The belt stretching cylinder 13426 pushes the second belt to stretch and contract synchronously with the stretching arm 1332.
The ballast digging shovel 135 comprises a bucket 1351, a spiral ballast-removing device 1352 arranged in the bucket 1351, and a second driving device (not shown) for driving the spiral ballast-removing device 1352 to rotate, wherein the bucket 1351 is connected with the other end of the telescopic arm 1332, and when the telescopic arm rotates, the bucket synchronously rotates, so that the ballast collected in the bucket is transferred to a conveying belt. The spiral ballast raking device can realize quick conveying of the stone ballast, prevent the stone ballast from being accumulated in the bucket and improve the excavating efficiency.
The ballast raking device 136 comprises a ballast raking roller 1361, a first driving device 1362 for driving the ballast raking roller 1361 to rotate, a rotating shaft 1363 connected with the ballast raking shovel 135, a connecting rod 1364 for connecting the rotating shaft 1363 with the first driving device 1362, and a hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 with one end connected with the ballast raking shovel 135 and the other end connected with the connecting rod 1364. The ballast raking device 136 is hinged to the ballast digging shovel 135, and the ballast raking device and the ballast digging shovel can work independently.
According to the invention, the ballast digging shovel 135 and the ballast raking device 136 are combined, so that the device can adapt to different working states, and the following concrete steps are adopted:
when the hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 drives the ballast scraping roller 1361 to rotate to the position below the ballast digging shovel 135, the hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 is used for scraping the railway ballast to the front so that the ballast digging device is in a foundation pit digging state;
when the hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 drives the ballast scraping roller 1361 to rotate to a position flush with the ballast digging shovel 135, the hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 is used for loosening the front plate ballast to enable the ballast digging device to be in a loose state;
when the hydraulic oil cylinder 1365 drives the ballast digging roller 1361 to rotate to a position above the ballast digging shovel 135, the ballast digging roller 1361 stops rotating, the ballast digging shovel 135 operates independently, and the operation arm 133 drives the ballast digging shovel to operate stone ballasts to the conveying belt.
The equipment room 14 is used for installing the related components of the power system and the brake system and is arranged at the other end of the first vehicle frame 11.

The first crawler traveling device 15 is used for traveling a vehicle after an old turnout is removed, and comprises a crawler assembly 151, a rotating device 152, a vertical leg component 153, a horizontal leg component 154 and a rotating installation fixing seat 155, wherein the vertical leg component 153 and the horizontal leg component 154 are telescopic and can be used for realizing the change of the supporting height and width of the crawler traveling device, so that the vehicle can conveniently fall and be adjusted when the vehicle is switched back to the bogie for traveling, and the first crawler traveling device is suitable for the complex working environment of the turnout section; the slewing device 152 may rotate the track assembly for controlling the direction of travel of the vehicle. In practical application, the road condition information is identified through the automatic identification control system, and the vertical leg assembly of the first crawler traveling device is controlled to adjust the supporting height, so that the vehicle can run stably; meanwhile, the automatic identification control system also has the following functions: when recognizing that the front end of the ballast digging device 13 meets an obstacle, the vehicle is stopped emergently by recognizing the pressure, so that the safe operation is guaranteed.
Please refer to fig. 17 and fig. 18 in combination, wherein fig. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of a backfill conveyor belt in the ballast replacing vehicle shown in fig. 2; fig. 18 is a schematic view showing the rotation operation state of the backfill conveyor shown in fig. 17, where (a) and (b) in fig. 18 show two different states, i.e., the state (a) is the initial state and the state (b) is the state after the backfill conveyor rotates by a certain angle. The backfill conveyer belt 10 comprises a rotary oil cylinder 105, a rotary center supporting frame 101 and a third belt 102 arranged on the rotary center supporting frame 101, wherein a leveling device 103 is arranged at the front end of the rotary center supporting frame 101, and the leveling device 103 comprises a ballast pushing plough 1031 and a ballast pushing plough lifting oil cylinder 1032 connected with the ballast pushing plough 1031. The leveling device 103 can realize height adjustment, is used for leveling backfilled bottom ballast and is convenient for the installation of a subsequent new turnout; the backfill conveying belt can rotate to control the position of ballast unloading so as to adapt to the width change of the turnout section.
