In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, sensors are disposed at multiple locations in the surrounding environment of the elevator device to collect external environment data (ambient temperature and ambient humidity), so as to form three-dimensional monitoring, and the real-time operation data of the elevator device and the safety factor data of the surrounding environment of the elevator device are integrated to monitor the operation state of the elevator device in real time, thereby realizing early warning of faults.
In order to avoid the occurrence of electrical safety accidents, the existing hospitals generally adopt an electrical and manual inspection mode to inspect the state of electrical equipment, however, manual inspection has many problems: due to the problems of personnel quality and management level, the problem of manual routing inspection is serious; some electrical hidden troubles are difficult to find by naked eyes; the installation positions of part of the electrical equipment are hidden, so that manual inspection is inconvenient, and inspection blind areas exist; the electrical safety can not be ensured at intervals of manual inspection or at night, and the like.

In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, sensors are disposed at multiple locations in the surrounding environment of the elevator device to collect external environment data (ambient temperature and ambient humidity), so as to form three-dimensional monitoring, and the real-time operation data of the elevator device and the safety factor data of the surrounding environment of the elevator device are integrated to monitor the operation state of the elevator device in real time, thereby realizing early warning of faults.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the intelligent monitoring terminal information received by the cloud platform further includes real-time operation data of the electrical device related to the elevator and security factor data of the surrounding environment of the electrical device related to the elevator. The real-time operation data of the electrical equipment related to the elevator received by the cloud platform comprises real-time current data of the electrical equipment related to the elevator, real-time voltage data of the electrical equipment related to the elevator, residual current data of the electrical equipment related to the elevator and temperature data of cables inside the electrical equipment related to the elevator; the safety factor data of the surrounding environment of the electrical equipment related to the elevator, which is received by the cloud platform, comprises the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the cloud platform stores therein device information, where the device information includes device basic information (device number, factory information, model, activation time, installation location, and the like), sensor identification information installed on the device, and identification information of a sensor and a full-view camera that monitor an environment around the device. And after monitoring data abnormity, the cloud platform determines equipment corresponding to the data abnormity, and sends an image acquisition command to a full-view camera corresponding to the equipment. The cloud platform stores the corresponding relation between the related personnel information and the alarm information level and the corresponding relation between the project information and the third-party maintenance personnel information; the related personnel information comprises basic personnel information and jobs, the warning level corresponding to the jobs is preset, and when warning information is generated, the warning information is sent to related personnel corresponding to the level of the warning information; and determining a worker receiving the alarm information according to the equipment information, the alarm level and the worker information, and sending the alarm information to a user terminal of the worker.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the stereoscopic monitoring method further includes: when the cloud platform is abnormal in data, the generated alarm reasons comprise: people trapping, layer jamming, abnormal speed, abnormal top rushing, bottom squating, foreign matter door stopping and door opening and closing; the abnormal door opening and closing comprises the steps of stopping the elevator without opening the door, stopping the elevator without closing the door, repeatedly opening and closing the door when the elevator is stopped, and opening the door to go the elevator; each generated alarm cause includes three alarm levels: the importance degree of the first-level alarm information, the second-level alarm information and the third-level alarm information is increased progressively according to the grade.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the stereoscopic monitoring method further includes: the cloud platform stores the corresponding relation between the related personnel information and the alarm information level and the corresponding relation between the project information and the third-party maintenance personnel information; the related personnel information comprises basic personnel information and jobs, the warning level corresponding to the jobs is preset, and when warning information is generated, the warning information is sent to related personnel corresponding to the level of the warning information; the first level alarm, the second level alarm and the third level alarm can be sent in one or more modes of voice, characters and images.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, generating the alarm information of the corresponding level when the data is abnormal includes the following three replaceable ways:
(1) when data abnormity occurs, judging the reason of alarm, including: people trapping, layer jamming, abnormal speed, abnormal top rushing, bottom squating, foreign matter door stopping and door opening and closing; the abnormal door opening and closing comprises the steps of stopping the elevator without opening the door, stopping the elevator without closing the door, repeatedly opening and closing the door when the elevator is stopped, and opening the door to go the elevator; different alarm reasons correspond to three alarm levels respectively: the importance degree of the first-level alarm information, the second-level alarm information and the third-level alarm information is increased progressively according to the grade;
the corresponding relation between the alarm information and the alarm reason comprises the following steps:
the first-level alarm information corresponds to the reasons of speed abnormality, foreign body door stopping and door opening and closing abnormality alarm;
the secondary alarm information corresponds to the reasons for abnormal alarms of top rushing, bottom squating and blocking layers;

