as can be seen from the table, the mint flavor and aroma with fruit flavor can be given to the cigarettes when the bead is broken by pinching, and the mint flavor and aroma can be well fused with the fragrance of the cigarettes, so that the comfort of cigarette smoking is effectively improved, and the smoking quality and the interestingness of the cigarettes are improved.

The material distribution mechanism 24 comprises a material distribution disc 241, a transmission shaft 242 and a driving part 243, the material distribution disc 241 is arranged inside the material distribution cavity 22, a plurality of feeding grooves 2411 are distributed on the surface of the material distribution disc 241 in a surrounding mode, the axis of the material distribution disc 241 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 242, the transmission shaft 242 penetrates through the material box 21, and one end of the transmission shaft 242 is connected with the driving part 243 used for driving the material distribution disc 241 to distribute materials; the blasting beads enter the distributing cavity 22 from the feeding port 211, the driving piece 243 drives the transmission shaft 242 to drive the distributing disc 241 to rotate, the blasting beads fall into each feeding groove 2411 respectively, and the pushing mechanism 26 can be conveyed to blast the beads.
The puncture mechanism 25 comprises a first rotary disk 251, a cross plate 252, positioning wheels 253, a driving rod 254, a connecting pipe 255, a connecting rod 256 and a puncture needle 257, wherein a circular groove 2511 is formed in the axis of the first rotary disk 251, two groups of positioning wheels 253 are arranged above the first rotary disk 251, the cross plate 252 is slidably connected between the two groups of positioning wheels 253, a sliding hole 2521 is formed in the cross plate 252, the driving rod 254 is slidably connected in the sliding hole 2521, the driving rod 254 is Z-shaped, one end of the driving rod 254 is fixedly connected with a synchronizing shaft 2541, one end of the synchronizing shaft 2541 is respectively a first rotary disk 251 and the bin 21, one end of the synchronizing shaft 2541 in the bin 21 is fixedly connected with a first driving motor in a transmission manner, one end of the cross rod is inserted in the connecting pipe 255, one end of the cross rod in the connecting pipe 255 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 256, and a pressure spring 2561 is sleeved on the surface of the connecting rod 256, one end of the pressure spring 2561 abuts against one end of the cross rod, the other end abuts against the inner wall of the connecting pipe 255, one end of the connecting rod 256 penetrates through the connecting pipe 255, and one end, located outside the connecting pipe 255, of the connecting rod 256 is fixedly connected with the puncture needle 257; the conveying belt 10 conveys the exploded beads to the puncturing mechanism 25, the first driving motor is electrified to drive the driving rod 254 to slide along the sliding hole 2521, the cross rod can be driven to do longitudinal reciprocating motion to enable the puncturing needle 257 to puncture the filter rods, and one filter rod can be punctured by the cross rod once in longitudinal reciprocating motion, so that the puncturing efficiency of the puncturing mechanism 25 is improved, and the production cost is saved; the pressure spring 2561 on the surface of the connecting rod 256 can ensure the puncturing depth of the puncture needle 257 and avoid the damage of the puncture needle 257 to the filter stick.
The pushing mechanism 26 comprises a side plate 261, a second rotating disc 262, a cross shaft 263, a push rod 264 and a sleeve 265, the pushing mechanism is fixedly connected in the rectangular groove 23, the second rotating disc 262 is rotatably connected with the side plate 261 through a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the side plate 261, one end of the rotating shaft, which is located at the other side of the side plate 261, is constructed to be fixedly connected to a second driving motor in a transmission manner, a sliding groove 2621 is formed in the surface of the second rotating disc 262, a protruding portion 2622 is arranged on the sliding groove 2621, one end of the cross shaft 263 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 2621, the cross shaft 263 is rotatably connected with the side plate 261 through a rotating rod 2631, the other end of the cross shaft 263 is linked with the push rod 264, one end of the push rod 264 is inserted into the sleeve 265, one end of the push rod 264, which is located inside the sleeve 265, is fixedly connected with a push plate 2641, and one end of the guide tube 222 is communicated with the sleeve 265; the exploded beads conveyed by the material distribution mechanism 24 enter the sleeve 265, after the punctured cigarettes reach the pushing mechanism 26, the second driving motor is powered on to rotate the second rotating disc 262, so that the cross shaft 263 makes a circular motion in the chute 2621, and when the cross shaft 263 meets the protruding portion 2622 of the chute 2621, the cross shaft 263 makes an arc motion, so that the push rod 264 and the push plate 2641 can be driven to move longitudinally to push the exploded beads to enter the puncturing holes of the filter sticks.
