Background
Bananas (MusaAAA Group) are known as sugarcane, Japanese banana, also known as Chinese dwarf banana, Japanese banana, and pink banana, and are perennial plants of the genus Musa of the family Musaceae. The following metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent is purchased from Chongqing Jiexin bioengineering Co., Ltd, and the spore content is 80 hundred million spores/mL.
Example 1
Growth promoting effect of green muscardine tortoise CQMa421 oil suspending agent on indoor banana potting
Banana variety: brazil banana (available from Guangdong Yitong agricultural development Co., Ltd.);
and (3) test treatment: transplanting the banana seedlings into a pot, after the banana seedlings survive, respectively irrigating roots with 200-time diluent, 400-time diluent and 800-time diluent of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent, and performing root irrigation treatment by using clear water as a control, wherein each pot of plants is treated by 500ml, each pot is treated by 30 pots, and the steps are repeated for 3 times; after the test treatment, the height of the plants is measured in 40 days, the plants are pulled out and cleaned, the dry weights of the overground parts and the roots of the banana plants are respectively weighed after the plants are de-enzymed and dried in an oven, the average values are calculated, statistical analysis data are adopted by SPSS and Excel, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the control group, the plant height, the above-ground dry weight and the root dry weight of the banana plants treated by the 200-fold and 800-fold diluted liquid medicine of the metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent are obviously improved. Therefore, the root irrigation treatment of the banana plants by using the metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent can remarkably promote the growth of the plants and increase the dry matter accumulation of the plants.
Example 2
Verification of effect of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 on indoor plate test of banana fusarium wilt
Experimental methods
Fusarium oxysporum f.p. cubense, FOC, a gibbsiella speciality, was provided by life academy of sciences of the university of chongqing.
Transferring the banana vascular wilt disease bacteria cake (diameter 9mm) to be tested to the center of a plate by adopting a plate confronting culture method, inoculating CQMa421 bacteria at 2cm positions around the plate, culturing in a biochemical incubator at 27 ℃, repeating each treatment for 3 times, and taking the average value as a detection result;
when the control group hyphae grow over the plate, the colony diameter and the diameter of the bacteriostatic zone are measured by a cross method, the average value is calculated, the inhibition rate of the tomato anthracnose is calculated according to the following formula, and the result is shown in table 2.

Example 3
Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent for indoor potted planting control of banana wilt
Pathogen: fusarium oxysporum f.p. cubense, FOC, a specialized strain of Cuba Fusarium oxysporum, was provided by the Life sciences college of Chongqing university
Banana variety: brazil banana (available from Guangdong Yitong agricultural development Co., Ltd.);
preparation of pathogen: inoculating Fusarium oxysporum on potato agarose (PDA) culture medium, culturing at 25 deg.C for 7 days, punching 3 fungus cakes on the edges of the colony with a puncher, inoculating the fungus cakes into 100ml potato glucose liquid culture solution, shake culturing at 25 deg.C and 180r/min for 5 days, filtering with 4 layers of sterile mirror wiping paper, adjusting spore concentration to 1 × 10 with a blood count plate6Spores/ml for use.
And (3) test treatment: soaking roots of banana seedlings in 200-time diluted liquid, 400-time diluted liquid, 800-time diluted liquid and clear water of metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 oil suspending agent respectively before transplanting the banana seedlings into a pot, transplanting the banana seedlings into the pot after soaking for 2h, respectively irrigating the roots of the banana seedlings with liquid medicine corresponding to the root-soaking concentration after the banana seedlings survive, repeating the steps for 3 times for treating 30 bananas, irrigating the roots of the banana seedlings for 500ml each pot plant, irrigating the roots for 1 week for 1 time, irrigating the roots for 3 times totally, inoculating pathogens after treating the roots for 1 week for 1 time by irrigating the roots, wherein the pathogen concentration is 1 multiplied by 106Culturing spores/ml in a pot at the temperature of 25 +/-5 ℃, performing conventional management, observing the growth and blight occurrence conditions of bananas, inoculating for about 35 days, observing the stem and leaf yellowing conditions of overground parts, measuring the height of a plant, counting the disease occurrence conditions, recording the disease level according to a grading standard, and calculating the disease incidence, disease index and prevention effect;
grading standard: grade 0-plants without withered yellow symptoms; level 1-slight withered yellow symptom appears on the lower leaves of the plant, tender leaves are intact, a small part of roots are slightly browned, and the stems are water-stain-shaped browned; level 2-obvious withered and yellow symptoms appear on the lower leaves of the plants, but tender leaves are intact, brown stains appear on the root systems, and water stain-like brown stains appear on the stems and pseudostems; grade 3-withered and yellow symptoms appear on the whole plant, the root system is browned and rotted, the stem part and the pseudostem part are browned and connected, and a few petioles are brownish red; grade 4-the plants show withered and dead symptoms, and the root systems are seriously browned and rotten.
The calculation method comprises the following steps: calculating the morbidity, disease index and prevention effect according to the survey data;

As can be seen from Table 3, compared with the clear water group, the heights of the banana plants treated by the metarhizium anisopliae oil suspending agent with 200 times of diluent, 400 times of diluent and 800 times of diluent are obviously improved. Therefore, the metarhizium anisopliae can remarkably promote the growth of banana plants.
