Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 schematically illustrates an interaction flow diagram between parties in data storage according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present disclosure, a sponsor and other financial institution platforms are each deployed with block link points and a platform database (i.e., local storage nodes), and data storage is performed on target data in a manner of "storage nodes+block nodes"; the local storage node can be a data storage device for storing report data, and each organization can ensure that the data files stored in the platform database are not lost by setting disaster recovery strategies. The investment manager and other participants can perform data uploading operation of target data through clients of the financial institution platform. The clients of the financial institution platforms can provide user interaction interfaces, so that a target user can conveniently perform data storage operation or data acquisition operation based on the user interaction interfaces.
The investment manager 211 may first upload personal basic information to the blockchain network 250 through clients provided by the sponsor facility 210 before other facilities upload investment manager-related reporting information, consensus the investment manager's personal information in the blockchain network. After the personal basic information of the investment manager is uploaded to the blockchain network, the client of the financial institution platform can receive the data uploading operation of the target user aiming at the target data, and relevant report data of the investment manager is stored in the platform database corresponding to each financial institution. For example, taking a business operator whose target user is a management entity as an example, the target data may be a performance evaluation report of the management entity to the investment manager. After the performance evaluation report corresponding to the investment manager is generated by the management agency, a management agency service personnel can upload the performance evaluation report of the investment manager through a client of the management agency, and after the performance evaluation report is successfully stored in a platform database of the management agency, the management agency can generate a data identification code uniquely corresponding to the performance evaluation report. And after the investment manager stores the personal basic information, each organization can upload the assessment report through the respective client, and the uploading assessment report among the organizations is independent and has no sequence relation in the process. For example, the regulatory agency 230 and the trusted authority 240 may each upload relevant information of the investment manager to their respective platform databases via the clients of the regulatory agency and the clients of the trusted agency, and generate a data identification code uniquely corresponding to the stored data.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a target data name of target data is determined, and whether historical data with the same data name as the target data name exists in a platform database is judged; if there is history data, determining whether to receive the target data; if it is determined that the target data is received, a data identification code is generated from the target data. The history data may be data having the same data name as the target data.
The target data uploading contract can be suitable for various institutions such as a trusted institution, a management institution, a supervision institution, a sponsoring institution and the like to upload various report data related to an investment manager. In an actual application scenario, various institutions may periodically perform assessment on investment managers, and upload and store data of generated assessment reports.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart corresponding to a target data upload contract according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Taking a service person of the pipe throwing mechanism as an example to upload target data through a client of the pipe throwing mechanism for explanation. In step S301, the salesman may upload target data (i.e., evaluation report data) through the organization client. In step S302, the facility client may check whether the assessment report of the current period has been uploaded. In step S303, it is determined whether the report has been uploaded as a result of the upload. Since other problems such as data errors may exist in the uploaded report data during the data uploading process, the report data may be uploaded again. In step S304, if the report data of the present period has been uploaded, it may be determined whether to upload the report file of the present period again. In step S305, it may be determined whether the result is uploaded again. If the report data does not need to be uploaded again, the whole data storage flow is ended. In step S306, if the current report data is not uploaded, a unique data identification code corresponding to the report data may be calculated.
The data upload contract may contain a plurality of data items such as unique codes of investment managers, report types, report unique codes, report start dates, report end dates, reporting agency codes, etc., wherein the report types may include temporary reports and periodic reports. The periodic report may be an evaluation report corresponding to the performance of the investment manager being assessed by the relevant institution for a certain period of time, for example, the financial institution may assess the investment manager for a month, quarter, year. Specifically, specific descriptions of the respective data items are shown in table 1.

In step S120, the target data and the data identification code are stored to the platform database by the client, and a data storage event is generated.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the platform database may be a database deployed locally on financial institution platforms of the institutions, each of the financial institution platforms corresponding to one of the platform databases for storing report data uploaded by the operators of each institution via the clients. The data storage event may be a storage event that uploads report data through an organization client and successfully stores the report data to a platform database.
After the data identification code corresponding to the target data is generated, the target data and the data identification code corresponding to the target data can be stored in a platform database corresponding to the financial institution platform so as to generate a data storage event corresponding to the target data. In step S307, the financial institution platform may store the report file in a local database.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a data storage operation is performed with respect to target data, and it is determined whether the target data is stored to a platform database; if the target data is stored in the platform database, generating a data storage event according to the target data and the data identification code; if the target data is not stored in the platform database, an upload failure message is returned. The data storage operation may be an operation process of storing target data to a platform database. The upload failure message may be an event message corresponding to the unsuccessful storage of the target data to the platform database.
