if the user needs to remove the first dust removing roller shaft 404 and the second dust removing roller shaft 412 after long-time use, when the first dust removing roller shaft 404 is removed, firstly, two fingers of the hand are respectively pressed on two discs I406 above and below the dedusting roller shaft I404, and the two first disks 406 are pressed towards the center of the first dedusting roller shaft 404 by force, so that the first connecting spring 407 is compressed, the first sleeve 408 can be slowly inserted into the insertion hole 405 by the first connecting spring 407, and the inserted rod 410 in the horizontal plate 409 is separated from the first sleeve 408, then the user can easily remove the first dedusting roller shaft 404 from the side plate 401, the operation is convenient and simple, when a new one 404 of the dusting rollers needs to be installed, the two discs one 406 will simply be pressed in the same manner, and the sleeves one 408 will be aligned with the bayonet rods 410, then, the first disc 406 is released, and the first connecting spring 407 rebounds, so that the inserting rod 410 is inserted into the first sleeve 408 to complete installation;
when the second dedusting roller shaft 412 is dismounted, the two second discs 414 are pressed towards the center of the second dedusting roller shaft 412 by force, so that the second connecting spring 415 is compressed, the second sleeve 416 can be slowly inserted into the circular hole 413 by the second connecting spring 415, the inserting shaft 411 is separated from the second sleeve 416, then a user can take the second dedusting roller shaft 412 out of the two inserting shafts 411 according to the situation, the operation is convenient and simple, when a new dedusting roller shaft second 412 needs to be mounted, the two discs 414 are pressed in the same mode, the second sleeve 416 is aligned to the inserting shaft 411, then the second discs 414 are loosened, the second connecting spring 415 rebounds, and the inserting shaft 411 is inserted into the second sleeve 416 to complete mounting;
to sum up, can remove dust to battery pack 5's surface through first 404 of dust removal roller and two 412 of dust removal roller to utilize its surperficial sticky tape or double faced adhesive tape can stick the dust, also be convenient for stick tiny dust simultaneously, improve dust removal quality and efficiency, when using first 404 of dust removal roller and two 412 of dust removal roller for a long time moreover, can change alone it, convenient operation is swift.

the bottom guide component (3) is provided with three guide boxes (301) which are arranged in bilateral symmetry, the two guide boxes (301) are close to each other, box openings (302) communicated with the interiors of the guide boxes are formed in the surfaces of the guide boxes (301), the guide boxes (301) comprise rotating rods (303), clamping plates (304) and connecting shafts (305), the clamping plates (304) are arranged in the clamping plates (304) in an equidistant mode and are inserted into the interiors of the box openings (302) from top to bottom, the clamping plates (304) above the clamping plates are in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping plates (304) below the clamping plates (304), the connecting shafts (305) are arranged in the middle positions between every two clamping plates (304) corresponding to each other from top to bottom, the rotating rods (303) are provided with a plurality of blocks, the rotating rod (303) penetrates through the connecting shaft (305) and the center positions of the upper surface and the lower surface of each two clamping plates (304) which vertically correspond to each other, and the upper end and the lower end of the rotating rod (303) are fixedly connected with the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner wall of the box opening (302) respectively;

the dust removal mechanism (4) is installed above the left side and the right side of the installation plate (1), the dust removal mechanism (4) comprises two side plates (401), a connecting piece (402), a first dust removal roller shaft (404), a horizontal plate (409), an inserting shaft (411) and a second dust removal roller shaft (412), the side plates (401) are symmetrically arranged in the left and right direction, the connecting piece (402) is provided with two lower ends which are respectively fixed at the inner side of the two side plates (401), three through holes (403) which are arranged in a vertical and equidistant mode are formed in the front of the connecting piece (402), the number of the first dust removal roller shafts (404) is four, the four first dust removal roller shafts (404) are respectively arranged above and below the inner side of the two side plates (401), the horizontal plate (409) is provided with eight dust removal roller shafts and is respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the four first dust removal roller shafts (404), one end, close to the side plates (401), of the horizontal plate (409) is fixedly welded with the inner wall of the horizontal plate, an inserting rod (410) is fixed on one surface, close to the first dedusting roller shaft (404), of the horizontal plate (409), two inserting shafts (411) are arranged and are respectively fixed above one inner side of the two side plates (401), and the second dedusting roller shaft (412) is located between the two inserting shafts (411);
the centers of the upper surface and the lower surface of the first dedusting roller shaft (404) are provided with jacks (405), the upper part and the lower part of the first dedusting roller shaft (404) are provided with a first disc (406) parallel to the inner side of a horizontal plate (409), the middle part of the inner side of the first disc (406) is fixedly provided with a first sleeve (408) communicated with the surface of the first disc, the left side and the right side of the inner side of the first disc (406) are fixedly provided with a first connecting spring (407), the tail end of the first connecting spring (407) is fixedly connected with the surface of the first dedusting roller shaft (404), and the first disc (406) is connected with the first dedusting roller shaft (404) through the first connecting spring (407);
the centers of the left side and the right side of the second dedusting roller shaft (412) are provided with round holes (413), the left side and the right side of the second dedusting roller shaft (412) are provided with second disks (414), the center of the inner side of each second disk (414) is fixedly provided with a second sleeve (416) communicated with the surface of the second disk, the upper side and the lower side of the inner side of each second disk (414) are fixedly provided with a second connecting spring (415), the tail end of each second connecting spring (415) is fixedly connected with the surface of the second dedusting roller shaft (412), and each second disk (414) is connected with the second dedusting roller shaft (412) through the second connecting spring (415);
side baffles (104) are vertically fixed above the left side and the right side of the mounting plate (1), two through grooves (105) which are parallel up and down are formed in the side faces of the side baffles (104), slide rods (106) with the same width as the left side and the right side of the mounting plate (1) are fixed above and below the left side and the right side of the mounting plate (1), threaded rods (107) are fixed in the middle portions of the left side and the right side of the mounting plate (1), the threaded rods (107) are located between the two slide rods (106) which are arranged up and down, electric motors (110) connected with the threaded rods (107) are installed at the rear ends of the threaded rods (107), threads are formed in the inner walls of through holes (403) in the front middle portion of the connecting piece (402), the threaded rods (107) and the two slide rods (106) are sleeved with three through holes (403) in the connecting piece (402), and the through holes (403) with the threads in the inner walls are in threaded connection with the threaded rods (107), and the other two through holes (403) are connected with the sliding rod (106) in a sliding way.
