Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内开设有上水通道,所述上水通道内密封安装有球阀芯,所述球阀芯的两端对称安装有上水杆和控制杆,所述阀体内分别开设有控制腔和液压腔,所述控制腔的内壁对称安装有两个滑套,两个所述滑套内共同滑动插设有齿杆,所述控制杆远离上水杆的一端延伸至控制腔内并安装有控制齿轮,所述齿杆的一端延伸至液压腔内并安装有活塞板。本发明通过控制齿轮和齿杆使得球阀芯与活塞板联动,通过液压腔和导压管使得活塞板和活塞柱联动,则使得水满溢流水压能够通过活塞柱逆向控制球阀芯关闭,实现水满自动关水的功能,无需电力控制,适用性更广且更加可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及控制阀领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀。
背景技术
太阳能热水器是大多数居民用户家必备的环保家用热水器,太阳能热水器通过光能转换加热储水箱内的热水供居民用水,在太阳能热水器的储水箱内水用尽后需要对其进行加水,通常采用上水阀将自来水放入储水箱内,然后通过溢流管判断是否加满,然后再关闭阀门,需要时刻注意溢流管,避免未及时关阀导致大量水溢出。
现有的电控关水阀解决了需要时刻注意溢流的问题,使得感应到溢流水则自动关闭上水阀,既能够避免浪费,也能够实现无人自动关阀,但电控上水系统在使用时需要通电,且期间不能够断电,所用能耗较高,且在经常停电的区域使用稳定性较差,即不能够普遍适用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在电控关水阀能耗高,依赖电力供能,稳定性较差,不能够普遍适用的缺点,而提出的一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内开设有上水通道,所述上水通道内密封安装有球阀芯,所述球阀芯的两端对称安装有上水杆和控制杆,所述阀体内分别开设有控制腔和液压腔,所述控制腔的内壁对称安装有两个滑套,两个所述滑套内共同滑动插设有齿杆,所述控制杆远离上水杆的一端延伸至控制腔内并安装有控制齿轮,所述齿杆的一端延伸至液压腔内并安装有活塞板,所述阀体上开设有溢流槽,所述液压腔远离活塞板的一侧插设有导压管,所述导压管远离液压腔的一端延伸至溢流槽内。
优选地,所述上水杆远离球阀芯的一端延伸至阀体的外侧并安装有上水旋钮,所述球阀芯通过上水杆和控制杆密封转动安装在上水通道内。
优选地,所述控制杆位于控制腔内的一端转动插设在控制腔的内壁上,所述控制齿轮与齿杆啮合。
优选地,所述活塞板的有效行程小于远离活塞板的滑套到齿杆远离活塞板的一端的最远距离。
优选地,所述溢流槽内密封滑动安装有控制活塞柱,所述溢流槽的内槽壁上开设有与阀体外侧连通的溢流孔。
优选地,所述控制活塞柱的厚度大于溢流孔的直径,所述溢流孔到溢流槽槽底的距离等于控制活塞柱的厚度,所述控制活塞柱的体积大于液压腔的体积。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过上水旋钮和上水杆带动球阀芯打开上水通道,且通过控制杆使得控制齿轮推动齿杆移动,则使得齿杆推动活塞板将液压腔内的液压油通过导压管推入溢流槽内,使得控制活塞柱上移并堵住溢流孔,当水满时,水压将推动控制活塞柱下移并通过溢流孔流出,则控制活塞柱将溢流槽底部的液压油通过导压管推入液压腔内,并通过活塞板推动齿杆,使得齿杆通过控制齿轮带动控制杆反向转动,即使得球阀芯反向转动关闭上水通道,实现手动上水后水满自动关水,无需电力控制,且稳定性更高,不受外界干扰因素影响,适用于任何地区的任何水箱上水管路。
2、通过对控制活塞柱厚度的设置,即控制活塞柱的厚度大于溢流孔的直径,溢流孔到溢流槽槽底的距离等于控制活塞柱的厚度,控制活塞柱的体积大于液压腔的体积,则使得活塞板移动极限时,控制活塞柱的侧壁始终堵住溢流孔,避免液压油流出,液压油从溢流槽完全排出后溢流孔不被遮挡,使得多余水流能够快速排出,增加上水阀控制的可靠性。