When the institution financial institution platform receives the data uploading operation of the target user, the data storage operation can be executed for the target data, and whether the target data is stored in the platform database is judged. If the target data is already stored in the platform database, the financial institution platform may generate a data storage event based on the target data and the data identification code to identify that the target data has been successfully stored to the platform database. If the target data is not stored in the platform database, an upload failure message is returned to the target user.
In step S308, the financial institution platform may determine whether the local storage of the report file is successful. In step S309, if the report data is not successfully stored in the local database, a service person who uploaded the report data may be notified of a message that the report data has failed to be uploaded. In step S310, if the report data is successfully stored in the local database, the successfully stored data result is uploaded to the blockchain node, and the financial institution platform encapsulates the data identification code generated according to the target data and the data storage event into a data block, and uploads the data block to the blockchain network 250 through the blockchain link to achieve consensus on the current data storage event.
In step S130, the client uploads the data storage event to the blockchain node and synchronizes the data storage event to the blockchain network through the blockchain link points, so that each blockchain point in the blockchain network has a consensus on the data storage event.
In some example embodiments of the present disclosure, the blockchain nodes may be nodes for storing data storage events, with the blockchain nodes deployed by the financial institution platforms. The blockchain network may be used to synchronize data storage events of the number of tag data stored in blockchain nodes of the respective organization platform. After the institution platform generates the data storage event, the data storage event may be uploaded to the blockchain node, and the data storage event may be synchronized to the blockchain network through the blockchain link point, so that consensus is achieved between the blockchain nodes in different financial institution platforms for the data storage event. The blockchain node may receive blockchain platform messages to synchronize data in the blockchain network.
By the block chain-based data storage method, the data of all dimensions of the investment manager can be collected to form a full-dimension data set containing the whole careers of all the investment managers. The storage process ensures the data privacy security of investment manager information data by means of arranging the blockchain node and the local storage node in each organization. As will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art, when the target user performs data storage through the regulatory agency 230 and the trusted authority 240, the overall data storage process is the same as the data storage performed by the target user through the client of the administration agency 220, which is not described in detail in this disclosure.
Based on this, in the present exemplary embodiment, there is first provided a blockchain-based data acquisition method, and fig. 4 schematically shows a schematic diagram of a blockchain-based data acquisition method flow according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 4, the blockchain-based data acquisition method may include the steps of:
step S410, receiving data uploading operation of a target user for target data by a client, and generating a data identification code of the target data; the target data includes private information of the financial institution-related user.
Step S420, the client stores the target data and the data identification code to the platform database, and generates a data storage event.
Step S430, uploading the data storage event to a blockchain node by the client, and synchronizing the data storage event to a blockchain network through the blockchain link point, so that each blockchain node in the blockchain network performs consensus on the data storage event.
Step S440, the first mechanism platform receives the data acquisition request of the authorized user, and the block chain link point of the first mechanism platform uploads the data acquisition request to the block chain network; the data acquisition request includes a receiving platform code.
In step S450, the data acquisition request is broadcast by the blockchain network to the second organization platform to determine a data sending platform associated with the data acquisition request from the second organization platform.
Step S460, the data sending platform determines report data according to the data acquisition request, and sends the report data to the data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through the private data transmission channel.
Step S470, the data receiving platform generates a data receiving result according to the received all report data, and sends the data receiving result to the block chain network; the first mechanism platform, the second mechanism platform, the data sending platform and the data receiving platform are all financial mechanism platforms.
According to the blockchain-based data acquisition method in the present exemplary embodiment, on one hand, a data sending platform corresponding to the data acquisition request is determined according to the data acquisition request, and the data sending platform sends the determined report data to a data receiving platform, so that the data receiving platform acquires complete and comprehensive target data. On the other hand, by adopting a mechanism of authorizing user authorization and carrying out private transmission among all mechanism platforms, the security of the acquired target data can be ensured.
Next, a block chain based data acquisition method in the present exemplary embodiment will be further described.
The processing procedures of step S410 to step S430 are the same as the processing procedures of step S110 to step S130, and the disclosure will not be repeated.
In step S440, the first mechanism platform receives the data acquisition request of the authorized user, and the block link point of the first mechanism platform uploads the data acquisition request to the block chain network; the data acquisition request includes a receiving platform code.