In the embodiment of the invention, the driving member 243 includes a stepping motor 2431, a driving shaft 2432, a first rotating wheel 2433, a second rotating wheel 2434 and a conveyor belt 2435, the stepping motor 2431 is mounted at the top of the material box 21, the output end of the stepping motor 2431 is fixedly connected with the driving shaft 2432, the surface of the driving shaft 2432 is sleeved with the first rotating wheel 2433, the second rotating wheel 2434 is sleeved on the surface of the driving shaft 242, and the first rotating wheel 2433 and the second rotating wheel 2434 are rotatably connected through the conveyor belt; when material distribution is performed, the stepping motor 2431 is electrified to rotate the driving shaft 2432 and the first rotating wheel 2433, and the second rotating wheel 2434 drives the material distribution disc 241 to rotate to start material distribution through transmission of the transmission belt.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of cigarette tubes 11 are arranged on the transmission belt, a detection seat 30 is arranged on the implanting device 20, and the detection seat 30 further comprises a color sensor; when the cigarette tube 11 reaches the detection seat 30, the color sensor detects whether the puncture hole has the bead explosion, and if the puncture hole has no bead explosion, the worker takes out the cigarette and puts the cigarette tube 11 beside the pushing mechanism 26 again to implant the bead explosion.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a working method of an implanting device for a cigarette bead blasting, including the following steps:
s1, a worker is positioned at a station at one side of the conveyer belt 10, the cigarettes to be implanted with the blasting beads are placed in the cigarette tubes 11 and are conveyed to the puncturing mechanism 25 of the material box 21 through the conveyer belt 10, the first driving motor is electrified to enable the driving rod 254 to slide up and down in the sliding hole 2521, and the cross plate 252 is driven to reciprocate longitudinally to puncture the filter sticks in each cigarette tube 11;
s2, conveying the filter stick to the pushing mechanism 26 through the conveyer belt 10 after the filter stick is pierced, in the process, blasting beads entering the distributing cavity 22 from the feeding port 211 are electrified through the stepping motor 2431 to enable the driving shaft 2432 and the first rotating wheel 2433 to rotate, enabling the second rotating wheel 2434 to drive the distributing disc 241 to rotate through the conveyer belt 2435, enabling the blasting beads to respectively enter each feeding groove 2411, and entering the inside of the sleeve 265 through the material guide pipe 222 when the feeding grooves 2411 are communicated with the material guide port 221;
s3, when the filter stick with the punched hole reaches the pushing mechanism 26, the second driving motor is electrified to rotate the second rotating disc 262, so that one end of the cross shaft 263 can slide in the chute 2621, when the cross shaft 263 meets the bulge 2622, the cross shaft 263 moves in an arc shape, and the push rod 264 drives the push plate 2641 to move longitudinally to push the bead blasting into the punched hole of the filter stick.
Specifically, the working principle of the cigarette bead blasting and implanting device and method containing fruit-flavor mint essence is as follows: the worker is positioned at a station at one side of the conveyer belt 10, the cigarettes to be implanted with the exploded beads are placed in the cigarette tube 11 and are conveyed to the puncturing mechanism 25 of the material box 21 through the conveyer belt 10, the first driving motor is electrified to drive the driving rod 254 to slide along the sliding hole 2521, the cross plate 252 can be driven to do longitudinal reciprocating motion to enable the puncturing needle 257 to puncture the filter stick, and in addition, one filter stick can be punctured by the cross plate 252 every time of longitudinal reciprocating motion, so that the puncturing efficiency of the puncturing mechanism 25 is improved, and the production cost is saved; the pressure spring 2561 on the surface of the connecting rod 256 can ensure the puncturing depth of the puncturing needle 257 and avoid the puncturing of the filter stick by the puncturing needle 257, the filter stick is conveyed to the pushing mechanism 26 through the conveyer belt 10 after the puncturing is finished, in the process, the exploded beads enter the distributing cavity 22 from the feeding opening 211, the stepping motor 2431 is electrified to enable the driving shaft 2432 and the first rotating wheel 2433 to rotate, the second rotating wheel 2434 drives the distributing disc 241 to rotate through the transmission belt, the exploded beads fall into each feeding groove 2411 respectively, when the feeding groove 2411 is communicated with the material guiding opening 221, the exploded beads enter the inner part of the sleeve 265 through the material guiding pipe 222, after the punctured cigarettes reach the pushing mechanism 26, the second driving motor is electrified to enable the second rotating disc 262 to rotate, the cross shaft 263 makes a circular motion in the sliding groove 2621, when the cross shaft 263 meets the bulge 2622 of the sliding groove 2621, the cross 263 makes an arc motion, the push rod 264 and the 2641 can be driven to move longitudinally to push the exploded beads to enter the puncturing hole of the filter stick, when the conveyer belt 10 rotates continuously and the filter stick implanted with the blasting beads reaches the detection seat 30, the color sensor detects whether the blasting beads exist in the puncture hole, and if the blasting beads do not exist in the puncture hole, the worker takes out the cigarette and replaces the cigarette in the cigarette tube 11 beside the pushing mechanism 26 to implant the blasting beads.
It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the stepping motor 2431, the first driving motor, the second driving motor, and the color sensor need to be determined by type selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific type selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted.
The specific power supply of the stepper motor 2431, the first drive motor, the second drive motor and the color sensor and their principles will be clear to the skilled person and will not be described in detail here.

