The invention discloses a method for preventing a pulverized coal combustion furnace from being exploded, wherein a grate made of steel bars is additionally arranged between a lower ash pipe and a water seal of the pulverized coal combustion furnace, a movable upper baffle plate is arranged above the grate, and a movable lower baffle plate is arranged below the grate; during production, the upper baffle plate is pulled out and the lower baffle plate is pushed into the lower ash pipe, so that the coal slag falls on the fire grate and falls on the lower baffle plate as fragments; when the coal cinder is cleaned, pushing the upper baffle plate, filing the large blocks on the fire grate by the upper baffle plate, blocking a coal cinder falling channel, pulling the lower baffle plate open, and cleaning the cooled small coal cinder in a water seal; after the coal cinder is cleaned, the lower baffle plate is pushed in, the upper baffle plate is pulled out, and the original position is recovered. When the coal cinder is normally produced and cleaned, the coal cinder falling channel is separated by the lower baffle plate or the upper baffle plate respectively, so that the high-temperature coal cinder is prevented from accidentally falling into a water seal, operators are prevented from being scalded by splashing hot water and hot cinder of the fryer, and a safety protection effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a ceramic tile production process, in particular to the field of pulverized coal combustion furnaces of spray drying towers.
Background
In the process of ceramic production, the ground slurry is dried to form powder particles, and the slurry is dried by a spray tower in the process. The hot air required by the spray tower for drying is usually provided by fire coal of a grate-fired furnace, a coal water slurry furnace and a pulverized coal combustion furnace. During the combustion process of the pulverized coal combustion furnace, the coal slag can be adhered to the wall of the pulverized coal combustion furnace and the wall of the hot blast pipe. When the coal slag is slagging to a certain lumpiness, the coal slag can fall into a water seal below the pulverized coal combustion furnace. Because the temperature of the coal cinder is nearly thousands of degrees and the adhesion is not very tight, after the large coal cinder falls into the water seal, water is rapidly gasified, so that water vapor, water and coal cinder are splashed all around, hot water hot slag splashes all around to scald operators, the water vapor and water splashed into the combustion furnace can also cause the temperature in the combustion furnace to be rapidly reduced, and all the conditions can cause safety accidents, and the condition is called as a frying furnace in the application.

The height between the lower baffle and the grate is 100-300 mm, and the height between the upper baffle and the grate is 50-60 mm.

For a better understanding and an enabling description of the present invention, reference is made to the following examples which are set forth to illustrate, but are not to be construed to limit the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the method for preventing the coal powder combustion furnace from exploding is specifically as follows: the invention adds a fire grate made of steel bars between the ash discharge pipe and the water seal of the existing coal powder combustion furnace, and a movable baffle is arranged above and below the fire grate; the upper baffle and the lower baffle are made of common heat-resistant materials. The height difference between the lower baffle and the grate is 100-300 mm, and a cinder storage cooling space is formed between the lower baffle and the grate; the height difference between the upper baffle plate and the grate is 50-60 mm, so that the grate is convenient to push in.
During normal production, the upper baffle plate is pulled out and the lower baffle plate is pushed into the ash discharging pipe, so that coal cinder falls on the lower baffle plate 3 to be stored and cooled, and large coal cinder can be broken into small blocks after passing through the fire grate 1, as shown in figure 1. When the coal cinder is cleaned, the upper baffle plate 2 is pushed into the lower ash pipe to block a coal cinder falling channel and block the coal cinder falling during cinder cleaning, so that the coal cinder is prevented from directly falling into the water seal 4 to generate a blast furnace, which affects production and safety, the upper baffle plate crushes large coal cinder on a grate, then the lower baffle plate is pulled open, and the cooled small coal cinder falls into the water seal, as shown in figure 2; after the coal cinder is cleaned, the lower baffle plate is pushed in, the upper baffle plate is pulled out, and the original position is restored, as shown in figure 1.