In some example embodiments of the present disclosure, the institution platforms may be corresponding platforms for each financial institution. The first organization platform may be a sponsoring organization platform that provides basic services, and may be configured to receive data acquisition requests that authorize users to allow other organization platforms to acquire target data. The data acquisition request may be a request initiated by an authorized user via the first institution platform for authorizing the relevant institution platform to send the target data to the data receiving platform. The receiving platform code may be a code corresponding to the data receiving platform.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically illustrates an interactive flow diagram for acquiring data by a correlation mechanism according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. When some institution platforms want to obtain report data related to the investment manager, the investment manager 511 may first send a data acquisition request to the sponsor institution platform 520, where the data acquisition request includes a data extraction authorization application that authorizes the user to send to the first institution platform. When the sponsor platform 520 receives the data acquisition request, the data acquisition request may be uploaded into the blockchain network 510 by a blockchain link in the sponsor platform.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, user identity information of an authorized user is determined from a data acquisition request; carrying out identity verification processing on the user identity information, and determining an identity verification result; if the identity verification result is passed, carrying out request verification processing on the data acquisition request; if the request check process is passed, the data acquisition request is uploaded to the blockchain network. The authorized user may authorize the user of each institution platform to send relevant data to the receiving platform, e.g., the authorized user may be the investment manager himself. The user identity information may be related information representing the personal identity of the authorized user, for example, the user identity information may include personal basic information of the authorized user, an information identification code, and the like. The identity verification process may be a process of verifying identity information of an authorized user. The identity verification result may be a result of an identity verification process, and the identity verification result may include pass and fail.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 schematically illustrates a flow chart corresponding to an intelligent contract for authorizing a user to authorize other agency platforms to obtain target data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In step S601, when the investment manager applies for acquisition of target data in the relevant institution platform, an extracted data application, i.e., a data acquisition request, may be sent to the first institution platform. After the first mechanism platform receives the data acquisition request, user identity information of the authorized user contained in the data acquisition request can be determined according to the data acquisition request. In step S602, the first institution platform may perform identity verification processing on the user identity information, and determine an identity verification result. In step S603, it is determined whether the identity verification result of the authorized user passes, and if the identity verification result is not passed, the target data extraction process is ended. In step S604, if the identity verification result of the authorized user is passing, a request verification process may be further performed on the data acquisition request, and in step S605, it is determined whether the result of the request verification is passing, and if the result of the request verification process is not passing, the acquisition flow of the target data is ended. If the request check result is passed, the data acquisition request is uploaded to the blockchain network.
Specifically, the data items in the intelligent contract for acquiring the target data mainly comprise fields such as unique codes of investment managers, report types, report start dates, report end dates, receiving mechanism codes, application validation dates, application expiration dates and the like. The specific meaning of the above fields is shown in table 2.

In step S450, a data acquisition request is broadcast by the blockchain network to the second organization platform to determine a data transmission platform associated with the data acquisition request from the second organization platform.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the second facility platform may be all other facility platforms except the sponsoring facility platform, and the second facility platform may include a administration facility platform, a regulatory facility platform, a trusted facility platform, and the like. The data transmission platform may be an organization platform storing target data corresponding to the data acquisition request.
Referring to fig. 6, after uploading the data acquisition request to the blockchain network in step S606, the blockchain network 510 may broadcast the data acquisition request to the second organization platform. In fig. 5, blockchain network 510 may send data acquisition requests to a second facility platform, including a cast facility platform 530, a trusted facility platform 540, a regulatory facility platform 550, and the like; the pipe-casting mechanism platform 530 includes a pipe-casting mechanism platform a, a pipe-casting mechanism platform B, a pipe-casting mechanism platform N, and so on. When the second institution platform receives the data acquisition request, the data transmission platform can be determined according to the related information of the target data contained in the data acquisition request, so that the target data can be acquired from the data transmission platform. For example, in fig. 5, the data transmission platform includes a pipe feeding mechanism platform B and a trusted mechanism platform N.
A specific procedure of determining a data transmission platform from the second organization platform is as follows, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 schematically illustrates a flowchart corresponding to a smart contract for transmitting target data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In step S701, the second organization platform receives a data acquisition request sent by a blockchain network. In step S702, after the second institution platform receives the data acquisition request, the data acquisition request may be subjected to parsing processing. In step S703, after the data acquisition request analysis processing is finished, each second mechanism platform may determine whether there is report data to be provided in the mechanism platform. If a certain second organization platform contains report data, the second organization platform is determined as a data transmission platform.
