提出了一种激光熔敷专用粉末,其红硬性较高,耐磨损性相当突出,能适应功率范围相当宽的激光器熔敷。

Description

激光熔敷专用粉末
本发明涉及新材料领域;特别涉及激光熔敷专用粉末。
目前,激光熔敷粉末大多采用热喷涂用粉末。但是,激光熔敷的固有特性使热喷涂自熔合金粉末难以适应,特别是因目前我国所用的激光熔敷激光器的功率大部分都较低,以致沿用热喷涂粉末所得到的熔敷层出现极大的开裂倾向,严重地影响了激光熔敷这样的高新技术在我国的正常发展。
为解决上述问题,本发明在钴基粉末中添加硼、稀土(RE)、镍、钨、钼,对碳和铬含量进行了适当的调整,得到了如下成份(重量%)的新的合金粉末:C 0.5~0.7(例如0.6),B 0.4~0.6(例如0.5),Si 1.0~1.5(例如1.2),Ni 10.0~12.0(例如11.0),W 4.0~6.0(例如5.0),Mo 3.0~5.0(例如4.0),Cr 26.0~28.0(例如27.0),RE<1.0(例如0.5),其余为Co。
本发明以上成份的合金粉末显示了高的红硬性,极突出的耐磨损性,适应功率范围宽的激光器熔敷。

Claims (1)

1.一种钴基合金粉末,其特征在于组成(重量%)为:C 0.5~0.7,B 0.4~0.6,Si 1.0~1.5,Ni 10.0~12.0,W 4.0~6.0,Mo 3.0~5.0,Cr 26.0~28.0,RE<1.0,余为Co。
