the bamboo fibers and the bacteriostatic yarns are dyed differently according to the favor and then are doubled and twisted to form fancy yarns, the pineapple fibers are arranged, so that the fancy yarns are easy to print and dye, sweat-absorbing and breathable, and not prone to wrinkle, the metal fibers improve the toughness and the corrosion resistance of the yarns, the bamboo fibers enable the yarns to have the functions of bacteriostasis, deodorization, ultraviolet resistance and the like, and the polyurethane fibers improve the elasticity of the yarns;
when the raw materials are opened, the raw material fibers are added through the feeding pipe 13, the first motor 42 and the second motor 51 are started, the raw material fibers firstly enter the vertical cutting cylinder 2, are cut by the transverse cutter 44 rotating at a high speed, then enter the slitting cylinder 1 and are transversely cut by the plurality of transverse cutters 44 rotating at a high speed, the raw materials are divided into small blocks through twice cutting, after the small blocks are divided, small impurities fall into the collecting bag 8 through the filter plate 10, and the fiber raw materials are separated through the filter plate 10;

impurities and raw materials can be separated through the filter plate 10, so that the raw materials can fall into the collection bag 8, the raw materials are sucked out through the fan 16, the fan blades 73 are driven to rotate by airflow generated by the fan 16, the swinging device 7 is driven to operate, the filter plate 10 is driven to vibrate left and right in a reciprocating mode through the transmission rod 14, the impurities can well fall into the collection bag 8, the filter plate 10 cannot be blocked, and the energy is saved and the environment is protected by taking the airflow as power;

s4: roving: respectively carrying out roving process on the slub yarn drawing sliver and the bacteriostatic yarn drawing sliver by using a roving machine to obtain slub yarn roving and bacteriostatic yarn roving;
s5: spinning: the spinning machine respectively carries out spinning procedures on the slub yarn roving and the bacteriostatic yarn roving to obtain slub yarn spun yarns and bacteriostatic yarn spun yarns;
s6: dyeing: respectively and independently dyeing the slub yarn spun yarn and the bacteriostatic yarn spun yarn;
s7: doubling and double twisting: inputting the spun yarn into a doubling frame doubling two-for-one twister through an automatic winder to carry out doubling two-for-one twisting process;