In step S460, the data transmitting platform determines report data according to the data acquisition request, and transmits the report data to the data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through the private data transmission channel. The report data may be data related to an assessment report of an investment manager related to the data acquisition request. The data receiving platform may be an institutional platform that receives report data.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, if report data associated with a data acquisition request is included in the data transmission platforms, each data transmission platform determines report data corresponding to the data acquisition request from the local database, and when the report data is determined, the report data may be transmitted to the data reception platform. Referring to fig. 5, the data receiving platform in fig. 5 is a regulatory agency platform B, and thus, the regulatory agency platform B may receive target data transmitted by the administration agency platform B and the trusted agency platform N.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, determining, by a data transmission platform, whether report data is in a valid time interval corresponding to a data acquisition request; if the report data is in the effective time interval, acquiring the report data from the association database according to the data acquisition request; and establishing a private data transmission channel between the data receiving platform and the data receiving platform, and sending report data to the data receiving platform through the private data transmission channel. The valid time interval may be a time range interval corresponding to report data to be transmitted in the data acquisition request. For example, the validity time interval of the report data to be acquired this time may be data at a cutoff from 2020-08-00:00:00 to 2020-10-08-00:00:00. The association database may be a local database corresponding to the data transmission platform. The private data transmission channel can be a data transmission channel adopted when the data transmission platform and the data receiving platform carry out data transmission, namely, a private chain between a block chain node corresponding to the data transmission platform and a block chain node corresponding to the data receiving platform, and the security of data transmission can be ensured by adopting the private data transmission channel to carry out data transmission.
Referring to fig. 7, in step S704, when the second mechanism platform determines that the mechanism has report data to be provided, it is further determined whether the report data in the mechanism platform is within a valid time interval corresponding to the data acquisition request. In step S705, the data transmission platform may determine whether the report data is within the valid time interval, and if the report data stored in the mechanism platform is not within the valid time interval, the process of transmitting the target data is ended. In step S706, if the report data stored in the organization platform is within the valid time interval, the report data is extracted from the platform database according to the data acquisition request. After acquiring the report data from the platform database, the data transmission platform may establish a private data transmission channel with the data reception platform in step S707. In step S708, it is determined whether the private data transmission channel between the data sending platform and the data receiving platform is successfully established, and if the private data transmission channel is not successfully established, the process returns to step S707, and the private data transmission channel between the data sending platform and the data receiving platform is re-established until the private data transmission channel is successfully established. In step S709, after the private data transmission channel between the data transmission platform and the data reception platform is established successfully, the data transmission platform may transmit report data to the data reception platform through the private data transmission channel.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, data verification processing is performed on report data by a data receiving platform to generate a data verification result; and if the data check result is not passed, acquiring report data from the association database according to the data acquisition request again. The data verification process may be a verification operation process performed by the data receiving platform on the report data received from each data transmitting platform. The data verification result may be a processing result corresponding to the data verification process.
Because report data of a certain investment manager may be stored in a plurality of institution platforms, the data acquisition request corresponds to a plurality of data transmission platforms, and after the data receiving platform receives the report data sent by the plurality of data transmission platforms, the data receiving platform can perform data verification processing on the part of report data and generate a data verification result for the report data. Referring to fig. 7, in step S710, the data transmission platform may wait for a data verification result of the data reception platform. In step S711, if the data verification result is failed, step S706 is re-executed, and report data is acquired from the local database of the organization platform again according to the data acquisition request.
Specifically, the report data transmission contract of the investment manager includes data items as shown in table 3, and the report data transmission contract mainly includes fields such as an investment manager unique code, a report type, a report file unique code, a report start time and a report end time, a report receiving mechanism code, and a report transmitting mechanism code. The user may determine whether to set the time interval of the acquired report data according to specific needs.

In step S470, the data reception platform generates a data reception result according to the received all report data, and transmits the data reception result to the blockchain network.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the data reception result may be a reception condition of whether the data reception platform successfully receives report data transmitted by the data transmission platform. After the data receiving platform receives report data sent by all the data sending platforms, a data receiving result which is successfully received is generated, and the data receiving result is fed back to the blockchain network.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a data receiving platform for determining report data from a receiving platform code; judging whether the report data is in a valid time interval or not by a data receiving platform; if the report data is in the effective time interval, waiting to establish a private data transmission channel with the data transmission platform, and receiving the report data through the private data transmission channel; the data receiving platform performs comparison and verification processing on the report data and judges whether all report data to be received are received or not; and if the data receiving platform receives all the report data to be received, generating a data receiving result.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 schematically illustrates a flowchart corresponding to a smart contract for receiving target data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
In step S801, a data acquisition request message is received by the second institution platform. In step S802, after the second institution platform receives the data acquisition request message, the data acquisition request may be parsed.
In step S803, after the analysis of the data acquisition request by the second organization platform is completed, it may be determined whether the organization platform is a data receiving platform, that is, whether there is report data to be received by the organization platform. Because the data acquisition request contains the receiving platform code, the second mechanism platform can analyze and extract the receiving platform code in the data acquisition request, and judge whether a certain second mechanism platform is a data receiving platform according to the receiving platform code. And if the second mechanism platform judges that the data acquisition request does not contain the data to be received by the mechanism platform, namely the second mechanism platform does not serve as a data receiving platform, ending the data transmission flow.