the fruity essence comprises: ethyl caprylate: 0.2-1.0 part, ethyl caproate: 5-10 parts of ethyl butyrate: 5-20 parts of isovaleric acid-3-hexenyl ester: 0.1-1.0 part, ethyl acetate: 15-40 parts of ethyl acetoacetate: 15-35 parts, isoamyl acetate: 10-30 parts of caprylic capric glyceride: 5-20 parts;
the mint essence comprises: menthol: 1-8 parts, menthyl lactate: 1-10 parts of: menthyl acetate: 1-5 parts of cooling agent: 0.2-0.5 part, and the balance of grease solvent; the method is characterized in that:

the implantation device (20) comprises a material box (21), a material distribution cavity (22), rectangular grooves (23), a material distribution mechanism (24), a puncture mechanism (25) and a push-in mechanism (26), wherein a feeding opening (211) is formed in the top of the material box (21), the material distribution cavity (22) is arranged inside the material box (21), the material distribution cavity (22) is communicated with the feeding opening (211), a material guide opening (221) is formed in the bottom of the material distribution cavity (22), the material guide opening (221) is communicated with a material guide pipe (222), the rectangular grooves (23) are formed in two sides of the material box (21), and the puncture mechanism (25) and the push-in mechanism (26) are respectively arranged inside the two rectangular grooves (23);
the material distribution mechanism (24) comprises a material distribution disc (241), a transmission shaft (242) and a driving piece (243), the material distribution disc (241) is arranged inside the material distribution cavity (22), a plurality of feeding grooves (2411) are distributed on the surface of the material distribution disc (241) in a surrounding mode, the transmission shaft (242) is fixedly connected to the axis of the material distribution disc (241), the transmission shaft (242) penetrates through the material box (21), and one end of the transmission shaft (242) is connected with the driving piece (243) used for driving the material distribution disc (241) to distribute materials;

3. The implanting device for the cigarette blasting bead according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the blasting bead is 2.5-4.0mm, the weight is 10-30mg, and the essence content in the blasting bead is 10-22 μ L/particle.

The implantation device for the cigarette blasting bead according to claim 1, characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the ethyl caprylate: 0.5 part of ethyl caproate: 6 parts of ethyl butyrate: 12 parts of isovaleric acid-3-hexenyl ester: 0.4 part of ethyl acetate: 20 parts of ethyl acetoacetate: 28 parts of isoamyl acetate: 25 parts of caprylic capric acid glyceride: 9.1 parts, the menthol: 2-4 parts of menthyl lactate: 1-2 parts of menthyl acetate: 1-2 parts of cooling agent: 0.2 to 0.4 portion, and the balance being grease solvent.
