Description

Denture cleaning tablet and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to a denture cleaning tablet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Denture cleaning sheets, also known as denture cleaning sheets, are products that are used specifically to clean and disinfect dentures. Use the denture cleaning sheet, can produce a large amount of active oxygen, disinfect and eliminate the peculiar smell, possess outstanding clean and deodorization dual function, can independently, thoroughly and quick cleanness the denture, guaranteed that the denture is inlayed and is worn person's health. Denture care products have been popular in developed countries such as europe and america for nearly 50 years, and will be in more widespread demand in china as the aging situation increases.
Dentures have become a potential for many fatal diseases due to the lack of scientific, proper cleaning care guidelines. Clinical studies have shown that: the false teeth are closely related to the whole body health, and the unclean false teeth have various bacteria and fungi which can cause serious diseases, and are the main causes of serious diseases such as denture stomatitis, bacterial pneumonia and bacteremia. Statistics show that because the false teeth are not clean, the infection rate in the oral cavity is more than 95 percent, periodontal diseases, oral ulcer and oral mucosa lesion are the most common oral diseases of a person wearing the false teeth, and the periodontal diseases are important factors for inducing heart diseases and pancreatic cancer; plaque is more likely to enter the lungs, causing pneumonia. Improper cleaning of dentures can cause fatal diseases, and is never critical, and dentures can cause such serious harm, mainly because the dentures are oral foreign bodies, bacterial plaque is gradually formed after entering the oral cavity, and if the dental plaque is not completely removed every day, pathogenic bacteria can abnormally proliferate and act together with other dangerous factors to cause serious oral and other systemic diseases.
Problems and hazards resulting from improper denture care are mainly found in the following areas:
(1) the denture is not thoroughly cleaned: the false teeth are not clean thoroughly, and are easy to generate peculiar smell, bad taste and bad appetite; bacteria growth, ulceration or other oral diseases; reducing gastrointestinal function, causing diabetes or other visceral diseases;
(2) fit loosely, insecure with the oral cavity: generating friction swelling pain and ulcer; food debris enters the gap between the oral cavity and the false teeth, so that germs are bred and the gastrointestinal function is influenced; oral diseases such as dental caries, periodontal disease, oral cancer, denture stomatitis, halitosis, etc.;
(3) improper treatment of dentures: the damage and deformation caused by soaking and washing with hot water or alcohol can reduce the service life; the toothbrush is easy to abrade false teeth, generates brush marks and hides bacteria to infect oral cavity; if the patient is not picked up or stored improperly at night, the patient may touch germs or be deformed or damaged.
The false teeth are closely related to the whole body health, and the unclean false teeth have various bacteria and fungi which can cause serious diseases, and are the main causes of serious diseases such as denture stomatitis, bacterial pneumonia and bacteremia. Based on the harm caused by improper denture care, the invention provides a denture cleaning tablet which contains pomegranate bark extract, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, potassium peroxymonosulfate complex salt and other components, wherein the pomegranate bark extract has the effects of antibiosis, antifungal, antivirus, antioxidation and whitening. The sodium lauryl sulfoacetate salt has mild property, good washing, foaming, solubilizing and emulsifying properties, and can be used as a detergent and a foaming agent; meanwhile, the antibacterial disinfectant has antibacterial and disinfectant effects, and in-vitro antibacterial test results show that the antibacterial disinfectant has obvious antibacterial effects on various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The potassium monopersulfate compound salt is an effective oxidant and disinfectant, and can be used for cleaning, disinfecting and bleaching oral articles.

The bacteria of the test group were treated with the aqueous denture cleanser film prepared in example 1 of the present invention, and the control group was not treated and then cultured under the same conditions, respectively, to see whether colonies grew, + sign indicating colony growth, and-sign indicating no colony growth. The bacteria in the dentures and saliva were cultured in bacterial and fungal media, respectively, to observe the inhibitory ability of the denture cleanser to bacteria and fungi in the oral cavity. The denture cleaning tablet contains various active substances and has strong inhibition and killing capability on common oral flora. The prepared aqueous solutions of denture cleansing sheets were used for the bacteriostatic tests of bacteria on dentures, bacteria in saliva and some molds, and the results are shown in Table 4.

after pouring 200ml of warm water of about 40 ℃ into 3 beakers, the denture cleansing sheets of examples 1 to 6, commercial product 1 and commercial product 2 were put into the beakers, and the results were shown in Table 7.
TABLE 7 comparative results
Contrast item Tablet weight Disintegration time Clarity of solution
Example 1 2.5g 2 minutes Clarification
Example 2 3g 1 minute and half clock Clarification
Example 3 3g 1 minute and half clock Clarification
Example 4 3g 2 minutes Clarification
Example 5 2.5g 1 minute and half clock Clarification
Example 6 3g 2 minutes Clarification
Commercial product 1 3g 3 minutes half clock Clarification
Commercial product 2 2.5g 2 minutes and half clock Turbidity
As can be seen from Table 7, the denture cleansing tablets of examples 1 to 6 completely disintegrated within 2 minutes, and the solutions were clear and transparent; the product 1 sold in the market can be completely disintegrated within 3 minutes and half minutes, and the solution is clear and transparent; commercial product 2 disintegrated completely within 2 minutes and half minutes, and the solution was turbid. The denture cleaning tablet of the invention is superior to the market products in indexes such as disintegration time, clarity and the like.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it is not intended to limit the scope of the claims. Various modifications and adaptations which may occur to those skilled in the art without inventive faculty, within the scope defined by the claims, are still protected by the present patent.