In step S804, if a certain second mechanism platform is a data receiving platform, that is, if there is report data to be received by the mechanism platform in the current data acquisition request, it is determined whether the data to be received at this time is within a valid time interval included in the data acquisition request. In step S805, the data receiving platform determines whether the determination result is within the valid time, and if the data to be received by the data receiving platform is not within the valid time interval, the entire data receiving process is ended. In step S806, if the data to be received by the data receiving platform is within the valid time interval, a private data transmission channel is waiting to be established with the data sender.
In step S807, the data receiving platform may determine whether the private data transmission channel with the data sending platform is established successfully, and if the private data transmission channel is not established successfully, step S806 is repeated until the private data transmission channel is established successfully. In step S808, when the private data transmission channel is established successfully, the data receiving platform receives the report data through the private data transmission channel.
In step S809, after receiving the report data, the data receiving platform may calculate a corresponding report unique code according to the received report data, and perform a comparison check process on the calculated report unique code and the report unique code of the received report data. In step S810, the processing result of the comparison check is determined, and the report check result is fed back to the data transmission platform. In step S811, the data receiving platform may check whether all report data corresponding to the current data acquisition request is successfully received.
In step S812, the data receiving platform determines whether all report data is received as a result of success; if there is unsuccessfully received data, the process returns to step S804 to determine whether the unsuccessfully received report data is still within the valid time interval. In step S813, after receiving all the report data, the data receiving platform uploads the report receiving result to the blockchain network, and feeds back the result of successful receiving of all the report data to the blockchain network.
Specifically, the data items involved in the smart contract for receiving the target data include fields such as investment manager unique code, report type, report file unique code, report start date, report end date, report receiving organization code, report transmitting organization code, and the like, as shown in table 4.

When the consignee selects the cooperative investment manager, the consignee can further evaluate the investment manager by checking the past investment performance condition of the investment manager to determine whether to make cooperation with the investment manager to delegate the investment manager to carry out the fund investment. In some application scenarios, it is assumed that investment manager a, the former work unit is a pipe-throwing mechanism a, the latter work unit is a pipe-throwing mechanism B, and the trusted mechanism a is intended to cooperate with investment manager a, so that investment manager a is required to provide past investment performance conditions. The specific operation flow of the scene in the data acquisition method based on the block chain is as follows: the investment manager A applies for a request through a platform provided by a sponsor organization, authorizes reporting of investment performance class of personal careers to the trusted organization A, and generates a data acquisition request based on the authorization request; broadcasting the data acquisition request to a blockchain network by a sponsoring mechanism, wherein all mechanisms receive the data acquisition request; the management mechanism A and the management mechanism B send stored performance reports of the investment manager A to a trusted mechanism A authorized to view after receiving the information; after receiving the reports of the management mechanism A and the management mechanism B, the trusted mechanism A needs to calculate the report unique code of the report data and then compares the report unique code of the report data with the report unique code of the report data on the blockchain, so as to ensure the authenticity of the report; the trusted authority a receives all reports and feeds back the results to the blockchain network. Through the steps, the trusted authority A acquires report data of past investment performance of the investment manager A, and performance analysis can be performed on the investment manager A to determine whether to cooperate with the investment manager A.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like used in this disclosure are merely for distinguishing between different mechanism platforms, and should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure in any way.
In summary, according to the data storage method based on the blockchain in the disclosure, a data uploading operation of a target user on target data is received, and a data identification code of the target data is generated; storing the target data and the data identification code to a platform database, and generating a data storage event; uploading the data storage event to the blockchain node, and synchronizing the data storage event to the blockchain network through the blockchain link points so that each blockchain link point in the blockchain network can be used for consensus of the data storage event. When data acquisition operation is carried out, a first mechanism platform receives a data acquisition request of an authorized user, and a block chain link point of the first mechanism platform uploads the data acquisition request to a block chain network; the data acquisition request includes a receiving platform code. Broadcasting, by the blockchain network, the data acquisition request to the second organization platform to determine a data transmission platform associated with the data acquisition request from the second organization platform. And determining report data by the data sending platform according to the data acquisition request, and sending the report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through a private data transmission channel. And generating a data receiving result by the data receiving platform according to the received all report data, and sending the data receiving result to the blockchain network. On the one hand, the storage mode based on the blockchain node and the local storage node is adopted, so that the centralized storage of data and the safety of data storage can be effectively ensured, and the comprehensive intelligent management of target data is realized. On the other hand, the data transmission is carried out through the private data transmission channel between the data transmission platform and the data receiving platform, so that the safety of the target data acquired by the data receiving platform can be effectively ensured.
