Abstract
The invention relates to a live working AI monitoring and commanding device, which comprises at least three positioning cameras, an AI calculating and controlling module, a power supply module, a monitoring device, a microphone, a voice playing device and a warning indicating device, wherein the power supply module is connected with the monitoring device; the at least three positioning cameras are respectively arranged at the upper, middle and lower different positions of the insulated bucket arm vehicle; the AI computing and controlling module is in communication connection with the positioning camera; the power supply module is connected with other components; the voice playing device and the warning indicating device are in communication connection with the AI computing and controlling module and execute corresponding actions according to the received instructions; during live working, the positioning camera shoots working images, the AI calculation and control module calculates and analyzes whether the body part of an operator enters a forbidden working range, and once the operator is found to be close to the AI calculation and control module, the voice playing device and the warning indicating device are immediately started to warn and perform voice broadcasting. The device can effectively and intelligently monitor and command the safety condition of the operating personnel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of live monitoring, in particular to a live working AI monitoring and commanding device.
Background
When the power supply system carries out high-altitude live-wire work, due to the particularity of high altitude and high voltage electricity, constructors have great operational danger: first, an erroneous operation is likely to occur, and a power transmission accident is caused by an operation error which is not noticed. When the point tower is not powered off, the constructor can carry out live working, and the electric shock danger is easily caused. Secondly, most of live working is finished in the high altitude, and if the worker does not make safety protection measures, the result is serious once the worker is out of guard. For example, when a worker moves a position on a pole tower, if safety protection measures are not necessary, the possibility of danger is high. The existing system cannot monitor and guide constructors in real time to prevent the operators from appearing in unsafe positions and monitor whether the operators are safe or not in real time, so that the system is very unsafe.

The invention aims to provide a live working AI monitoring and commanding device which can effectively and intelligently monitor and command the safety condition of an operator.
The technical scheme for realizing the aim of the invention is to provide a live working AI monitoring and commanding device, which comprises at least three positioning cameras, an AI calculating and controlling module, a power supply module, a monitoring device, a microphone, a voice playing device and a warning indicating device; the three positioning cameras are respectively arranged at the upper, middle and lower different positions of the insulated bucket arm vehicle, the positioning cameras in the three positions respectively shoot images in real time and display the images on the monitoring device, and a guardian selects an operation range and a forbidden operation range; the AI computing and controlling module is in communication connection with the positioning camera and used for controlling whether the related device is started or not by computing and analyzing the image shot by the positioning camera; the power supply module is connected with the positioning camera, the AI calculation and control module, the monitoring device, the microphone, the voice playing device and the warning indicating device and works in a matching way; the monitoring device comprises at least one or more of a tablet and a computer; the voice playing device and the warning indicating device are in communication connection with the AI computing and controlling module and execute corresponding actions according to the received instructions; during live-line work, a positioning camera in the upper direction of the insulating bucket arm vehicle shoots working images of operators, the AI calculation and control module calculates and analyzes whether body parts of the operators enter a forbidden working range of a working plane, and once the operators are close to the AI calculation and control module, the AI calculation and control module immediately starts the voice playing device and the warning and indicating device to warn and perform voice broadcasting; during live working, a positioning camera in the middle position of the insulating bucket arm vehicle shoots working images of operators, the AI calculation and control module calculates and analyzes whether body parts of the operators enter an operation forbidden range below a working plane, and once the operators approach the operation forbidden range, the voice playing device and the warning indicating device are immediately started to warn and broadcast in voice; during live working, the positioning camera in the lower position of the insulating bucket arm vehicle shoots working images of operators, the AI calculation and control module calculates and analyzes whether body parts of the operators enter the operation-plane forbidden range, and once the operators are found to be close to the operation-plane forbidden range, the voice playing device and the warning and indicating device are immediately started to warn and perform voice broadcasting.
Further, the microphone is used for monitoring relevant warning prompt information of direct voice transmission of personnel in the operation personnel, the voice playing device adopts loudspeaker or wireless communication equipment for the warning information that the play system set up or monitoring personnel sent, warning indicating device adopts the warning LED lamp that gives off red color scintillation light.

The invention has the positive effects that: when the live-line work AI monitoring and commanding device carries out live-line work at high altitude, the AI calculation and control module automatically monitors the stereoscopic work process through the multiple groups of cameras and the corresponding AI calculation and control modules according to the defined range, and warns and alarms the work exceeding the area range. Generally, the operation personnel enter the forbidden zone in the operation range, the project aims at monitoring the entrance of the individual body part, the safety is better, the operation personnel are effectively and intelligently identified and monitored, and the construction safety of the operation personnel is greatly guaranteed.