Please refer to fig. 19, which is a schematic structural diagram of a railway and highway dual-purpose railway ballast transport vehicle in the ballast replacing vehicle set for the ballast replacing operation in the turnout replacing process shown in fig. 1. The highway and railway dual-purpose railway ballast transport vehicle 2 comprises a second frame 20, first unpowered two-axle bogies 21 arranged at the front end and the rear end of the lower portion of the second frame 20 and used for vehicle traveling, second old ballast conveyor belts 22 arranged on the second frame 20 and connected with first old ballast conveyor belts 16, second new ballast conveyor belts 23 arranged on the second frame 20 and connected with first new ballast conveyor belts 17, and two sets of second track traveling devices 24 arranged on the second frame 20, wherein the second old ballast conveyor belts 22 are used for conveying excavated old ballasts to the track ballast transport vehicle 3, the second new ballast conveyor belts 23 are used for conveying new ballasts conveyed by the track ballast transport vehicle 3 to the ballast replacing vehicle 1, and the second track traveling devices 24 are used for vehicle traveling after old turnouts are investigated.
The second crawler belt running device 24 has the same structure as the first crawler belt running device 15, and will not be described in detail herein.
Please refer to fig. 20, which is a schematic structural diagram of a track ballast transport vehicle in the ballast replacing vehicle set for the ballast replacing operation in the switch replacing process shown in fig. 1. The track ballast transport vehicle 3 comprises a third frame 31, a second unpowered three-axis bogie 32 and a second powered three-axis bogie 33 which are arranged on the lower portion of the third frame 31, a first ballast storage hopper 34 which is arranged on the third frame 31 and used for storing new ballasts, a third old ballast conveyor belt 35 which is arranged on the upper portion of the first ballast storage hopper 34, and a third new ballast conveyor belt 36 which is arranged on the lower portion of the first ballast storage hopper, wherein the third old ballast conveyor belt 35 is used for conveying the excavated old ballasts to the belt type material transport vehicle, and the third new ballast conveyor belt 36 is used for conveying the new ballasts in the first ballast storage hopper 34 to the rail/road ballast transport vehicle 2.
In addition, the lower portion of the third frame 31 is also provided with a diesel tank, a power system and auxiliary systems, a hydraulic tank, an electric control cabinet and other components.
In the present invention, the belt type material transporting vehicle 4 is a WY-100 belt type material transporting vehicle, and the structure thereof is referred to the prior art and is not described herein again.
Please refer to fig. 21, which is a schematic structural diagram of a ballast supplementing vehicle in the ballast replacing vehicle group for the ballast replacing operation in the switch replacing process shown in fig. 1. The ballast supplementing vehicle 5 comprises a fourth vehicle frame 51, a third unpowered three-axis bogie 52 and a third powered three-axis bogie 53 which are arranged at the lower part of the fourth vehicle frame 51, a power room 54 which is arranged on the fourth vehicle frame 51, a ballast adding belt 55 which is arranged above the power room 54, a second ballast storage hopper 56, a ballast supplementing driver room 57 and a brake room 58 which are arranged on the fourth vehicle frame 51, a rail surface sweeping brush 59 which is arranged at the lower part of the fourth vehicle frame 51, a coarse shaping plow 50, a ballast dividing hopper 501 and a ballast supplementing belt 502, wherein the ballast dividing hopper 501 and the ballast supplementing belt 502 are used for supplementing new ballasts in the second ballast storage hopper 56 to a turnout section, and the rail surface sweeping brush 59 and the coarse shaping plow 50 are used for coarse shaping and cleaning the ballast after the ballast supplementing belt unloads. The ballast supplementing belt 502 is similar to the backfill conveying belt 10 in structure, and can perform rotary control on the ballast unloading position so as to adapt to the width change of the turnout section. In addition, the lower portion of the fourth frame 51 is also mounted with components such as a fuel tank, a hydraulic oil tank, and an electrical control cabinet.
The ballast replacing vehicle group for replacing the ballast in the turnout replacing process can realize multi-vehicle operation synchronization and safe construction through the electric hydraulic control and monitoring system during operation, has high working efficiency, is safe and reliable, and reduces the dependence on manpower.