It should be noted that although the steps of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in that particular order or that all of the illustrated steps be performed in order to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step to perform, and/or one step decomposed into multiple steps to perform, etc.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a blockchain-based data access system is also provided. Referring to fig. 2, the blockchain-based data access system includes: a plurality of financial institution platforms (e.g., sponsor institution 210, administration institution 220, administration institution 230, and trusted institution 240) for performing data storage operations or data retrieval operations based on target user operations; the financial institution platform includes a client 211, a blockchain node 212, and a platform database 213; a blockchain network 250 for consensus data storage events in data storage operations; and broadcasting a data acquisition request in the data acquisition operation; wherein, the client 211 is configured to receive a target user operation; a platform database 213 for storing target data corresponding to the data storage operation; the blockchain node 212 is configured to store a data storage event corresponding to the target data, and send the data storage event to the blockchain network.
In addition, in the present exemplary embodiment, a blockchain-based data storage device is also provided for use with a financial institution platform having a client, blockchain points, and a platform database deployed thereon. Referring to fig. 9, the blockchain-based data storage 900 may include: a data upload module 910, a storage event generation module 920, and an event synchronization module 930.
Specifically, the data uploading module 910 is configured to receive, by the client, a data uploading operation of the target user for the target data, and generate a data identifier of the target data; the target data comprises privacy information of a financial institution related user; the storage event generation module 920 is configured to store, by the client, the target data and the data identification code to the platform database, and generate a data storage event; the event synchronization module 930 is configured to upload the data storage event to the blockchain node by the client, and synchronize the data storage event to the blockchain network through the blockchain link points, so that each blockchain link point in the blockchain network performs consensus on the data storage event.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the data uploading module includes an identification code generating unit for determining a target data name of the target data and judging whether there is history data having the same data name as the target data name in the platform database; if there is history data, determining whether to receive the target data; if it is determined that the target data is received, a data identification code is generated from the target data.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the storage event generation module includes a storage event generation unit for performing a data storage operation with respect to target data and determining whether the target data is stored to the platform database; if the target data is stored in the platform database, generating a data storage event according to the target data and the data identification code; if the target data is not stored in the platform database, an upload failure message is returned.
In addition, in the present exemplary embodiment, a data acquisition apparatus based on a blockchain is also provided. Referring to fig. 10, the blockchain-based data acquisition device 1000 may include: a data upload module 910, a storage event generation module 920, and an event synchronization module 930, a data storage module 1010, a request upload module 1020, a request broadcast module 1030, a data determination module 1040, and a result generation module 1050.
Specifically, the request uploading module 1010 is configured to receive, by the first mechanism platform, a data acquisition request of an authorized user, and upload, by a block link of the first mechanism platform, the data acquisition request to the blockchain network; the data acquisition request includes a receiving platform code; the request broadcast module 1020 is configured to broadcast, by the blockchain network, a data acquisition request to the second organization platform to determine a data transmission platform associated with the data acquisition request from the second organization platform; the data determining module 1030 is configured to determine report data according to the data acquisition request by the data sending platform, and send the report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through the private data transmission channel; the result generation module 1040 is configured to generate, by the data receiving platform, a data receiving result according to receiving all report data, and send the data receiving result to the blockchain network; the first mechanism platform, the second mechanism platform, the data sending platform and the data receiving platform are all financial mechanism platforms.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the request upload module includes a request upload unit for determining user identity information of an authorized user according to a data acquisition request; carrying out identity verification processing on the user identity information, and determining an identity verification result; if the identity verification result is passed, carrying out request verification processing on the data acquisition request; if the request check process is passed, the data acquisition request is uploaded to the blockchain network.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the data determining module includes a data transmitting unit for determining, by the data transmitting platform, whether the report data is in a valid time interval corresponding to the data acquisition request; if the report data is in the effective time interval, acquiring the report data from the association database according to the data acquisition request; and establishing a private data transmission channel between the data receiving platform and the data receiving platform, and sending report data to the data receiving platform through the private data transmission channel.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the data determining module further includes a data verification unit for performing a data verification process on the report data by the data receiving platform to generate a data verification result; and if the data check result is not passed, acquiring report data from the association database according to the data acquisition request again.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the result generation module includes a result generation unit for determining a data receiving platform of the report data according to the receiving platform code; judging whether the report data is in a valid time interval or not by a data receiving platform; if the report data is in the effective time interval, waiting to establish a private data transmission channel with the data transmission platform, and receiving the report data through the private data transmission channel; the data receiving platform performs comparison and verification processing on the report data and judges whether all report data to be received are received or not; and if the data receiving platform receives all the report data to be received, generating a data receiving result.
