the data storage module is used for storing reception staff data and windowsill standard data, the reception staff data represent reception identity data which are responsible for business communication access items, interview employment access items, maintenance service access items and other access items, the reception identity data comprise reception staff names and reception staff contact ways, and the windowsill standard data represent a state image that a windowsill is not provided with articles;
the data identification module identifies company visitors to obtain visitor data, normal signals and warning signals, and transmits the visitor data, the normal signals and the warning signals to the feedback module;
the feedback module identifies the received normal signal and the warning signal, when the normal signal is identified, no operation is performed, when the warning signal is identified, the reception staff data corresponding to the access item data is extracted from the data storage module according to the access item data in the visitor data, the contact way of the reception staff in the reception staff data is obtained, and the image of the departed staff is extracted from the data identification module and is sent to the intelligent equipment of the reception staff;