(2) The cloud platform establishes a relational database for data anomaly analysis and generates alarm information when data anomaly occurs, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
establishing a relational database according to different user experience values, wherein the relational database stores the information of the alarm reasons and the intelligent monitoring terminal of the elevator equipment and the incidence relation between the alarm reasons and the alarm levels;
and respectively comparing the intelligent monitoring terminal information received in real time with the relational database to generate alarm information of corresponding levels.
(3) The cloud platform establishes a relational database for data anomaly analysis and generates alarm information when data anomaly occurs, or the specific method comprises the following steps:
establishing a historical information database according to historical data and historical alarm information of the intelligent monitoring terminal, analyzing the relation between the historical data of the intelligent monitoring terminal and the relation between the historical data and the historical alarm information by adopting machine learning, establishing a relation database, and presetting an association relation between an alarm reason and an alarm level;
and respectively comparing the intelligent monitoring terminal information received in real time with the relational database to generate alarm information of corresponding levels.

Based on this, the specified time of the elevator running at one floor can be set, and if the time of the elevator from a certain floor to the adjacent floor exceeds the specified time of the elevator running at one floor according to the running data, the elevator can be determined to be in the abnormal state of the floor blocking.

In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the stereoscopic monitoring method further includes: the cloud platform stores a virtual reality scene of hospital elevator equipment, and the elevator equipment in the virtual reality scene establishes a matching relation with actual elevator equipment information and intelligent monitoring terminal information; storing virtual reality scenes of electrical equipment related to the hospital and the elevator, wherein all the electrical equipment related to the elevator in the virtual reality scenes establish matching relations with actual information of the electrical equipment related to the elevator and the information of the intelligent monitoring terminal;

one or more embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a hospital elevator safety three-dimensional monitoring system, based on the first embodiment of the cloud platform for monitoring hospital elevator safety three-dimensional, the operation state of the hospital elevator system and the operation state of related electrical equipment related to the elevator are used as supervision objects, the intelligent monitoring terminal is arranged to collect the operation data of the elevator equipment, the safety factor data of the surrounding environment and the current image data of the hospital elevator system equipment, the three-dimensional monitoring of the hospital elevator system is realized, early warning is performed before an accident occurs, and the safety of the hospital elevator system is ensured.

Or audio and/or video information corresponding to the type of the alarm information is stored in the player of the elevator, the cloud platform sends the type of the alarm information to the player in the elevator, and the player in the elevator matches the stored audio and/or video information and plays the audio and/or video information to pacify passengers.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the cloud platform includes a virtual display module:
storing virtual reality scenes of hospital elevator equipment, wherein all the elevator equipment in the virtual reality scenes establish matching relations with actual elevator equipment information and intelligent monitoring terminal information; storing virtual reality scenes of electrical equipment related to the hospital and the elevator, wherein all the electrical equipment related to the elevator in the virtual reality scenes establish matching relations with actual information of the electrical equipment related to the elevator and the information of the intelligent monitoring terminal;

When the trouble of people trapping occurs, the soothing audio and video are automatically played, the emotion of passengers is pacified, and dangerous upgrading is avoided.

Claims (9)

