400 parts of whole milk powder, 90300 parts of desalted whey powder D, 150 parts of skimmed milk powder, 70 parts of polydextrose, 20 parts of inulin, 20 parts of bonito elastin peptide, 20 parts of collagen peptide, 2 parts of radix puerariae powder, 2 parts of rose powder with double petals, 1 part of spina date seed powder and 1 part of poria cocos powder.
The milk powder with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young is prepared by the raw materials, and the preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving whole milk powder, desalted whey powder D90, skimmed milk powder, radix Puerariae powder, flos Rosae Rugosae powder, semen Ziziphi Spinosae powder and Poria powder in 25-40 deg.C warm water, homogenizing in a high pressure homogenizer at 21Mpa to obtain mixed solution;
(2) sieving the mixed solution with a 80-mesh sieve, and filtering to remove residues and impurities to obtain filtrate;
(3) sterilizing the filtrate in a superhigh temperature sterilizer pipe under the pressure of 0.8MPa and the temperature of 110 deg.C to obtain sterilized filtrate;
(4) spraying the sterilized filtrate in a spray drying tower at high pressure of 10Mpa, air inlet temperature of 180 deg.C, air exhaust temperature of 85 deg.C, tower internal temperature of 80 deg.C, and tower internal negative pressure of 10Pa to obtain mixed powder;
(5) respectively sieving the mixed powder, polydextrose, inulin, collagen peptide and bonito elastin peptide with a 40-mesh sieve, removing large-particle powder, and uniformly mixing the sieved raw materials to obtain the formula milk powder with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young.
Example 5
375 parts of whole milk powder, 90275 parts of desalted whey powder, 250 parts of skim milk powder, 40 parts of polydextrose, 10 parts of inulin, 10 parts of bonito elastin peptide, 10 parts of collagen peptide, 5 parts of radix puerariae powder, 5 parts of rose powder with double petals, 5 parts of spina date seed powder and 5 parts of poria cocos powder.

Example 6
390 parts of whole milk powder, 90325 parts of desalted whey powder, 125 parts of skimmed milk powder, 85 parts of polydextrose, 40 parts of inulin, 12 parts of bonito elastin peptide, 12 parts of collagen peptide, 3 parts of radix puerariae powder, 3 parts of rose powder with double petals, 2 parts of spina date seed powder and 2 parts of poria cocos powder.

Application example 1
The beauty-maintaining and young-keeping formula milk powder prepared in the examples 4-6 is used for sensory evaluation tests, the color, the tissue state, the reconstitution property and the taste of the milk powder are graded, and the mean value of the sensory grading is obtained by adopting a percentage grading standard.

Inviting 12 patients with symptoms of body health, achromatopsia, rhinitis, stomatitis and the like, and having professional knowledge in dairy product processing and dairy product inspection; the method has good sensory analysis capability; the method has good expression capability, and can accurately and rightly evaluate the sample by an evaluator when the sensory characteristics of the sample are described. The average values are reported in Table 3.

According to the results in the table 3, the formula milk powder prepared by the composition has higher sensory evaluation scores, and has uniform color, milky yellow or light yellow and milk powder luster in color; the particles are uniform, moderate and loose in texture and good in fluidity; from the aspect of washability, the sinking time is very short, and the device basically has no wall hanging, small white spots and lumps; most importantly, from the aspect of taste and smell, the addition of the composition does not bring peculiar smell and uncomfortable mouthfeel to the milk powder, but adds unique faint scent and taste to the milk powder, so that the milk powder has richer taste and flavor.
Application example 2
The products prepared in examples 4 to 6 (hereinafter referred to as test group 1, test group 2 and test group 3, respectively) and polydextrose (70 parts of polydextrose mixed with 930 parts of whole milk powder), inulin (20 parts of inulin mixed with 980 parts of whole milk powder), pueraria powder (1 part of pueraria powder mixed with 499 parts of whole milk powder), rose pollen (1 part of rose pollen mixed with 499 parts of whole milk powder), spina date seed powder (1 part of spina date seed powder mixed with 999 parts of whole milk powder), poria cocos powder (1 part of poria cocos powder mixed with 999 parts of whole milk powder), bonito elastin peptide (20 parts of bonito elastin peptide mixed with 980 parts of whole milk powder), collagen peptide (20 parts of collagen peptide mixed with 980 parts of whole milk powder) and ordinary milk powder were applied to the following groups, respectively, and the effects of eating were compared:
the crowd characteristics are as follows: lactose allergy free, unique taste, history of constipation, dark and dark complexion and rough skin;
age of the population: 20-50 years old;
the gender of the population: a female;
the number of people: 33 bits, divided into 11 groups, one group for each 3 persons;
the application method comprises the following steps: the food is eaten in the morning, in the middle and in the evening, each time is about 13.5 g of 3 spoons, and the eating lasts for 2 weeks;
the measuring index and the method are as follows: before eating, the weight (early morning empty stomach) and the defecation frequency per week are counted, the arithmetic mean values are respectively obtained, after eating for 2 weeks, the arithmetic mean values are obtained by counting again, the arithmetic mean values are subtracted to show that the subjective judgment of the subject on the skin is increased, the skin is deteriorated (-2), the skin is deteriorated (-1), the skin is not changed (0), the skin is improved (+1), and the skin is obviously improved (+ 2).

