determining whether the fault of the target electrical appliance belongs to a fault which can be repaired by self or a fault which cannot be repaired by self according to the fault category of the target electrical appliance;
when the fault of the target electrical appliance belongs to the fault which can be repaired by self, providing a maintenance operation guide corresponding to the fault;
and when the fault of the target electrical appliance belongs to the fault which cannot be repaired by self, providing maintenance personnel information corresponding to the fault.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the operating parameter is within a predetermined operating parameter threshold comprises:
and comparing the different types of working parameters with the respective corresponding preset working parameter threshold value ranges, and judging whether each type of working parameter is in the corresponding preset working parameter threshold value range or not so as to obtain the working parameters out of the preset working parameter threshold value ranges.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:
and carrying out classification training by using the known working parameters and the fault classes corresponding to the working parameters to obtain a fault class judgment model.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining the fault category of the target appliance, the method further comprises the steps of:
counting the occurrence frequency of each fault of the target electric appliance, and sending the type of the fault of which the occurrence frequency exceeds the preset frequency to the electric appliance with the same model as the target electric appliance for reminding the regular check of the fault.

The method according to claim 2, wherein before determining whether the fault of the target appliance belongs to the self-repairable fault or the non-self-repairable fault according to the fault category of the target appliance, different maintenance guidance information is provided according to different fault categories, further comprising the steps of: :
and labeling each fault category of the target electrical appliance with a label which can be repaired by self or can not be repaired by self.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein after providing service personnel information corresponding to the fault, providing different service guide information according to different fault categories, further comprising the steps of: :
and determining all possible reasons causing the fault according to the fault category based on the corresponding relation between the preset fault category and the reason causing the fault, and providing the reasons for maintenance personnel.
8. A maintenance fault guide device, comprising:
the judging module is used for monitoring the working parameters of the target electrical appliance in real time and judging whether the working parameters are within a preset working parameter threshold range:
the classification module is used for inputting the working parameters into a fault category judgment model when the working parameters are not in a preset working parameter threshold range, and determining the fault category of the target electrical appliance;
and the providing module is used for providing different maintenance guide information according to different fault categories.
9. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A troubleshooting guidance system, comprising:
the acquisition device is used for acquiring the working parameters of the target electric appliance;
a server connected to the acquisition device and comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, depending on the operating parameters acquired by the acquisition device.
11. The troubleshooting guidance system of claim 10, further comprising:
and the client is connected with the server and used for displaying the maintenance operation guide or the maintenance personnel information provided by the server.
