When the driving turntable 52 rotates the first circle A of medicine outlet hole mandril to eject, the control group controls the poke rod 61 to sweep the tablets in the medicine outlet holes A into the medicine discharging channel 32; when the ejector rod of the medicine outlet hole B is ejected, the poke rod 61 does not act, and when the lower part of the driving turntable 52 corresponds to the ejector rod of the medicine outlet hole B, the tablets on the dispensing head 42 reset along with the ejector rod, so that the tablets ejected from the medicine outlet hole B fall back into the medicine storage box 34; when the ejector rod of the medicine outlet hole C is ejected, the poke rod 61 is controlled to sweep the tablets in the medicine outlet hole C into the medicine feeding channel 32; when the ejector rod of the medicine outlet hole is ejected, the principle is the same as that of the medicine outlet hole B; the rotating disc 52 is driven to rotate for the second circle, and only when the A medicine is discharged 1 and is ejected, the poke rod 61 sweeps the ejected tablets into the medicine discharging channel 32; B. c, D the tablets ejected from the dispensing holes all fall back into the drug reservoir 34. Two tablets of medicine in the medicine outlet hole A and one tablet of medicine in the medicine outlet hole C are arranged in the medicine taking box 8.
In order to facilitate the setting of the keys 7 and the viewing of the setting information, in another embodiment, the upper end surface of the upper cover 2 is provided with a display screen 9, and the display screen 9 is electrically connected with the control component, so that the information set by the keys 7 can be displayed on the display screen 9.
With reference to fig. 5 and fig. 6, there is further provided a control method of the intelligent medicine box, including the following steps:
s1: acquiring preset reminding time, medicine taking quantity and medicine taking duration;
s2: controlling the driving assembly 5 to drive the ejection assemblies 4 to sequentially send out tablets along the medicine outlet holes 31 within a preset reminding time, and judging whether the tablets are ejected by the ejection assemblies 4 corresponding to the preset medicine outlet holes 31 and whether the preset medicine taking quantity is reached;
s3: when the timing component reaches the preset reminding time, triggering the alarm component to sound, and starting to calculate the medicine taking time by the timing component; judging whether the medicine taking time is longer than a preset medicine taking time or not;
s4: and if the medicine taking time is longer than the preset medicine taking time, sending alarm information to a user terminal.
Preferably, in step S2, the method further includes the following steps:
s21: if the ejected tablets are ejected by the ejection assembly 4 of the preset medicine outlet hole 31, triggering to drive the stirring assembly 6 to push the tablets in the medicine outlet hole 31 to the medicine discharging channel 32;
s22: if the tablet is ejected by the ejection component 4 of the undesired medicine outlet hole 31, the stirring component 6 is not driven, and the tablet falls back into the medicine storage component 3 along with the ejection component 4;
s23: when the preset medicine taking quantity is judged to be completed, the driving assembly 5 is controlled to stop running.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
s31: if the medicine taking time is shorter than the medicine taking duration, triggering an alarm component to continuously alarm and remind;
and S32, when the medicine taking box 8 is moved to take the medicine, the alarm component is triggered to turn off the alarm prompt tone.
It should be mentioned that, for example, the number of the medicine taking is set as two tablets in the medicine outlet hole A, and when the tablets are ejected from other medicine outlet holes, the stirring component 6 is not driven; when the tablets ejected from the A medicine outlet hole are pushed out, the stirring assembly 6 is driven to enable the tablets ejected from the A medicine outlet hole to fall into a medicine discharging channel; and after the medicine outlet hole A is ejected twice, the driving assembly stops. For example, the preset medicine taking time is set to be 5 minutes, and after the preset medicine taking time exceeds 5 minutes, the control component sends an alarm short message to the intelligent terminal, such as a mobile phone of an associated child.