As can be seen from the above table, the formula milk powder prepared by using the composition of the present invention can improve the frequency of defecation of the human body, improve the skin of the human body and has the effect of reducing the weight to a certain extent.
The formula milk powder prepared by the composition can provide a dietary fiber food which can be taken daily for women, particularly women loving beauty, so as to improve the skin condition. In addition, the Chinese medicinal composition has obvious effects of expelling toxin, beautifying, resisting aging, maintaining the nutrition and health of human bodies, and improving the immunity of the organisms.
The formula milk powder prepared by the composition is mainly prepared from food raw materials, and the raw materials are easy to obtain. The formula milk powder prepared by the composition has the effects of clearing intestines, relaxing bowels, detoxifying, removing toxin, removing wrinkles, whitening and improving human immunity, improves the subhealth of modern people caused by excessive intake imbalance and lack of proper motion, and solves the problem of excessive aging of organisms and appearances. The formula milk powder prepared by the composition not only provides protein, fat and energy for organisms, but also can provide various vitamins, trace elements and dietary fibers required by human bodies. The composition with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of elastin peptide, 5-25 parts of collagen peptide, 1-6 parts of kudzu root powder, 1-6 parts of rose pollen, 0.5-5 parts of spine date seed powder and 0.5-5 parts of poria cocos powder.

The composition with the beauty maintaining and young keeping effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition with the beauty maintaining and young keeping effects comprises the following components: 10-15 parts of elastin peptide, 10-15 parts of collagen peptide, 2-4 parts of kudzu root powder, 2-4 parts of rose pollen, 1-3 parts of spine date seed powder and 1-3 parts of poria cocos powder.
3. The composition with skin beautifying and nourishing effects according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastin peptide is bonito elastin peptide.
4. A method for preparing a composition with beauty maintaining and young keeping effects according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) dissolving radix Puerariae powder, flos Rosae Rugosae pollen, semen Ziziphi Spinosae powder, and Poria powder in warm water, and homogenizing in high pressure homogenizer to obtain mixed solution;
(2) filtering the mixed solution to remove dregs and impurities to obtain a filtrate;
(3) feeding the filtrate into a superhigh temperature sterilizer pipeline for sterilization to obtain sterilized filtrate;
(4) sending the sterilized filtrate into a spray drying tower for spraying to obtain mixed powder;
(5) and respectively sieving the mixed powder, the collagen peptide and the elastin peptide to remove large-particle powder, and then uniformly mixing the sieved raw materials to obtain the composition with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young.
5. The method for preparing a composition with skin caring effects according to claim 4, wherein in step (1), the homogenizing pressure is 18 MPa-22 MPa.
6. The method for preparing the composition with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step (2), the mixed solution is sieved by a sieve of 60-100 meshes.
7. The method for preparing the composition with skin caring effect according to claim 4, wherein in step (3), the sterilizing vapor pressure is ≧ 0.65MPa, and the sterilizing temperature of the material is 103-115 ℃.
8. The method for preparing a composition with skin caring effects according to claim 4, wherein in step (4), the high pressure pump pressure is 6 MPa-15 MPa, the inlet air temperature is 150-200 deg.C, the outlet air temperature is 75-90 deg.C, the temperature in the tower is 75-90 deg.C, and the negative pressure in the tower is 7-15 Pa during spraying in the spray drying tower.
9. The method for preparing a composition having skin caring and skin caring effects according to claim 4, wherein in step (5), the mixed powder, the collagen peptide and the elastin peptide are respectively sieved with a 40-mesh sieve.
10. The use of the composition with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the composition is used for preparing beauty products and health products.
