Judging whether the container is in a preset loading state or not according to the loading capacity information;
it should be noted that the preset loading state is a state in which the loading strength in the box 31 is weak.
If the crane is in the preset loading state, sending an instruction of stopping the operation to the crane 10 and the sweeping equipment 20;
at this time, the loading strength of the box 31 is weak, and if the cleaning device 20 and the crown block 10 are operated according to the previous operation strength, the dust and the fine debris entering from the dust suction port are placed everywhere due to the full loading of the dust and the fine debris in the box 31 and fall back to the guide rail of the crown block 10, and the cleaning effect is poor, and based on this situation, an instruction to stop the operation is issued to the crown block 10 and the cleaning device 20, so that the crown block 10 and the cleaning device 20 stop operating.
If the load is not in the preset loading state, a command for continuing the operation is sent to the crown block 10 and the cleaning device 20.
At this time, if the loading strength of the box 31 is strong, it means that the loading space of the box 31 is sufficient and the loading can be continued, and a command for continuing the operation is issued to the overhead traveling crane 10 and the cleaning device 20, so that the overhead traveling crane 10 and the cleaning device 20 continue to operate.
