track bed from the outside of the track bed, the ballast is dug out through chain raking work and is conveyed to one side of a railway, and the dug ballast is collected and lifted by the bucket wheel and conveyed to the belt conveying device. The ballast cleaning machine can be operated in turnout sections and can also be used for carrying out ballast excavating operation on other lines or side slopes, and ballast cleaning can be continuously completed without manual auxiliary operation in the operation process. The height of the bucket wheel is adjusted through the bent arm lifting mechanism, the structure of the excavating device is complex, the excavating device occupies the space in a vehicle body, and the manufacturing cost is increased.

the first step is as follows: preparing operation, namely placing a bucket-wheel type new ballast dump truck, a material transport vehicle and a stone ballast hopper truck on the same railway line, wherein the scraper chain type new ballast dump truck and the material transport vehicle are connected and then positioned at one end of the line, the stone ballast hopper truck is positioned at the other end of the line, and the distance between the scraper chain type new ballast dump truck and the material transport vehicle is the sum of the length of a ditch for storing new stone ballasts and the length of a safety distance of 20 meters;
the second step is that: a material transport vehicle or other vehicles are used for drawing a bucket wheel type new ballast dump vehicle, the bucket wheel type new ballast dump vehicle is used for excavating ditches at two sides of a railway line (the length and the depth of the ditches are determined according to the length of a station line and the rotation storage amount of the new ballast), the excavated old ballast is conveyed to the material transport vehicle, and finally the old ballast is conveyed to a designated place through the material transport vehicle;
the third step: returning the material transport vehicle and the bucket-wheel type new ballast dumping vehicle, moving the stone ballast hopper vehicle to the new trench dug in the second step, opening a ballast unloading port of the stone ballast hopper vehicle needing ballast unloading, and unloading the new stone ballast into the trench dug in the second step until the trenches on two sides of the line are fully unloaded;
the fourth step: the stone ballast hopper car returns, the bucket wheel type new ballast dump car is drawn by the material transport car, and the new stone ballast unloaded in the two side ditches of the railway line in the third step is dug by the bucket wheel type new ballast dump car and is transported to the material transport car through the conveyer belt;
the fifth step: repeating the third step and the fourth step until all the required material transport vehicles are filled,
after the material transport vehicle is completely filled, repeating the third step, and unloading new stone ballasts in the stone ballast hopper vehicle into the trench excavated in the fourth step;
and a sixth step: and d, raking the new stone ballast discharged in the ditch in the fifth step by using a ballast raking and shaping mechanism to finish dumping work of the new stone ballast.
