The working process and principle are as follows: a user holds the handle 3 by hand, inserts an electric wire into the electric wire hole 2, adjusts the peeling position of the electric wire, presses the button 4 by fingers, the button 4 drives the push rod 6 to move leftwards, the spring 5 is compressed, the push rod 6 drives the lower end of the guide rod 7 which is movably connected with the push rod 6 to move leftwards, the upper end of the guide rod 7 drives the slide block 8 which is movably connected with the guide rod 7 to move upwards, the slide block 8 slides upwards through the slide rod 25 which is slidably connected with the slide block 8, so as to drive the rack 9 which is fixedly connected with the slide block 8 to move upwards, the rack 9 drives the circular gear 10 which is in meshing connection with the rack to rotate clockwise, the circular gear 10 drives the driving wheel 11 which is fixedly connected with the circular gear to rotate clockwise, the driving wheel 11 drives the driven wheel 13 to rotate clockwise through the driving belt 12, the driven wheel 13 drives the first bevel gear 14 which is fixedly connected with the driven wheel to rotate clockwise, the first bevel gear 14 drives the second bevel gear 15 which is in meshing connection with the driven wheel to rotate towards the direction which is close to the first bevel gear 14, the second bevel gear 15 drives the third bevel gear 17 to synchronously rotate through the rotating shaft 16, the third bevel gear 17 drives the fourth bevel gear 18 in meshed connection with the third bevel gear to rotate from right to left, the fourth bevel gear 18 drives the double-thread screw 19 fixedly connected with the fourth bevel gear to synchronously rotate, the first thread block 20 in threaded connection with the double-thread screw 19 moves upwards along with the fourth bevel gear, the second thread block 21 in threaded connection with the upper rod body moves downwards due to the fact that the thread direction of the upper half part of the double-thread screw 19 is opposite to that of the lower half part of the double-thread screw, the first thread block 20 drives the first clamp handle 22 movably connected with the first thread block 20 to clockwise rotate by taking the hinge shaft 26 as a base point, the second thread block 21 drives the second clamp handle 23 movably connected with the second thread block to anticlockwise rotate by taking the hinge shaft 26 as a base point, then the second thread block is abutted to the semicircular cutting knife 24 fixedly connected with the two clamp handles, so as to cut the insulating layer of the electric wire, and then the electric wire is manually pulled out, the insulating layer of the wire end is separated from the wire, and the removal of the insulating layer of the wire is realized.
After the insulation layer is removed, the finger is released, and the button 4 is reset under the driving of the spring 5. Thereby driving the push rod 6 to move rightwards, the structures in the working process move towards the opposite direction, and the first clamp handle 22 and the second clamp handle 23 are separated from each other and reset.