1. A hospital elevator safety stereoscopic monitoring cloud platform, characterized in that it is configured to:
receiving intelligent monitoring terminal information, monitoring the running state of the elevator equipment in real time by integrating elevator equipment real-time running data and elevator equipment peripheral environment safety factor data in the intelligent monitoring terminal information, generating alarm information when data are abnormal, simultaneously sending an image acquisition command to the intelligent monitoring terminal, receiving elevator equipment current image data sent by a full-view camera, and sending the elevator equipment current image data to a user terminal;
the cloud platform configured to: establishing a relational database for data anomaly analysis, and generating alarm information when the data is anomalous, wherein the alarm information comprises the following steps:
establishing a relational database according to different user experience values, wherein the relational database stores the information of the alarm reasons and the intelligent monitoring terminal of the elevator equipment and the incidence relation between the alarm reasons and the alarm levels;
respectively comparing the intelligent monitoring terminal information received in real time with the relational database to generate alarm information of corresponding levels;
when monitoring the infrared measurement and control data abnormality of the elevator equipment, namely whether the data abnormality of people exists in the elevator equipment in real time, generating an alarm reason for people trapping in the lift car after the elevator fault; setting the judging time of the trapped people, and determining that the elevator has a fault when the door is closed and the time of the trapped people in the elevator exceeds the trapping judging time according to the abnormal operation data of the elevator, so that the elevator can be determined to be in a fault and trapped abnormal state;
the cloud platform configured to: establishing a relational database for data anomaly analysis, and generating alarm information when the data is anomalous, wherein the alarm information comprises the following steps:
establishing a historical information database according to historical data and historical alarm information of the intelligent monitoring terminal, analyzing the relation between the historical data of the intelligent monitoring terminal and the relation between the historical data and the historical alarm information by adopting machine learning, establishing a relation database, and presetting an association relation between an alarm reason and an alarm level;
respectively comparing the intelligent monitoring terminal information received in real time with the relational database to generate alarm information of corresponding levels;
the cloud platform further configured to: receiving a video image shot by the full-view camera in real time to identify personnel behaviors, and giving an alarm when abnormal behaviors are identified;
the intelligent monitoring terminal information received by the cloud platform further comprises real-time operation data of the electrical equipment related to the elevator and safety factor data of the surrounding environment of the electrical equipment related to the elevator;
the cloud platform configured to: storing the dividing region information of the elevator equipment and the elevator equipment information in the region;
determining a data abnormal point according to the information of the intelligent monitoring terminal with data abnormality, further determining an abnormal area, and sending an image acquisition command to a full-view camera corresponding to the area in the intelligent monitoring terminal;
and receiving the current image data of the elevator equipment sent by the full-view camera, and sending the current image data to the user terminal.

The hospital elevator safety stereoscopic monitoring cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the cloud platform is configured to: when data abnormity occurs, judging the reason of alarm, including: people trapping, layer jamming, abnormal speed, abnormal top rushing, bottom squating, foreign matter door stopping and door opening and closing; the abnormal door opening and closing comprises the steps of stopping the elevator without opening the door, stopping the elevator without closing the door, repeatedly opening and closing the door when the elevator is stopped, and opening the door to go the elevator; different alarm reasons correspond to three alarm levels respectively: the importance degree of the first-level alarm information, the second-level alarm information and the third-level alarm information is increased progressively according to the grade;
the corresponding relation between the alarm information and the alarm reason comprises the following steps:

The hospital elevator safety stereoscopic monitoring cloud platform of claim 2, wherein the cloud platform is configured to: storing the corresponding relation between the related personnel information and the alarm information level and the corresponding relation between the project information and the third-party maintenance personnel information; the related personnel information comprises basic personnel information and jobs, the warning level corresponding to the jobs is preset, and when warning information is generated, the warning information is sent to related personnel corresponding to the level of the warning information; the first-level alarm, the second-level alarm and the third-level alarm can be sent in one or more modes of voice, characters and images;
and if the alarm is not cancelled in a period of time after the first-level alarm information or the second-level alarm information is sent and the data is continuously abnormal, generating the alarm information of a higher level.
4. The hospital elevator safety stereo monitoring cloud platform of claim 1,
the cloud platform further configured to: the cloud platform stores a virtual reality scene of hospital elevator equipment, and the elevator equipment in the virtual reality scene establishes a matching relation with actual elevator equipment information and intelligent monitoring terminal information; storing virtual reality scenes of electrical equipment related to the hospital and the elevator, wherein all the electrical equipment related to the elevator in the virtual reality scenes establish matching relations with actual information of the electrical equipment related to the elevator and the information of the intelligent monitoring terminal;
when data abnormity occurs, sending alarm information and simultaneously sending a virtual reality scene of corresponding elevator equipment or electrical equipment related to the elevator to the user terminal; or displaying the specific position information of the abnormal elevator equipment corresponding to the abnormal data in the virtual reality scene of the elevator equipment;
