In some preferred embodiments, the mobile terminal 300 may transmit the request signal and receive information for evaluating the recycle price through a software application installed in the smart phone implementing a specific data processing function.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a second-hand household appliance price evaluation method, which can be executed by the second-hand household appliance price evaluation system of the embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a price evaluation method of a second-hand appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, the price evaluation method of the second-hand appliance includes:
step S202, detecting the running state of the second-hand household appliance 100;
step S204, judging whether the second-hand household appliance 100 runs normally, if not, executing step S206;
step S206, acquiring a fault code of the second-hand household appliance 100 to determine a fault component which cannot work;
in step S208, the estimated collection price of the second-hand appliance 100 is determined from the failure component.
In the above steps, the detection of the operation state of the second-hand appliance 100 in step S202 is mainly to detect whether the operation state of the second-hand appliance 100 is normal. Specifically, the second-hand appliance 100 may be powered on, and the operation states of the various device components of the second-hand appliance 100 may be detected for different types of second-hand appliances. If each device component can operate normally, the result of determining whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally in step S204 may be yes. If any of the device components cannot operate normally, the result of determining whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally in step S204 may be no. And step S206 may be performed to acquire a fault code of the second-hand appliance 100 to determine a non-functional faulty component. For example, if the fault code corresponding to the compressor is a, the fault component may be determined to be a compressor after the fault code is a.
The specific step of determining the estimated recycling price of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the faulty component in step S208 may include: and inquiring the evaluation recovery price corresponding to the fault component in a fault information table, wherein the evaluation recovery prices corresponding to different fault components are stored in the fault information table in advance. For example, the malfunctioning component is a compressor, and the corresponding estimated recovery price is 500; the fault part is an indoor fan or an outdoor fan, and the corresponding evaluation recovery price is 600; the failed part was a flipper, corresponding to an estimated recycle price of 800. Then the estimated recovery price can be determined directly to be 600 after determining that the malfunctioning component is an outdoor fan. It should be noted that the specific values are only examples and are not limiting to the present invention, and in other embodiments, other values may be set according to the actual situation.
In the method for evaluating the price of the second-hand appliance in this embodiment, whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally is determined by detecting the operation state of the second-hand appliance 100, and if the result is negative, the fault code of the second-hand appliance 100 is obtained to determine a faulty component which cannot operate, and the evaluation recovery price of the second-hand appliance 100 is determined according to the faulty component. The second-hand household appliance 100 which fails and cannot normally operate is evaluated according to the failed parts, the evaluation is consistent with the actual conditions of the second-hand household appliance 100, and the evaluation accuracy is high.
Further, in the case where the result of determining whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally in step S204 is yes, the device information and the usage information of the second-hand appliance 100 may be acquired to determine the evaluation collection price of the second-hand appliance 100. Specifically, the machine information of the second-hand appliance 100 may be acquired to determine a reference recycle price of the second-hand appliance 100; acquiring the use information of the second-hand household appliance 100 to determine the conversion ratio of the second-hand household appliance 100; and determining the estimated recycling price of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the reference recycling price and the reduced proportion.
The machine information of the second-hand home appliance 100 may include: machine number and machine model number. In the following, a specific embodiment is described, if the machine information of the second-hand appliance 100 includes the following contents: KFR-35GW/DY-X (E2), wherein K represents an air conditioner, F represents a split type, and R represents a cold and warm dual system; 35 represents a refrigerating capacity of 3500W and a large refrigerating capacity of 1.5P, G represents that the indoor unit is a wall-mounted unit, and W represents the outdoor unit. The separator/front part is the national standard, no matter what brand, the model must be written in this, and the symbol is followed by the manufacturer's custom part of the air conditioner. D represents auxiliary electric heating, Y represents wireless remote control, X behind the separator represents the model appearance series, and E2 represents 2-level energy efficiency.
That is, the specific type and model of the second-hand appliance 100 may be determined by the machine information of the second-hand appliance 100. The specific step of acquiring the device information of the second-hand appliance 100 to determine the reference recycling price of the second-hand appliance 100 may include: and obtaining a reference score of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the machine number and the machine model to determine a reference recycling price, wherein the reference score is in direct proportion to the reference recycling price. That is, the higher the benchmark score, the higher the benchmark recycle price; the lower the benchmark score, the lower the benchmark recycle price.
