Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of pollen protein honey powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) preparing finished pollen; (3) preparing finished protein powder; (4) preparing finished honey; (5) preparing the finished pollen protein honey powder. The invention adds pollen and protein powder to increase the nutrient content of honey, and the honey is made into powder, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

taking out corresponding amounts of soybean protein powder, casein powder and whey protein powder according to the mass ratio, putting the soybean protein powder, the casein powder and the whey protein powder into a mixing cylinder for mixing, and uniformly mixing to obtain finished product protein powder;
(4) preparing a finished product of honey:
placing raw material Mel into a heating tank, heating at 50-55 deg.C for 5min, and slowly stirring;
putting the heated raw material honey into a filter for filtering;
putting the filtered raw honey into a mixing cylinder, sequentially adding finished pollen and finished protein powder into the mixing cylinder, and stirring at a certain temperature to fully blend the finished pollen and the finished protein powder into the raw honey to obtain a finished honey product;

putting the finished product honey obtained in the step (4) into a dryer for low-temperature drying to obtain a target object;
and (3) putting the target object into a crusher for crushing, and screening after crushing to obtain the finished product pollen protein honey powder.
Particularly, the petals in the step (1) adopt one of sweet osmanthus, sophora flower and jujube flower.
Particularly, the protein powder in the step (1) is a composite protein powder formed by mixing soybean protein, casein and whey protein, wherein the mass ratio of the soybean protein to the casein to the whey protein is 2:2: 1.

putting the dried petals into a crusher for crushing, and screening after crushing, wherein the particle size of the screened pollen is 50 meshes;
placing the screened pollen into a disinfection cabinet for sterilization and disinfection to obtain finished pollen;
(3) preparing finished protein powder:
taking out corresponding amounts of soybean protein powder, casein powder and whey protein powder according to the mass ratio, putting the soybean protein powder, the casein powder and the whey protein powder into a mixing cylinder for mixing, and uniformly mixing to obtain finished product protein powder, wherein the mass ratio of the soybean protein to the casein to the whey protein is 2:2: 1;

70 parts of raw honey, 20 parts of sophora flower petals and 15 parts of protein powder;
(2) preparing finished product pollen:
putting freshly picked sophora flower petals into clear water for cleaning, and putting the cleaned sophora flower petals into a dryer for drying, wherein the water content of the petals is 10% after drying;
putting the dried petals into a crusher for crushing, and screening after crushing, wherein the grain size of the screened pollen is 60 meshes;