In an embodiment, the present application further provides an intelligent medicine box system, which includes an intelligent terminal and the intelligent medicine box as described above, wherein the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent medicine box.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent medication box, comprising:
the shell is internally provided with a cavity and is provided with a medicine outlet communicated to the outside;
the upper cover is assembled on the top of the shell in an openable and turnable manner;
the medicine storage component is arranged at a position close to the top of the shell and is in a box shape and used for storing tablets; the medicine storage assembly is provided with a plurality of medicine outlet holes and a medicine discharging channel for guiding and conveying the tablets sent out from the medicine outlet holes to the medicine outlet;
the ejection assemblies are arranged below the medicine storage assembly and are in one-to-one correspondence with the medicine outlet holes so as to push out the tablets along at least one of the medicine outlet holes;
the driving assembly is in linkage configuration with the ejection assembly and can lift the ejection assembly so as to enable the ejection assembly to be ejected upwards;
the poking component is assembled on the end face, opposite to the medicine storage component, of the upper cover and can sweep the tablets pushed out by the ejection component into the medicine discharging channel;
the control assembly is respectively and electrically connected with the driving assembly and the shifting assembly so as to control the lifting times of the ejection assembly and control the shifting assembly to sweep the required tablets into the medicine feeding channel;
the timing component is electrically connected with the control component and used for metering time information;
the alarm component is electrically connected with the control component, the medicine outlet is provided with a movable medicine taking box, and the medicine taking box is arranged right opposite to the medicine discharging channel and used for receiving tablets in the medicine discharging channel; when the timing component reaches the preset reminding time, the alarm component is triggered to sound so as to remind a user to take medicine; when the user does not move the medicine taking box to take the tablets after the preset medicine taking duration is exceeded, the control component can be triggered to send alarm information to the intelligent terminal through the wireless communication module;
the key is used for inputting preset information so as to trigger the control assembly to correspondingly regulate and control the preset reminding time, the quantity of tablets correspondingly ejected out of each medicine outlet hole and the medicine taking time.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 1, wherein the medicine storage assembly comprises a medicine storage cover and a medicine storage box, and the medicine discharge channel is vertically arranged in the middle of the medicine storage cover and the medicine storage box in a penetrating manner; the medicine storage cover is close to the end face of the stirring component and is approximately a funnel-shaped arc face, a plurality of medicine outlet holes are evenly distributed in the arc face, the medicine storage box corresponds to each medicine outlet hole and is divided into a plurality of independent medicine storage spaces for containing different types of tablets.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving motor and a driving turntable, the driving turntable has a guide rail extending upward along an outer periphery thereof, the guide rail is in an inclined shape and is provided with a high portion and a low portion, and the high portion is used for lifting the ejection assembly; and the ejection assembly is always abutted against the guide rail.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the toggle assembly is disposed on the lower end surface of the upper cover and opposite to the medicine storage cover, and comprises a motor and a toggle rod, wherein the toggle rod is an arc-shaped rod body bent along the center of the upper cover in the radial direction, so that the tablets ejected from the medicine outlet can be swept into the medicine discharge channel.

The intelligent pill box of claim 3, wherein the ejection assembly comprises a ram, a dispensing head, and a roller; the top rod can be arranged in the containing cavity in a lifting and movable manner, the top of the top rod can be contained in the medicine storage box, and a medicine dispensing head is arranged on the top of the medicine storage box; the bottom of the roller is provided with a roller which is abutted to the guide rail so as to slide along the guide rail.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 5, wherein the dispensing head is recessed to fit the size of the tablets and can only accommodate one tablet, and the top bar has an inclined surface around the dispensing head, the inclined surface cooperating with the medicine outlet hole to allow the excess tablets to fall back into the medicine storage box along the inclined surface.
7. A control method of the intelligent medicine box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: acquiring preset reminding time, medicine taking quantity and medicine taking duration;
s2: controlling the driving assembly to drive the ejection assemblies to sequentially send out tablets along the medicine outlet holes within a preset reminding time, and judging whether the tablets are ejected by the ejection assemblies corresponding to the preset medicine outlet holes and whether the preset medicine taking quantity is reached;
s3: when the timing component reaches the preset reminding time, triggering the alarm component to sound, and starting to calculate the medicine taking time by the timing component; judging whether the medicine taking time is longer than a preset medicine taking time or not;
s4: and if the medicine taking time is longer than the preset medicine taking time, sending alarm information to a user terminal.
8. The method for controlling an intelligent medicine box according to claim 7, wherein in step S2, the method further comprises the steps of:
s21: if the ejected tablets are ejected by the ejection assembly of the preset medicine outlet hole, triggering to drive the poking assembly to push the tablets in the medicine outlet hole to the medicine discharging channel;
s22: if the delivered tablet is jacked up by the ejection assembly of the undesired tablet outlet hole, the stirring assembly is not driven, and the tablet falls back into the tablet storage assembly along with the ejection assembly;
s23: and when the preset medicine taking quantity is judged to be finished, controlling the driving assembly to stop running.
9. The method for controlling an intelligent medicine box according to claim 7, wherein in step S3, the method further comprises the steps of:
s31: if the medicine taking time is shorter than the medicine taking duration, triggering the alarm component to continuously alarm and remind;
and S32, when the medicine taking box is moved to take the medicine, the alarm component is triggered to turn off the alarm prompt tone.
10. An intelligent medicine box system, which is characterized by comprising an intelligent terminal and the intelligent medicine box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent medicine box.