More specifically, the step of obtaining the reference score of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the machine number and the machine model number may include: determining a material list of the second-hand household appliance 100 according to the machine number and the machine model; determining brands and corresponding scores of a plurality of main components of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the bill of materials; and adding the corresponding scores of the plurality of main components to obtain a benchmark score. For example, if the second-hand appliance 100 is a second-hand air conditioner. The plurality of main components in the bill of materials may include: compressor, outdoor fan, electronic expansion valve and outdoor fan etc.. The compressor may be ranked by brand: mitsubishi, Hitachi, Sanyo, Ruizhi, etc. with the corresponding scores of 10, 8 and 5. If the compressor in the material list of the second-hand air conditioner is Hitachi, the score of the compressor can be determined to be 10. Similarly, corresponding scores for a plurality of master components may be determined and added to yield a benchmark score. It should be noted that the big data is mainly embodied in the determination of scores of a plurality of main components in the bill of materials, that is, the value of the main components of the second-hand appliance 100 can be determined more accurately through the big data.
The benchmark score is proportional to the benchmark recovery price, and in a specific embodiment, the specific step of determining the benchmark recovery price according to the benchmark score can be as follows: and inquiring a reference recovery price corresponding to the reference score in a preset reference price information table, wherein the reference recovery prices corresponding to different reference scores are stored in the reference price information table in advance. The reference price information table may be set according to different types of the second-hand home appliance 100, that is, different reference price information tables may be set for different types of home appliances such as a refrigerator, an air conditioner, and a washing machine. For example, the following information may be stored in advance in the reference price information table of the second-hand air conditioner: the reference score is more than or equal to 40 points, and the reference recovery price is 1000; the benchmark score is less than 40 points and more than or equal to 30 points, and the benchmark recovery price is 800 points; the benchmark score is less than 30 points and more than or equal to 20 points, and the benchmark recovery price is 600; the benchmark score is less than 20 points and more than or equal to 10 points, and the benchmark recovery price is 300; the benchmark score is less than 10 points, and the benchmark recycle price is 100.
The usage information of the second-hand appliance 100 may include: time of use, maintenance times, and cumulative failure times. The specific step of acquiring the usage information of the second-hand appliance 100 to determine the reduced proportion of the second-hand appliance 100 may include: and obtaining a conversion score of the second-hand household appliance 100 according to the use time, the maintenance times and the accumulated failure times to determine a conversion ratio, wherein the conversion score is in direct proportion to the conversion ratio. That is, the higher the conversion ratio, the higher the conversion score; the lower the conversion ratio, the lower the conversion score.
More specifically, the step of obtaining the conversion score of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the usage time, the number of repairs, and the number of accumulated failures may include: determining a first score based on the time of use, wherein the time of use is inversely proportional to the first score; determining a second score according to the number of repairs, wherein the number of repairs is inversely proportional to the second score; determining a third score according to the accumulated failure times, wherein the accumulated failure times is inversely proportional to the third score; and adding the first score, the second score and the third score to obtain a converted score.
For example, the time of use is less than 1 year, the first score is 10; the service life is more than or equal to 1 year and less than 3 years, and the first score is 8 points; the service life is more than or equal to 3 years and less than 6 years, and the first score is 5; the service life is more than or equal to 6 years and less than 10 years, and the first score is 3; the service life is more than or equal to 10 years, and the first score is 1.
The maintenance frequency is 0, and the second score is 10; the maintenance frequency is 1 time, and the second score is 8 scores; the maintenance frequency is 2 times, and the second score is 5 scores; the maintenance times are more than or equal to 3 times, and the second fraction is 0.
The accumulated failure times are less than or equal to 2, and the third score is 10; the accumulated failure times are more than 2 times and less than or equal to 5 times, and the third score is 8 points; the accumulated failure times are more than 5 times and less than or equal to 10 times, and the third score is 5 points; the accumulated failure times are more than 10, and the third score is 3.
If the service time of the second-hand air conditioner is acquired to be 3 years, the maintenance frequency is 1 time, and the accumulated failure frequency is 2 times, the first score can be determined to be 8 points, the second score is 8 points, the third score is 10 points, and the conversion score is 26 points.
