Abstract

The invention provides a display panel, a binding method thereof and a display device. The display panel comprises a display layer, a heat dissipation layer and an adhesive layer. The display layer is provided with a display area, a binding area and a bending area connecting the display area and the binding area. The heat dissipation layer is arranged on one surface of the display layer and corresponds to the display area. The pasting layer is arranged between the heat dissipation layer and the binding area. The contact area between the pasting layer and the binding area is smaller than that between the pasting layer and the heat dissipation layer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of optical display equipment, in particular to a display panel, a binding method thereof and a display device.
Background
With the development and maturation of flexible Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display technology, frameless OLED displays become one of the current important development trends. In the process of manufacturing the borderless OLED display, a Pad Bending (Pad Bending) technique becomes one of the keys for determining the yield.
At present, the Pad bonding technology can significantly shorten the frame width of the display panel, and has gradually replaced the COF bonding technology, becoming the mainstream bonding technology. The Pad bonding technology needs to perform special-shaped cutting on the display substrate, remove the test area of the display substrate, and bend the Pad area to the back of the display substrate, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the width of the frame.
However, when the display panel is pressed after being bent, the pressing force of the pressing head is transmitted to the heat dissipation layer, and the display panel is often marked with marks which can be seen under strong light and large viewing angle.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display panel, a binding method thereof and a display device, and aims to solve the problem of indentation caused by the pressure of a pressure head in the binding process in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display panel, which includes a display layer, a heat dissipation layer and an adhesive layer. The display layer is provided with a display area, a binding area and a bending area connecting the display area and the binding area. The heat dissipation layer is arranged on one surface of the display layer and corresponds to the display area. The pasting layer is arranged on one surface of the heat dissipation layer far away from the display layer. The binding area is bent and attached to one surface, far away from the heat dissipation layer, of the adhesive layer through the bending area. The contact area between the pasting layer and the binding area is smaller than that between the pasting layer and the heat dissipation layer.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a display panel is provided, as shown in fig. 1, the display panel includes a display area 11, a bending area 13, and a binding area 12. The binding region 12 is disposed at one side of the display region 11. The bending area 13 is disposed between the display area 11 and the binding area 12, one end of which is connected to the display area 11, and the other end of which is connected to the binding area 12. The bonding region 12 is bent to the back of the display region 11 by the bending region 13.

The adhesive layer 3 is made of foam, has the characteristics of viscosity, elasticity, light weight, small volume and the like, and has the buffer protection effect while not affecting the weight of the display panel 100.

The foam is a pressure-sensitive adhesive material, and it is necessary to adhere the bonding region 12 of the display layer 1 and the heat dissipation layer 2 by applying pressure, but when the foam is adhered by applying pressure, marks are easily left on the display region 11 of the display layer 1 and the heat dissipation layer 2, which affects the display screen of the display panel 100, and further reduces the user's use comfort.
In the embodiment of the invention, the adhesive layer 3 is designed to be narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, and the contact area between the adhesive layer 3 and the heat dissipation layer 2 is increased, so that the pressure is dispersed and the pressure intensity is reduced, further, the mark is prevented from appearing in the display area 11, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a display device, the display device is provided with the display panel 100, and the display panel 100 is used for providing a display picture for the display device. The display device can be any product or component with a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and the like.
