一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其涉及一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料及其生产方法。
背景技术
起皱布类有泡泡纱、绉布、轧纹布等。泡泡纱是布面全幅或部分呈现凹凸不平的泡泡,状似核桃壳的平纹薄型毛织物。其外观别致,立体感强,质地轻薄,穿着不贴身等特点。起皱布一般质地轻薄,皱纹清晰持久,富有弹性,穿着舒适,主要用作衬衫、睡衣裤、儿童服装。洗涤时不宜用力搓洗,以保持长久的效果。尼龙布是一种聚酰胺,主要用于合成纤维,其最突出的优点是耐磨性高于其他所有纤维,比棉花耐磨性高10倍,比羊毛高20倍,在混纺织物中稍加入一些聚酰胺纤维,可大大提高其耐磨性;当拉伸至3-6%时,弹性回复率可达100%;能经受上万次折挠而不断裂。尼龙布的良好弹性和起皱布料的质感观感,能提升穿着的别致感,但是尼龙布的纤维结构会影响起皱质感,因此其合成技术以及纤维结构还需要进一步探索改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料及其生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料,所述尼龙面料按照质量百分比包括5-10份抗静电条纶、5-10份棉纶、5-10份腈纶、20-30份粘胶纤维、40-65份锦纶。
优选的,锦纶由经纱和纬纱交织,经纱为75D/72F轻网低弹尼龙丝,纬纱为100D/36F半光尼龙丝。
优选的,5-10份抗静电条纶、5-10份棉纶、5-10份腈纶、20-30份粘胶纤维混合织成混合起皱纤维,该起皱纤维呈多环相扣状;40-65份锦纶按照经纬线交织。
优选的,尼龙面料从外到内依次包括上表层、中层、下表层,所述上表层和中层之间、所述中层和所述下表层之间分别设置有起皱纤维层。
优选的,所述起皱纤维层的层厚为0.1-0.2cm,所述上表层、所述中层、所述下表层的层厚为0.25-0.3cm。
一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:S1拉丝成型;将5-10份抗静电条纶、5-10份棉纶、5-10份腈纶、20-30份粘胶纤维分别拉丝,S2织起皱纤维布;将拉丝后的抗静电条纶、棉纶、腈纶、粘胶纤维混纺,混纺截面呈环扣形;S3织表层;将40-65份锦纶按照经纬线以POY工艺织布;S4成布;将起皱纤维层和上表层、中层、下表层按照顺序以尼龙丝缝合。
优选的,在S1拉丝成型和S2织起皱纤维布中,成丝经过染色、压光和涂浆再织布;在S4成布中,在缝合前,采用PU薄膜热熔的方式将表层布与起皱纤维布复合粘接在一起。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中,一是利用起皱纤维层和锦纶制成的表层布,使最终的面料呈多层且兼具良好的表层起皱质感和较好的拉伸弹性、表层绵密性;二是采用环扣式的起皱纤维层织法,在起皱纤维布织就较为紧密的同时,能利用环扣上下的凹陷,在尼龙表层布粘接缝合的时候,营造出起皱质感,这样的起皱质感因为其结构性,很难因为尼龙布的弹性拉伸能力而消失,即得到了较为稳定的起皱表现,且同时也得到了尼龙布表层的拉伸优点;三是本发明采用这样的起皱纤维成分,是因为其混合纺织得到的产品较为柔软成型容易,能较好地实现环扣纺织以及配合溶胶拥有较好的定型能力。

参照图1和图2,一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料,尼龙面料按照质量百分比包括5-10份抗静电条纶、5-10份棉纶、5-10份腈纶、20-30份粘胶纤维、40-65份锦纶。
具体地,锦纶由经纱和纬纱交织,经纱为75D/72F轻网低弹尼龙丝,纬纱为100D/36F半光尼龙丝。
具体地,5-10份抗静电条纶、5-10份棉纶、5-10份腈纶、20-30份粘胶纤维混合织成混合起皱纤维,该起皱纤维呈多环相扣状;40-65份锦纶按照经纬线交织。

在本实施例中,在S1拉丝成型和S2织起皱纤维布中,成丝经过染色、压光和涂浆再织布;在S4成布中,在缝合前,采用PU薄膜热熔的方式将表层布与起皱纤维布复合粘接在一起。
根据实施例二得到成品二。
将加工完成的成品一和成品二晾晒再用水浸泡清洗,清洗后再次晾晒,观察晒干的成品布的起皱程度。其中成品二的起皱程度优于成品一,但弹性系数在35%,成品一的弹性系数在56%,误差在5%以内,即起皱纤维层4越丰富,起皱性会越好,弹性越差,综合这二者得到的多层面料,兼具了表面起皱质感和恢复弹性以及表层的绵密性。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻薄起皱尼龙面料,其特征在于,尼龙面料从外到内依次包括上表层(1)、中层(2)、下表层(3),所述上表层(1)和中层(2)之间、所述中层(2)和所述下表层(3)之间分别设置有起皱纤维层(4)。
