step one, checking the size of a cutter blank and clamping the cutter blank;
step two, coarsely grinding the corrugated cutting edge, grinding the corrugated cutting edge by a 400-mesh grinding wheel, cutting the corrugated cutting edge radially by 0.3mm, feeding the grinding wheel by 1mm/s, and feeding the corrugated cutting edge by 6 mm;
rotating the rotary sliding table through a fixed corner, and roughly grinding all the corrugated cutting edges in sequence;
step four, finely grinding the corrugated cutting edge, grinding the corrugated cutting edge by a 1000-mesh grinding wheel, tangentially cutting the corrugated cutting edge by 0.2mm, feeding the grinding wheel by 0.5mm/s, and feeding the corrugated cutting edge by 6 mm;
rotating the rotary sliding table through a fixed corner, and finely grinding all the corrugated cutting edges in sequence;
and step six, deburring, and checking whether the size of the corrugated opening meets the standard.
