Claims (8)

1. A method for sending prompt information is applied to an active service scene of household electrical appliance equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring current operation data of target equipment, wherein the current operation data comprises current state information of the target equipment and current environment information of the target equipment;
determining an interactive interface corresponding to a target event under the condition that the target event is determined from the current operation data;
sending prompt information corresponding to the target event to a client through the interactive interface, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the target event occurs, and the interactive interface corresponds to the client;
the attribute information of the target event comprises the urgency degree of the target event and the event type of the target event, and the sending sequence of the prompt message is determined based on the urgency degree of the target event and the event type of the target event;
and sending recommendation information to the client according to the identified equipment information with relevant capabilities and the current environment information, wherein the recommendation information is used for indicating an event corresponding to the target equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining current operational data of a target device, the method further comprises:
acquiring attribute information of the target equipment;
and sending the attribute information of the target equipment to a cloud server to instruct the cloud server to generate the target event corresponding to the attribute information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining current operational data of the target device comprises:
and acquiring current operation data of the target equipment through a sensor in the target equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an interactive interface corresponding to a target event if the target event is determined from the current operating data comprises:
determining an incidence relation between the interactive interface and the client, wherein different clients correspond to different interactive interfaces;
and under the condition that the target event is determined from the current operation data, determining an interactive interface corresponding to the attribute of the target event from the incidence relation.
5. The method of claim 1,
determining an interaction interface corresponding to the target event comprises: determining a target interaction interface corresponding to the attribute of the target event, wherein the target interaction interface is included in the interaction interface;
sending the prompt information corresponding to the target event to a client through the interactive interface comprises: and sending the prompt information to a client corresponding to the interactive interface through the target interactive interface so as to output the prompt information.
6. A sending device of prompt information is applied to an active service scene of household electrical appliance equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following components:
the device comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring current operation data of target equipment, and the current operation data comprises current state information of the target equipment and current environment information of the target equipment;
the first determining module is used for determining an interactive interface corresponding to a target event under the condition that the target event is determined from the current operation data;
the first sending module is used for sending prompt information corresponding to the target event to a client through the interactive interface, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the target event occurs, and the interactive interface corresponds to the client;
the device is further used for determining a sending sequence of the prompt message based on the urgency degree of the target event and the event type of the target event when the attribute information of the target event comprises the urgency degree of the target event and the event type of the target event; and sending recommendation information to the client according to the identified equipment information with relevant capabilities and the current environment information, wherein the recommendation information is used for indicating an event corresponding to the target equipment.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