3、通过齿杆与两个滑套的设置,即活塞板的有效行程小于远离活塞板的滑套到齿杆远离活塞板的一端的最远距离,使得活塞板移动到极限时,齿杆也不会从滑套内脱离,进一步增加上水阀控制的可靠性。
综上所述,本发明通过控制齿轮和齿杆使得球阀芯与活塞板联动,通过液压腔和导压管使得活塞板和活塞柱联动,则使得水满溢流水压能够通过活塞柱逆向控制球阀芯关闭,实现水满自动关水的功能,无需电力控制,适用性更广且更加可靠。

参照图1-3,一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀,包括阀体1,阀体1内开设有上水通道2,上水通道2内密封安装有球阀芯6,球阀芯6的两端对称安装有上水杆61和控制杆63,阀体1内分别开设有控制腔4和液压腔5,控制腔4的内壁对称安装有两个滑套41,两个滑套41内共同滑动插设有齿杆7,控制杆63远离上水杆61的一端延伸至控制腔4内并安装有控制齿轮64,齿杆7的一端延伸至液压腔5内并安装有活塞板71,阀体1上开设有溢流槽3,液压腔5远离活塞板71的一侧插设有导压管51,导压管51远离液压腔5的一端延伸至溢流槽3内。
上水杆61远离球阀芯6的一端延伸至阀体1的外侧并安装有上水旋钮62,球阀芯6通过上水杆61和控制杆63密封转动安装在上水通道2内,转动上水旋钮62则能够使得球阀芯6转动打开上水通道2。
控制杆63位于控制腔4内的一端转动插设在控制腔4的内壁上,控制齿轮64与齿杆7啮合,球阀芯6转动能够通过控制杆63转动控制齿轮64使得齿杆7移动。
活塞板71的有效行程小于远离活塞板71的滑套41到齿杆7远离活塞板71的一端的最远距离,活塞板71移动到极限时,齿杆7也不会从滑套41内脱离,齿杆7移动则能够通过活塞板71挤压液压腔5内的液压油通过导压管51进入溢流槽3内。
溢流槽3内密封滑动安装有控制活塞柱31,溢流槽3的内槽壁上开设有与阀体1外侧连通的溢流孔11,溢流槽3的底部的液压油能够升起控制活塞柱31并堵塞溢流孔11,溢流槽3内受到溢流水压则会使得控制活塞柱31下压打开溢流孔11并使得液压油通过导压管51进入液压腔5内,通过活塞板71使得齿杆7反向移动并使得控制齿轮64反转,则球阀芯6反转关闭上水通道2,实现水满自动关水的功能。
控制活塞柱31的厚度大于溢流孔11的直径,溢流孔11到溢流槽3槽底的距离等于控制活塞柱31的厚度,控制活塞柱31的体积大于液压腔5的体积,控制活塞柱31的厚度设置能够避免液压油漏出,且液压油排出溢流槽3后,能够避免溢流孔11不被遮挡。
本发明在使用时,将自来水管与上水通道2的下端连接,水箱上水管与上水通道2上端连接,水箱溢流管与溢流槽3连接,转动上水旋钮62,则使得上水杆61带动球阀芯6和控制杆63转动,则上水通道2打开,且控制杆63通过控制齿轮64推动齿杆7向液压腔5内移动,则使得活塞板71推动液压油通过导压管51进入溢流槽3内并使得控制活塞柱31升起堵塞溢流孔11;
当水满后,溢流水压推动控制活塞柱31下移,则溢流孔11漏出排出,控制活塞柱31将液压油通过导压管51压入液压腔5内,则使得活塞板71推动齿杆7反向移动,则使得控制齿轮64反向转动,则使得控制杆63和球阀芯6反向转动关闭上水通道2。

1.一种太阳能热水器用压力自动关水上水阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)内开设有上水通道(2),所述上水通道(2)内密封安装有球阀芯(6),所述球阀芯(6)的两端对称安装有上水杆(61)和控制杆(63),所述阀体(1)内分别开设有控制腔(4)和液压腔(5),所述控制腔(4)的内壁对称安装有两个滑套(41),两个所述滑套(41)内共同滑动插设有齿杆(7),所述控制杆(63)远离上水杆(61)的一端延伸至控制腔(4)内并安装有控制齿轮(64),所述齿杆(7)的一端延伸至液压腔(5)内并安装有活塞板(71),所述阀体(1)上开设有溢流槽(3),所述液压腔(5)远离活塞板(71)的一侧插设有导压管(51),所述导压管(51)远离液压腔(5)的一端延伸至溢流槽(3)内。