The details of the virtual module of each of the above-mentioned blockchain-based data storage device or blockchain-based data acquisition device are described in detail in the corresponding blockchain-based data storage method or blockchain-based data acquisition method, and thus are not described herein.
It should be noted that although several modules or units of a blockchain-based data storage device or blockchain-based data acquisition device are mentioned in the detailed description above, such partitioning is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into a plurality of modules or units to be embodied.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device capable of implementing the above method is also provided. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the various aspects of the invention may be implemented as a system, method, or program product. Accordingly, aspects of the invention may be embodied in the following forms, namely: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, micro-code, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects may be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 1100 according to such an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 11. The electronic device 1100 shown in fig. 11 is merely an example, and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 1100 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 1100 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 1110, the at least one memory unit 1120, a bus 1130 connecting the different system components (including the memory unit 1120 and the processing unit 1110), and a display unit 1140.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 1110 such that the processing unit 1110 performs steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-described "exemplary methods" section of the present specification.
The storage unit 1120 may include a readable medium in the form of a volatile storage unit, such as a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1121 and/or a cache memory 1122, and may further include a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1123.
Storage unit 1120 may also include a program/utility 1124 having a set (at least one) of program modules 1125, such program modules 1125 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 1130 may represent one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 1100 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1170 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 1100, and/or any device (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enables the electronic device 1100 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 1150. Also, electronic device 1100 can communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 1160. As shown, network adapter 1160 communicates with other modules of electronic device 1100 via bus 1130. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 1100, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
From the above description of embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the example embodiments described herein may be implemented in software, or in combination with the necessary hardware. Thus, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a U-disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to cause a computing device (may be a personal computer, a server, a terminal device, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the method described above in the present specification is also provided. In some possible embodiments, the various aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to the various exemplary embodiments of the invention as described in the "exemplary methods" section of this specification, when said program product is run on the terminal device.
Furthermore, the above-described drawings are only schematic illustrations of processes included in the method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily appreciated that the processes shown in the above figures do not indicate or limit the temporal order of these processes. Claims (11)

1. A blockchain-based data acquisition method, applied to a data access system comprising a plurality of financial institution platforms deployed with clients, blockchain points and a platform database, comprising:
Receiving data uploading operation of a target user on target data by the client, and generating a data identification code of the target data; the target data comprises privacy information of related users of financial institutions, the target users are users of the financial institutions uploading the target data, and the target users comprise owners of the target data and related salesman users;
storing, by the client, the target data and the data identification code to the platform database and generating a data storage event;
uploading the data storage event to a blockchain node by the client, and synchronizing the data storage event to a blockchain network through the blockchain node so that each blockchain node in the blockchain network can consensus the data storage event;
receiving a data acquisition request of an authorized user by a first mechanism platform, and uploading the data acquisition request to a blockchain network by a blockchain link point of the first mechanism platform; the data acquisition request comprises a receiving platform code, the first mechanism platform is a sponsor mechanism platform for providing basic services, the data acquisition request is a request initiated by the authorized user through the first mechanism platform and is used for authorizing related mechanism platforms to send the target data to a data receiving platform, the authorized user is a user who authorizes each mechanism platform to send the target data to the data receiving platform, and the authorized user is an owner of the target data;
Broadcasting a data acquisition request to a second organization platform by the blockchain network to determine a data transmission platform associated with the data acquisition request from the second organization platform, wherein the second organization platform is all organization platforms except the sponsor organization platform, and the data transmission platform is an organization platform storing target data corresponding to the data acquisition request;
determining report data from a platform database by the data transmission platform according to the data acquisition request, and transmitting the report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through a private data transmission channel;
generating a data receiving result by the data receiving platform according to all received report data, and sending the data receiving result to the blockchain network;
the first mechanism platform, the second mechanism platform, the data sending platform and the data receiving platform are financial mechanism platforms.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the data upload operation of the target user for the target data and generating the data identification code of the target data comprises:
Determining a target data name of the target data, and judging whether historical data with the same data name as the target data name exists in the platform database;
if the historical data exists, determining whether to receive the target data;
and if the target data is determined to be received, generating the data identification code according to the target data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the storing the target data and the data identification code to the platform database and generating a data storage event comprises:
executing data storage operation on the target data, and judging whether the target data is stored in the platform database or not;
generating a data storage event according to the target data and the data identification code if the target data is already stored in the platform database;
and if the target data is not stored in the platform database, returning an uploading failure message.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving, by a first organization platform, a data acquisition request of an authorized user and uploading, by a blockchain link of the first organization platform, the data acquisition request to a blockchain network, comprises:
Determining user identity information of the authorized user according to the data acquisition request;
carrying out identity verification processing on the user identity information, and determining an identity verification result;
if the identity verification result is passed, carrying out request verification processing on the data acquisition request;
and if the request checking process is passed, uploading the data acquisition request to the blockchain network.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, by the data sending platform, report data from a platform database according to the data acquisition request and sending the report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code via a private data transmission channel, comprises:
determining whether the report data is in a valid time interval corresponding to the data acquisition request by the data transmission platform;
acquiring the report data from an association database according to the data acquisition request if the report data is in the effective time interval;
and establishing the private data transmission channel between the data receiving platform and the data receiving platform, and sending the report data to the data receiving platform through the private data transmission channel.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein after said sending said report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to said receiving platform code via a private data transmission channel, said method further comprises:
performing data verification processing on the report data by the data receiving platform to generate a data verification result;
and if the data check result is not passed, acquiring the report data from the association institution database according to the data acquisition request again.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein generating, by the data receiving platform, data receiving results from receiving all report data comprises:
determining the data receiving platform of the report data according to the receiving platform code;
judging whether the report data is in a valid time interval or not by the data receiving platform;
if the report data is in the effective time interval, waiting to establish the private data transmission channel with the data sending platform, and receiving the report data through the private data transmission channel;
the data receiving platform performs comparison and verification processing on the report data and judges whether all report data to be received are received or not;
And if the data receiving platform receives all the report data to be received, generating the data receiving result.
8. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
the first mechanism platform is used for managing and maintaining platform information of each financial mechanism platform in the data access system;
the second institution platform is other financial institution platforms except the sponsor institution platform in the data access system; the second mechanism platform comprises a pipe throwing mechanism platform, a supervision mechanism platform and a trusted mechanism platform.
9. A blockchain-based data access system, comprising:
a plurality of financial institution platforms for performing a data storage operation or a data acquisition operation according to a target user operation; the financial institution platform comprises a client, a platform database and a blockchain node, and comprises a first institution platform, a second institution platform, a data sending platform and a data receiving platform;
a blockchain network for consensus of data storage events in the data storage operations; broadcasting a data acquisition request in the data acquisition operation, wherein the data storage event is a storage event of uploading target data through the client and successfully storing the target data to the platform database;
The client is used for receiving the target user operation, wherein the target user operation comprises a data uploading operation of the target user for the target data, and a data identification code of the target data is generated; storing the target data and the data identification code to the platform database to generate a data storage event; and uploading the data storage event to a blockchain node, the target user being a user of each of the financial institutions uploading the target data, the target user including an owner of the target data and a related attendant user;
the platform database is used for storing target data corresponding to the data storage operation, and comprises the target data and the data identification code uploaded by the client;
the block chain node is used for storing the data storage event corresponding to the target data and sending the data storage event to a block chain network so as to carry out consensus on the data storage event;
the first mechanism platform is used for receiving a data acquisition request of an authorized user and uploading the data acquisition request to a blockchain network through a blockchain link point of the first mechanism platform; the data acquisition request comprises a receiving platform code, the first mechanism platform is a sponsor mechanism platform for providing basic services, the data acquisition request is a request initiated by the authorized user through the first mechanism platform and is used for authorizing related mechanism platforms to send the target data to a data receiving platform, the authorized user is a user who authorizes each mechanism platform to send the target data to the data receiving platform, and the authorized user is an owner of the target data;
The second mechanism platform is used for receiving a data acquisition request broadcast by the blockchain network and determining a data transmission platform associated with the data acquisition request, the second mechanism platform is all mechanism platforms except the sponsor mechanism platform, and the data transmission platform is the mechanism platform storing target data corresponding to the data acquisition request;
the data sending platform is used for determining report data from a platform database according to the data acquisition request and sending the report data to a data receiving platform corresponding to the receiving platform code through a private data transmission channel;

10. A blockchain-based data acquisition device for use in a data access system comprising a plurality of financial institution platforms deployed with clients, blockchain points and a platform database, comprising:
the data uploading module is used for receiving data uploading operation of a target user on target data by the client and generating a data identification code of the target data; the target data comprises privacy information of related users of financial institutions, the target users are users of the financial institutions uploading the target data, and the target users comprise owners of the target data and related salesman users;
A storage event generation module for storing, by the client, the target data and the data identification code to the platform database to generate a data storage event;
the event synchronization module is used for uploading the data storage event to a blockchain node by the client and synchronizing the data storage event to a blockchain network through the blockchain node so as to enable each blockchain node in the blockchain network to carry out consensus on the data storage event;

and the result generation module is used for generating a data receiving result by the data receiving platform according to the received report data and sending the data receiving result to the blockchain network, wherein the first mechanism platform, the second mechanism platform, the data sending platform and the data receiving platform are all financial mechanism platforms.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