The conversion score is proportional to the conversion ratio, and in a specific embodiment, the specific step of determining the conversion ratio according to the conversion score may be as follows: and inquiring the conversion proportion corresponding to the conversion score in a preset conversion information table, wherein the conversion information table stores the conversion proportions corresponding to different conversion scores in advance. For example, the conversion score is greater than 25 points and equal to or less than 30 points, and the conversion ratio is 90%; the conversion fraction is more than 20 minutes and less than or equal to 25 minutes, and the conversion proportion is 70 percent; the conversion fraction is more than 15 minutes and less than or equal to 20 minutes, and the conversion proportion is 50 percent; the conversion fraction is more than 10 minutes and less than or equal to 15 minutes, and the conversion proportion is 30 percent; the conversion fraction is less than or equal to 10 minutes, and the conversion proportion is 10 percent.
The specific step of determining the estimated recycling price of the second-hand appliance 100 according to the reference recycling price and the reduced proportion may include: and multiplying the reference recovery price by the conversion ratio to obtain the estimated recovery price. For example, if the reference recycle price is 800 yen and the conversion ratio is 70%, it can be determined that the evaluation recycle price is 560 yen. The reference recycling price can reflect the value of the second-hand household appliance 100, the conversion proportion can reflect the use loss of the second-hand household appliance 100, and the reasonable evaluation recycling price can be accurately obtained by combining the reference recycling price and the second-hand household appliance. The specific numerical values of the above parameters are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the present invention. In other embodiments, the setting can be performed according to actual conditions.
The device information of the second-hand appliance 100 is acquired to determine the standard recovery price of the second-hand appliance 100, the use information of the second-hand appliance 100 is acquired to determine the reduced proportion of the second-hand appliance 100, and the estimated recovery price of the second-hand appliance 100 is determined according to the standard recovery price and the reduced proportion. The second-hand household appliance 100 is accurately evaluated by utilizing big data, the evaluation process is automatically completed based on the cloud server 200, and the intelligent degree is high and the evaluation is accurate.
In some optional embodiments, a higher technical effect may be achieved by further optimizing and configuring the above steps, and the following describes in detail the price evaluation method for a used home appliance of this embodiment in combination with an introduction of an optional execution flow of this embodiment, where this embodiment is merely an illustration of the execution flow, and in a specific implementation, an execution sequence and an operation condition of a part of steps may be modified according to specific implementation requirements. Fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of a second-hand appliance price evaluation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the second-hand appliance price evaluation method includes:
step S302, controlling the compressor of the second-hand household appliance 100 to operate for a preset time length from low to high according to a plurality of preset frequencies, wherein the first guide plate swings up and down, and the second guide plate swings left and right;
step S304, judging whether the second-hand household appliance 100 operates normally, if not, executing step S306;
step S306, acquiring a fault code of the second-hand household appliance 100 to determine a fault component which cannot work;
step S308, the evaluation recovery price corresponding to the fault component is inquired in the fault information table.
In this embodiment, the second-hand appliance 100 may be an air conditioner, and the step S302 controls the compressor of the second-hand appliance 100 to operate for a preset time length from low to high according to a plurality of preset frequencies, wherein the first guide plate swings up and down, the second guide plate swings left and right, and actually, whether the compressor, the first guide plate, and the second guide plate can operate normally is detected. If all the above components can operate normally, the result of determining whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally in step S304 is yes. If any one of the above components cannot operate normally, the result of determining whether the second-hand appliance 100 operates normally in step S304 is no. And step S306 is performed to acquire the fault code of the second-hand appliance 100 to determine the non-functional faulty component. Step S308 is to search the failure information table for the estimated recovery price corresponding to the failed component, where the failure information table stores the estimated recovery prices corresponding to different failed components in advance.
In other embodiments, if the second-hand appliance 100 is an air conditioner, it may be further detected whether it can operate normally according to the following steps: after the second-hand household appliance 100 is powered on, the compressor is controlled to operate at high frequency, the outdoor fan and the indoor fan operate at high speed, the guide plate blows air upwards, and normal operation can be judged after the operation is carried out for a certain time without faults. It should be emphasized that the determination of the faulty component by the fault code and thus the corresponding estimated recovery price is based on the premise that the faulty component can be obtained even after the second-hand appliance 100 is powered on. If the second-hand appliance 100 is in a situation where it cannot be powered on, a lower estimated recovery price may be directly determined, which may be lower than the estimated recovery price corresponding to any faulty component. Because the second-hand appliance 100 cannot be powered on and operated, the recycling value is low because the second-hand appliance may not have recyclable main parts.
