本发明公开一种氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:Ni:27-30%;Cr:6.5-7%;B:4-4.8%;Si:2.7-3.2%;Mo:2-2.5%;C:1%;Mn:0.5%;Fe:余量。本发明的有益效果是:(1)成本低。本发明用铁基合金粉末替代镍基合金粉末,本发明价格仅相当于镍基合金粉末价格的50%,;能替代Ni60镍基合金粉末,具有低成本,高性能的优点。(2)工艺性好。本发明适用于氧乙炔火焰喷焊工艺,焊接工艺性能同于Ni60镍基合金粉末。(3)硬度高。用本发明涂敷在金属表面,涂敷后的硬度和耐磨性同于Ni60镍基合金粉末。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是金属合金粉末,特别涉及的是氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末。
背景技术
在自熔性金属合金粉末材料中,镍基合金粉末属于熔点低,自熔性好,镜面反光好的材料。如现有技术中,自熔性工艺性能好为Ni60镍基合金粉末,人们常用Ni60镍基合金粉末涂敷在金属表面以提高金属表面耐磨性能。而现有技术的铁基合金粉末不具有镍基合金粉末上述性能。但是我国由于镍原料缺乏,价格昂贵,限制了其使用范围,因此工矿企业十分渴望出现一种具有镍基合金粉末性能,价格低廉的铁基合金粉末替代镍基合金粉末,以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,提供一种用铁基合金粉末替代镍基合金粉末,具有熔点低,自熔性好,镜面反光好的氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:
Ni:27-30%;Cr:6.5-7%;B:4-4.8%;Si:2.7-3.2%;
Mo:2-2.5%;C:1%;     Mn:0.5%; Fe:余量。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)成本低。本发明用铁基合金粉末替代镍基合金粉末,本发明价格仅相当于镍基合金粉末价格的50%,;能替代Ni60镍基合金粉末,具有低成本,高性能的优点。
(2)工艺性好。本发明适用于氧乙炔火焰喷焊工艺,焊接工艺性能同于Ni60镍基合金粉末。
(3)硬度高。用本发明涂敷在金属表面,涂敷后的硬度和耐磨性同于Ni60镍基合金粉末。

下面对本发明的实施例进一步详述。
实施例1
本发明提供一种耐高温氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:
Ni:27%;Cr:6.5%;B:4%;Si:2.7%:Mo:2%;
C:1%;  Mn:0.5% Fe:余量。
实施例2
本发明提供一种耐高温氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:
Ni:28%;Cr:6.8%; B:4.4%;Si:2.9%:Mo:2.22%;
C:1%;Mn:0.5%    Fe:余量。
实施例3
本发明提供一种耐高温氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:
Ni:30%;Cr:7%;B:4.8%;Si:3.2%:Mo:2.5%;
C:1%;Mn:0.5%  Fe:余量。
本发明的制备工艺通过雾化法制成合金粉末。
本发明金属合金粉末适用氧乙炔火焰喷焊工艺,本发明铁基合金粉末中含有镍27%—30%,其目的是形成Ni、B共晶,降低合金熔点Ni的加入量是本发明探研的重点,Ni含量低于27%达不到降低熔点改善自熔性,Ni含量过高,材料成本提高。加入Cr、Mo形成Cr的硼化物和Cr、Mo的碳化物,提高硬度增强耐磨性;而Si、B的加入起到了助熔造渣作用,同时改善了湿润性,通过Ni、Cr、B、Si、Mo、Fe、C等元素的成份控制既达到降低材料成本,又具有降低熔点,提高自熔性,氧乙炔焰的可焊性和具有适宜的硬度之耐磨性。

1.一种氧乙炔火焰喷焊的铁基合金粉末,其特征在于,该铁基合金粉末按重量%计,由如下成份组成:
Ni:27-30%;Cr:6.5-7%;B:4-4.8%;Si:2.7-3.2%;
Mo:2-2.5%;C:1%;Mn:0.5%Fe:余量。
